Reception & Restaurant staff very hardworking towards guests‘ needs. Nice Spa area, the treatment I booked was with bio-products which I find very nice, and the therapist was very professional! Highly recommend 😊

The staff make this place. They are so accommodating and friendly. There are plenty of options at meal times and always free tables for the help yourself buffet, which, unfortunately some people help themselves to just a little too much! The all inclusive drinks are fairly standard but the cocktails taste like bad fortified wine so I would avoid. If you like evening entertainment then you will not be disappointed. If you don’t, there’s nowhere to escape except your room with a set of ear plugs. The TV only has Sky News but plenty of channels in German as well as Spanish. So take your own entertainment. Around the pool it can be windy, but it’s warm in March. There are the obligatory pool aerobics to avoid but they’re not too pushy. The Spa is tired but a nice quiet break away from others. The staff make up for any of the downsides to this place though.

L’hôtel est situé sur le couloir aérien du décollage des avions de l’aéroport sud de Ténérife et le bruit n’était pas supportable sur la terrasse de notre chambre. La nourriture n’était pas digne d’un hôtel 4**** Pas de petit déjeuner avant 07H30 et l’horaire de notre vol retour ne nous a pas permis de bénéficier de cette prestation. L’hôtel affiche sur son site qu’il y a un espace spa mais à notre grande surprise l’accès est payent.

Abends ist es leider sehr laut. Das Hotel ist im Atriumstil gebaut und die Abendveranstaltungen und Zusammenkünfte der Gäste im Erdgeschoss (Lobby, Bar, Aufenthaltsräume) kommen verstärkt in den oberen Etagen an. Morgensport der Gäste ist das Reservieren der Poolliegen. Spätestens ab 10:00 hat man keine Chance mehr auf einen Platz im windstillen Bereich. Das sollte vom Hotel unterbunden werden.

Fantastiskt läge vid strandpromenaden och havet. All-inklusive med stort utbud! Vita vinet var katastrof första dagen, det röda något bättre, cavan helt ok, likaså ölen. Väldigt fint poolområde, gott om solstolar för alla. Uppvärmd saltvattenpool.

it was a beautiful stay with friendly staff, very good food buffet and a nice room (we had junior suite with sea view). The sea view was amazing! The pool is heated so it’s highly comfy all the time to be in. As we had just breakfast and dinner included, we bought some coffee or soft drinks at the bar for very fair rates, all in all a very good hotel!

I really recommend this hotel, from the food to the cleanliness of the rooms to the kindness of all the staff, this hotel is one you’ll feel super relaxed and comfortable. You also have to check out the spa and treat yourself to a massage, I’ve come back to London feeling like it was definitely worth every penny. The views to the beachfront and the beautiful sea were just breath taking. I will come back one day.

Mye bra her: Beliggenhet like ved stranden, og i passe gangavstand til bykjernen i El Medano. Flott rom (vi hadde en suite). Bra uteområde, med nok solsenger rundt basseng - som var saltvannsbasseng (oppvarmet). Hyggelige folk som jobbet der. Hotellet har også noen utfordringer. Veldig lytt fra fellesområder til rom. Når det er underholdning/karaoke mm blir det fort en del støy også for dem som ikke deltar. Man burde funnet et annet rom. Treningsrom hadde maskiner som ikke var reparert. Frokost, stort utvalg - men vanskelig å holde like høyt nivå på alt. Kanskje konsentrere litt? Vi hadde ikke andre måltider. Renhold - ikke like høy standard over alt. Men vårt rom ble rengjort hver dag - på en bra måte. Flystøy. Dette er en realitet da flyene går veldig nært hotellet. De er mange og det høres! Men - Alt i alt er vi fornøyd både med hotellet, omgivelsene og med El Medano (som by).

