Overall great place to stay . The breakfast buffet was great with amazing views on the roof top. The dining experience was great also . Clean rooms and very walkable. The beach access is across the street with sun-beds on it. Would recommend as a short stay in Kalamata.

You’re right down town with all dine in options. The parking it’s a little tricky if you park a little earlier in the night there is no problem since they have parking across the street.

Great hotel well placed with nice views and a nice beach with very comfy lounge chairs. There is no parking but you can easily find parking around the hotel. Breakfast was great a lot of choice and their coffee was really good, the view from the breakfast buffet was amazing!!!!

We loved our stay at Pharae Palace! The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the rooms themselves were beautiful and clean, breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend this stay!

The staff were exceptional. Unfortunately I found the hotel to be very noisy. The staff helped me by upgrading our room and that as lovely however, I could hear other guests from this room also. Some rooms are need of renovation-especially the bathrooms. The restaurant upstairs was fabulous and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is as advertised. The view from the 5th floor restaurant is stunning. Breakfast was great with lots of options and the staff super friendly. The room was updated and we were on the 4th floor so our view to the water was amazing. i recommend this hotel.

We booked an executive suite apparently (it wasn’t expensive). The room was lovely, wrap around balcony, sea views from two sides, lots of space and good quality patio doors (very good for blocking traffic noise). Lovely views from the balcony and roof terrace restaurant. Check in was supposed to be 2pm, but ready when we arrived two hours early. Great location for the marina and short walk to the city. Ridiculous value for money!

The hotel is quite old and the furniture as well. Even a superior room does not provide the expected comfort . The hotel has a great advantage in it’s location , in the front of the beach and a big parking area. The staff is very generous but most of them are not experienced specially in the meals. Most of the guests are local citizens and not foreign tourists , maybe that’s the reason for mentioned disadvantages . The reception is always on duty 24/7 but there is no consultants for to see the city , if the officer in charge knows he may offer any places if not the guest has to search in internet.

We absolutely fell in love with this hotel and its service. The breakfast was to die for, with amazing sea views. Everything was walking distance and the hotel helped secure taxis whenever we needed one. There was room service, daily cleaning of the room, and easy access to the room.

Pérsonalized service was impeccable. It was our second time there.Our first stay was four days and our second was nine. The rooftop breakfast and restaurant offers breathtaking indoor/outdoor views overlooking the sea and mountains. The hotel became our base for daily historic side trips. We will return to our "home away from home" in Kalamata!

Welcoming front desk, great amenities, great breakfast options and the rooftop and the view is one of the best in Kalamata . The waitressing staff that works in this hotel are amazing all of them . The staff were exceptional. Unfortunately I found the hotel to be very noisy. The staff helped me by upgrading our room and that as lovely however, I could hear other guests from this room also. Some rooms are need of renovation-especially the bathrooms. The restaurant upstairs was fabulous and the breakfast was excellent.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr guter Lage und super Frühstück. Parken ging in der Nebensaison problemlos am Straßenrand. Der Strand ist direkt über die Straße rüber.

Overall great place to stay . The breakfast buffet was great with amazing views on the roof top. The dining experience was great also . Clean rooms and very walkable. The beach access is across the street with sun-beds on it. Would recommend as a short stay in Kalamata.

Perfect location in Kalamata. Close to beach and restaurants. Wonderful view over the sea, the city and the mountains from the nice roof terrace where also a great breakfast buffet is being served. Very helpful and pleasant staff throughout the hotel, from the front desk to roomcleaners and waitresses. Our number one choice next time we visit Kalamata.

The hotel is wonderful. 100m from the Kalamata beach and only a short walk to great restaurants, it is a great place to stay.

You’re right down town with all dine in options. The parking it’s a little tricky if you park a little earlier in the night there is no problem since they have parking across the street.

Great hotel well placed with nice views and a nice beach with very comfy lounge chairs. There is no parking but you can easily find parking around the hotel. Breakfast was great a lot of choice and their coffee was really good, the view from the breakfast buffet was amazing!!!!

The hotel is as advertised. The view from the 5th floor restaurant is stunning. Breakfast was great with lots of options and the staff super friendly. The room was updated and we were on the 4th floor so our view to the water was amazing. i recommend this hotel.

My husband and I booked this hotel for my in-laws and they said it was such an amazing hotel. The staff were so kind, the food was amazing - especially the restaurant in the hotel (amazing pasta), their breakfast buffet was delicious, the rooms were clean, the view from the rooftop was stunning. They asked me to book them for a month next year that’s how much they loved it. Highly recommend!

The property was very well situated (next to the sea). We slept very well and the bed were very confortable. The only things I’ll recommend it’s to have some vegetarian option for the breakfast. Other way it was a great breakfast and the staff were very nice and kind.

Initially we felt a little disappointed inspite of an incredible welcome. Our room had no towels and was a little tired with stains on the sofa. The shower head was positioned so water shot through gap in screen all over the floor. So we could only have hand held showers. However the rest of the hotel was beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful Breakfast service was a bit hit and miss at times. Though maybe trainee staff. The lady who bought out food was incredible constantly restocking and cleaning. We booked this hotel due to private beach but we're told it had closed day before. However we were ok as discovered some other places and lots of beach and sunbeds to choose from. Inspite of this. The hotel served it's purpose and I would recommend and or go back. I just think we didn't get the advertised refurbished room. Thankyou for a great visit.
