Das Zimmer war piekfein, supersauber (lediglich ein paar Staubkörner auf der Vitrine), aber richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Großer Schreibtisch, um abends noch am Laptop zu arbeiten, interessante Beleuchtungsmodule. Leider ging die Sauna nicht, als wir da waren. Die freundliche Dame von der Rezeption ist mit uns noch hochgegangen, aber sie blieb leider kalt. Hoffentlich funktioniert sie das nächste Mal. Siegburg ist zwar nicht besonders spannend, aber in 23 Min (mit dem Zug) ist man in Köln, oder in Bonn.

Upon check in the room allocated had curtains that did not fit the window and enabled lots of light to flood the room. The nice lady on reception reallocated a much smaller room but at least the curtains were ok. The room was made up for one person - one towel and pillow so this had to be sorted. There was also no water bottle in this room like there was in the previous room. Check out was the worst / three people on reception ‘all’ didn’t greet me, ask how my stay was or even talk so I slapped my card on the desk and walked out… rude and inattentive! Try somewhere that values its clients more!

Sehr schöne Zimmer, aber das Hotel bietet absolut kein service. Das Frühstück für 35€ pro Person ist eine absolute Frechheit. Kein Kaffe, zwei Scheiben Schinken für das ganze Hotel, trockenes Brot... Kein Personal weit und breit zu sehen. Beim Auschecken mussten wir das Hotel anrufen damit jemand in die Rezeption kommt.