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed the fact it was out of the way of the clubs and bars etc. it's a quiet area and the nearest town is a 20 mins walk. All the amenities were provided. Bed was comfortable, AC was available. Nice view of the sea and all the kite surfers. Check in was easy. Lots of food choices available for breakfast lunch and dinner. Check out was easy and at midday, you have the option to keep the room on for the day at €40 if you so wish too and you can still use the hotel facilities until you leave. Night entertainment provided by the hotel was fun, different every night. Swimming pool was nice. Plenty of sun loungers and a pool bar. There is a supermarket next door and ATM. There is parking in front of the hotel. But be aware, everyone local uses it also to go to the beach. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

EL baño estaba sucio. La comida era de bajisima calidad. Las instalacion de desayuno muy pobre, en mal estado, sucio, de muy baja calidad. La habitacion grande pero sucia, las almohadas viejas, planas de baja calidad, de baja calidad las sabanas, el cubre cama. Nada en el frigobar.

Gefallen hat uns, dass die Zimmer schön groß waren und gut ausgestattet. Außerdem hatten wir eine schöne Buffetauswahl durch die Halbpension. Die Lage des Hotels mit großem Parkplatz ist auch super. Personal ist stehts nett. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Das Hotel ist durch seine Bauweise manchmal am Abend sehr laut. Außerdem wird nicht wirklich gut geputzt. Wir hatten leider mal einen Tag ein bisschen sandige Schuhe und dieser Sand wurde die ganze Woche nicht weg gesaugt oder geputzt, was für mich sehr fraglich ist in wie weit die Zimmer dann überhaupt hygienisch gereinigt werden. Deswegen werden wir leider dieses Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht mehr besuchen.

We were upgraded to a master suite free of charge. It was a beautiful room! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was clean. We could change our towels daily. There was always a sunbed free. Beautiful views across the sea.

The hotel is located near the airport, and the taxi fare from the airport is around 16€. Nice hiking possibilities and the town is charming. The room was nice size. Unfortunately, the Expedia VIP upgrade was denied due to the hotel being fully booked, which was understandable due to the holiday season. Now, onto the awful stuff. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom was littered with hairs from previous guests. The toothbrush glasses were really filthy. I don’t understand why the cleaner visited daily if no cleaning was happening. Countertops or floors were not wiped. All the stains and dirt remained even after the cleaner's visit. The room was very noisy (pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper). The spa was a joke. I had a booking, but there was no one at the reception at the time. Luckily, a friendly lifeguard from the pool provided me with a towel and locker key. I was really looking forward to the sauna shown in the pictures, but it turned out to be a stock photo and not the actual sauna. The real sauna had crumbling wooden seats and lacked a water bucket to throw water on the stones. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and ants or termites were running all over. The fine dining restaurant had friendly staff.

Well located for the airport and right on the coast. Hotel and food both ok to good but not amazing - but then you are not paying 5 star rates either. Location a bit removed for local options, trip pickups etc - fine if you want a quieter time but just be aware that trip options are a bit limited as a result as not everyone will pick you up. it was a beautiful stay with friendly staff, very good food buffet and a nice room (we had junior suite with sea view). The sea view was amazing! The pool is heated so it’s highly comfy all the time to be in. As we had just breakfast and dinner included, we bought some coffee or soft drinks at the bar for very fair rates, all in all a very good hotel!

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der Stadt El Medano. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt am Hotel mit allem was man so braucht. Die Zimmer waren etwas angewohnt aber noch in Ordnung. Das Bett war OK. Das Badezimmer ist auch in Ordnung und sauber gewesen. Der Balkon bietet genug Platz für 2 und hatte Meerblick. Das gebuchte Frühstück war angemessen und es gab eine ausreichende Auswahl. Die Kaffeemaschinen sollten mal getauscht werden, da oft kaputt. Die Chemie-Saft-Maschine sollte gemieden werden. Schade dass das Hotel nicht echten Orangensaft am Buffet anbietet. Abends ist das Hotel etwas laut, da es sehr stark durch das offene Gebäude schallt. Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Würde es nochmal buchen.

