that has to be the worst car park ever, so badly set out, the numbers are everywhere not in order, it took us over half an hour to find where we had to park. The view from our large apartment was awesome, the flooring is very old and thin and the bed very hard

Stayed here for a week with 7 people. It was an excellent space with easy access to various amenities in the area. The pools and spa were awesome too. A perfect launching point for theme parks and shopping. 😀

There were a few things missing (eg, bathmat, egg flipper, paring knife) but these were all provided during the complimentary mid-stay cleaning. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well located. Loved the lappool and hot tub.

Nice property, excellent location….close to tram, parks, restaurants and groceries. Views are spectacular, two pools one indoor, one outdoor. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable, bedroom carpets clean but worn out. Better supplies of garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and kitchen amenities such as salt and pepper shakers would have been appreciated.

We stayed on the 29th floor in a superb 2 bedroom apartment with amazing views of the Southport Broadwater and pacific ocean. We stayed here for the Red Hot Summer show which was literally right across the highway from the apartment!! Our apartment was large, luxurious and immaculately clean. We were disappointed we could only stay for 2 nights 😪😪. We would definitely stay here again as we loved our short stay!!

We stayed on the 29th floor in a superb 2 bedroom apartment with amazing views of the Southport Broadwater and pacific ocean. Splendid location for retail and dining experiences. Only issue i had was the blinds are only privacy thickness so at 5am the sun woke us up...regardless of the time we went to sleep.

Very friendly staff and people staying or living in the apartments. Easy transport to Pacific Fair or Australia Fair. The apartment had a beautiful view and loved the amount of space. Communication leading up to our stay was great. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment was quite hot as there was no cooling on and it took a long while for it to cool. On the second night it was a little cool through the night but there was only a sheet on one of the beds. No blanket or doona. Outdoor furniture on the balcony was a 2 seater only, even though it was a 2 bedroom and 4 of us staying, and the balcony furniture was quite old and needs replacing. Would have expected much better for the price we paid.

10/10 perfect. We would definitely recommend the complex. With it's proximity to public transport we hardly used our rental car, eateries and supermarket on the doorstep, just an all round wonderful experience.

I liked the coffee downstairs and the multitude of restaurants. Public tram depot is very close and Ubers have plenty of room for pickups.

Nice property, excellent location….close to tram, parks, restaurants and groceries. Views are spectacular, two pools one indoor, one outdoor. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable, bedroom carpets clean but worn out. Better supplies of garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and kitchen amenities such as salt and pepper shakers would have been appreciated.

I liked the coffee downstairs and the multitude of restaurants. Public tram depot is very close and Ubers have plenty of room for pickups.

Convenient location with a few amenities (restaurants, shops, lightrail) closeby. We had lovely views of the water from our mid level until allocated. Check in and reception service was smooth, but opening hours were minimal, and so were any further assistance for questions and other matters for the stay. Parking was a complete joke, and the underground carpark is a tortuous blind maze. Left access was pretty poor, especially when one of two lifts were utilized for removalist, trades, and other sevices. Unit was suuny, light, and comfortable(somewhat minimally) furnished, but room amenities were old, broken, and unhygenic. Althought superficially clean, our unit was in desperate need of a deep clean. We found dust balls, gritty/sticky(caked on dust) carpet, and dead/live cockroaches with associated droppings in all areas of the kitchen. Perhaps a regular schedule of deep clean (carpet shampoo, wipe inside cupboards, pest treatment, dryclean throws/cushions/couch) would have made a difference. First 2days of our stay was spent buying cleaning products and additionally cleaning the unit. Our scheduled weekly “service” didnt turn up, and reception wasnt able to specify a time for their visit. For the price, I think there are better accomodation options, and we are unlikely to return.
