Hotel Langenwaldsee

We arrived during the evening hours and someone from the reception greeted us and went over and explained about the room and hotel facilities (inc SPA). Room was super! very large, felt well maintained and clean, and had access to a terrace. The breakfast room and food were absolutely gorgeous. We can go on and on about how beautiful the breakfast room is, and the food and drinks were superb. I would also like to mention the great staff that provided friendly and professional service to us the entire stay. We loved it and will be back for sure. Thank you Hotel Langenwaldsee!

There is no laundry service so don’t plan on doing laundry. Otherwise, this place is pure heaven!

I really enjoyed the wellness area!

Likely one of the best hidden gems in Germany. Exceptional staff and location resulted in a restful and rejuvenating stay. The meals were delicious and prepared with local fresh ingredients. The access to the Black Forest is literally steps away; be it hiking or biking. Few suggestions, 1) book a room on the lake side as the road is a bit loud at night and 2) bring a pillow as the ones provided are very German. 10/10 and will return!