Mye bra her: Beliggenhet like ved stranden, og i passe gangavstand til bykjernen i El Medano. Flott rom (vi hadde en suite). Bra uteområde, med nok solsenger rundt basseng - som var saltvannsbasseng (oppvarmet). Hyggelige folk som jobbet der. Hotellet har også noen utfordringer. Veldig lytt fra fellesområder til rom. Når det er underholdning/karaoke mm blir det fort en del støy også for dem som ikke deltar. Man burde funnet et annet rom. Treningsrom hadde maskiner som ikke var reparert. Frokost, stort utvalg - men vanskelig å holde like høyt nivå på alt. Kanskje konsentrere litt? Vi hadde ikke andre måltider. Renhold - ikke like høy standard over alt. Men vårt rom ble rengjort hver dag - på en bra måte. Flystøy. Dette er en realitet da flyene går veldig nært hotellet. De er mange og det høres! Men - Alt i alt er vi fornøyd både med hotellet, omgivelsene og med El Medano (som by).

Loads of really great things about this hotel - 24 hour desk, lovely pool, immediate access to beach through front and rear of hotel, proximity to airport, free parking, fridge in room, quick to fix any issues. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast and rooms lovely and spacious, pretty modern with gorgeous balcony. The only things that let it down were small things like lack of toiletries provided (not even soap). Small time window for changing towels which can sometimes be a bit inconvenient, we were on the 5th floor so amazing view but noise from the treadmills at the gym on the 6th floor. It’s one of those hotels with entertainment provided in the evening which wasn’t our cup of tea and they invited musicians to play in the lobby which does go all around the hotel so you can’t really escape the noise which went on until around 10.30pm sometimes. Also they charge for pool table (1 euro per game) and use of the room safe (3 euros per day) I feel it’s unacceptable to have to pay to keep your valuables safe ok holiday given what we paid for the room.

We were upgraded to a master suite free of charge. It was a beautiful room! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was clean. We could change our towels daily. There was always a sunbed free. Beautiful views across the sea.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We had a a 3 day stay with a lovely room on the 4th floor. Plenty of choice at meal times (we were all inclusive). Nice place to relax , quiet location but only a short wLk to El Medano

En reglas generales bien. El personal siempre muy atentos y agradables. La atención en ese sentido, inmejorable. Un hotel bien con un personal inmejorable. En lo referente a comida, bien pero se podría mejorar un poco, más que por cantidad por calidad de algunos platos que la verdad, no creo q fueran su mejor versión. Habitación muy limpia. Piscina, pequeña y agua caliente. Aunque como alternativa hay playa justo al lado, con acceso desde el mismo hotel. Alrededores sin bullicio y zona muy tranquila.

Property is styled like a ship and only a couple of years old. Room was sea facing and fantastic view. It’s a surfer hot spot so is very windy which I didn’t know but didn’t spoil the experience. All inclusive upgrade is good value.

Fantastic hotel sitting just outside of town but an easy walk into the many fantastic restaurants and beach. There is also a good beach adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast selection in the hotel is superb. Be aware that this hotel sits on a headland and can get quite windy (certainly in January when we visited) Staff were brilliant.

Quieter than Plyr d America’s or Pdl Cruz. Small Supermarket restaurant and atm built in same building/block as hotel, everything else around 1km across the bay. But hotel was great and sea view was one of the best I have seen, south facing with no obstructions. Breakfast was very good and the room was very spacious Also very close to airport 20mins in 15€ taxi. I will return to this hotel again for sure.

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed the fact it was out of the way of the clubs and bars etc. it's a quiet area and the nearest town is a 20 mins walk. All the amenities were provided. Bed was comfortable, AC was available. Nice view of the sea and all the kite surfers. Check in was easy. Lots of food choices available for breakfast lunch and dinner. Check out was easy and at midday, you have the option to keep the room on for the day at €40 if you so wish too and you can still use the hotel facilities until you leave. Night entertainment provided by the hotel was fun, different every night. Swimming pool was nice. Plenty of sun loungers and a pool bar. There is a supermarket next door and ATM. There is parking in front of the hotel. But be aware, everyone local uses it also to go to the beach. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

It was slightly remote and there was no public transport into the town. We were told it was a 10 min walk but it took us about 30 minutes. There was a serious lack of entertainment in the evening unless you enjoyed karaoke or bingo.

I really liked this hotel. The hotel is in a lovely location and is very posh. The food however was terrible. The food was not restaurant quality at all…catered to more mediterranean tastes but in a low quality manner. Food was too salty and just kind of weird for example one night they served hot dogs which i thought “finally something nice and simple not bad to mess up”…hot dogs tasted so disgusting and “mystery meat” like that it ruined our appetite for the whole day.

The cleaners appeared to be rushed and the clients' rooms suffered. There were shoe prints in the shower where it had been cleaned and t bags were not replenished. The sink plug hole would not stay pressed down therefore I could not get a bowl of water for washing. The TV was faulty and programs often had the sound out of synch, and therefore made little sense. (island reception?)The breakfast foods, while the choices seemed to be plentiful, were disappointing. Eggs were always overcooked and there were too many left at the end of the breakfast session, along with bacon left in huge wads and other items over catered. The granola was not actually granola and had other cereals mixed in. Granola then ran out and despite asking reception on a number of occasions, carried on just being a mixture of all the other cereals. It was awful. The outside area by the pool was scruffy and all the glass, both looking at the sea and for the spa were opaque due to not being cleaned (perhaps another cost cutting decision). In the past a massage was offered with a token but now this was to be paid for from the outset and was overpriced. People routinely put their towels on sunbeds despite the rules which often meant there were no sunbeds (unless you moved someone else's belongings). This rule needs to be displayed much more visibly and enforced. 25E for dinner was not commensurate with quality and should be on a tariff where one can pick and choose for a suitable price. There is more.

If you don’t, there’s nowhere to escape except your room with a set of ear plugs. The TV only has Sky News but plenty of channels in German as well as Spanish. So take your own entertainment. Around the pool it can be windy, but it’s warm in March. There are the obligatory pool aerobics to avoid but they’re not too pushy. The Spa is tired but a nice quiet break away from others. The staff make up for any of the downsides to this place though.

There are plenty of options at meal times and always free tables for the help yourself buffet, which, unfortunately some people help themselves to just a little too much! it was a beautiful stay with friendly staff, very good food buffet and a nice room (we had junior suite with sea view). The sea view was amazing! The pool is heated so it’s highly comfy all the time to be in. As we had just breakfast and dinner included, we bought some coffee or soft drinks at the bar for very fair rates, all in all a very good hotel!

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der Stadt El Medano. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt am Hotel mit allem was man so braucht. Die Zimmer waren etwas angewohnt aber noch in Ordnung. Das Bett war OK. Das Badezimmer ist auch in Ordnung und sauber gewesen. Der Balkon bietet genug Platz für 2 und hatte Meerblick. Das gebuchte Frühstück war angemessen und es gab eine ausreichende Auswahl. Die Kaffeemaschinen sollten mal getauscht werden, da oft kaputt. Die Chemie-Saft-Maschine sollte gemieden werden. Schade dass das Hotel nicht echten Orangensaft am Buffet anbietet. Abends ist das Hotel etwas laut, da es sehr stark durch das offene Gebäude schallt. Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Würde es nochmal buchen.

En reglas generales bien. El personal siempre muy atentos y agradables. La atención en ese sentido, inmejorable. Un hotel bien con un personal inmejorable. En lo referente a comida, bien pero se podría mejorar un poco, más que por cantidad por calidad de algunos platos que la verdad, no creo q fueran su mejor versión. Habitación muy limpia. Piscina, pequeña y agua caliente. Aunque como alternativa hay playa justo al lado, con acceso desde el mismo hotel. Alrededores sin bullicio y zona muy tranquila.

Great stay, lovely room and good food, entertainment went on til 12 some nights, i had ear plugs so didn't bother me but if you like to be in bed by 10 its probably going to be a bit annoying however my overall experience was very good, its a lovely hotel.

We were upgraded to a master suite free of charge. It was a beautiful room! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was clean. We could change our towels daily. There was always a sunbed free. Beautiful views across the sea.
