The property needs much maintenance. Examples. The first room we were given, the rack for hanging up clothes was missing. A section of bricks edging the pool were missing. Bushes and shrubs around pool area are overgrown and need trimming. A laundry chute for used pool towels was padlocked and thus people just threw towels on the floor. Fresh towels for the pool were not refilled timely thus when we went to the pool there were no towels.

We were booked for a room with a queen sleeper couch. Our room had a chair. The ice machine on our floor was broke. The elevator was scared to use. And we had no hot water.

The carpet in the hallways and rooms smells. The person at the desk tried to find a room, and after three tries, we found one that didn't smell quite as bad as the others. The breakfast for $10.00 was no bargain and was pretty sparse. The three pillows on the beds were so thin that they equalled one normal sized pillow. The television control didn't work unless you were six inches from the t.v.. The staff in general tried to be helpful, but were greatly hampered by the facility. Oh, and I also got stuck in one of the antique elevators, until a workman showed up to help. Fortunately, it was only a minute as the guy was already coming to work on it. A sign would have been nice. Place needs a total upgrade.

I had a 3 night stay, And the 1st night i killed a few roaches, morning of day 2, i killed some in the bathroom, Immediately i went to the front, and my room was changed once i expressed my issues. The bed linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. There was no exhaust fan and there was mold inside a matted, framed picture. The windows were filthy. The staff was very friendly. The operating (maintenance) certificate was missing in the elevator and in its place was a note saying to ask management if you would like to see it. It is supposed to be displayed in the elevator at all times.

The hotel was, without a doubt, the most unsatisfactory place we have ever stayed. The sheets were stained, there was hair in the shower, a dead cockroach had crawled into a photo frame, and there was someone's old food under the bed, among other issues.

Room had things growing in the fridge, water in shower never drained (took shower Saturday morning, water still there Sunday morning). Room was never cleaned and key was deactivated while i was out Saturday and had to get a new. Not worth the price

Just a tired hotel, the shower diverter was broken making the shower very difficult to use, the bathroom door was shattered, the carpets felt like they haven't been cleaned since the hotel opened. There were no linens on blanket or pillows for the pull out couch, took 2 trips to the front desk to get them. The breakfast was decent and affordable.

Check in was fine. When I got to my room, the bathroom smelled of smoke. I spoke to the front desk and he changed my room without hassle. The bed was comfortable for me and it was clean. I had trouble with the A/C unit and they tried to remedy the problem 3 times, but then I gave up and just went to bed. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great hotel for the money. When we arrived there was an issue with our room. This was immediately addressed by hotel staff and we were moved to new room. Worth the money for a quick stay.

I have stayed in the hotel many times and recommended to others. That has stopped. Desk clerk rude. I booked 2 queen beds got 1 double bed for 2 people not related. Very unhappy will not go again. In the past 10 years I have probably stayed here many many times. I have a trip coming up not even considering this hotel. Worst experience ever this time. Many hotels in area need to find my new favorite place to give my money to.

I got to the hotel around 1am. There was no staff at the counter. I called the hotel, knocked on the door, kept saying hello and each time was louder. There was no one there. It took about 20 minutes until a Winamp appeared from the back. Just to get into the room it took 15 minutes longer. I will not stay there again.

Took 2 hours to get towels and could only get 3 towels and 2 wash clothes for a family of 5 then I was told wait till 9am the next morning

I stayed two nights and it's was nice. The hotel was very accommodating when we needed extra pillows and things for the room. The rooms are a little dated but they keep it very nice and for the price I would stay again. Overall great stay!

Depends what you want. Rooms are older, older carpet, tubs older. Clean, friendly staff, fairly comfortable beds. Nice location. Great staff. Just don’t expect modern and you will be okay.

Pros: convenient location to soccer tournament, inexpensive, outdoor swimming pool with a beautiful hedge row of roses, fairly new renovated bar & lobby. Cons: stall cigarette smell everywhere especially the 2nd floor, staff is disorganized and unsure of basic things in area, only 2 towels availing a double room. Had to ask the front desk 4 different times and call to get 2 more towels. Shower curtain was torn and musty. Bed was not comfortable. Late checkout was not communicated to housekeeping (who still did not allow an additional towel).

So bad smell bad, dirty, smelled like raid they don’t change sheets, had pee in the bathroom towels smells food garlic, they charge 8.00 dollars for breakfast and on the website they say breakfast is included, the rooms have very old carpet old and smell bad had holes I need my money back i don’t stay in this hotel Horrible

The carpet in the hallways and rooms smells. The person at the desk tried to find a room, and after three tries, we found one that didn't smell quite as bad as the others. The breakfast for $10.00 was no bargain and was pretty sparse. The three pillows on the beds were so thin that they equalled one normal sized pillow. The television control didn't work unless you were six inches from the t.v.. The staff in general tried to be helpful, but were greatly hampered by the facility. Oh, and I also got stuck in one of the antique elevators, until a workman showed up to help. Fortunately, it was only a minute as the guy was already coming to work on it. A sign would have been nice. Place needs a total upgrade.

Just a tired hotel, the shower diverter was broken making the shower very difficult to use, the bathroom door was shattered, the carpets felt like they haven't been cleaned since the hotel opened. There were no linens on blanket or pillows for the pull out couch, took 2 trips to the front desk to get them. The breakfast was decent and affordable.

This dilapidated, dirty, smelly, property is NOT a 3 star property. The staff provide no customer service. No bar, no restaurant, breakfast is poor, no housekeeping during entire stay. Lamps broken in room. Shower barely worked.

Staff was extremely helpful. Brought my wife a chair for the room since she was handicapped. Extra towels and pillows, etc. Enjoy staying at the property.

It was a relatively decent accommodation for the price. Everything was adequate as we had everything we needed in the room. The main complaint I had was that the breakfast bar should be served daily, though the flexibility with checking out at a small fee was enormously helpful.

The lobby was nice, but once up on the floor it was dark and dirty. I had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed and only received a single sheet and one pillow, which I had to ask twice for. I also had to ask for a third set of towels since only two sets were provided even though I had registered three guests. I didnt actually receive a third set, instead they brought two bath towels. The breakfast was meh, on par with the complimentary breakfast at other hotels, but here you have to pay. The lady managing breakfast was shamelessly pandering for tips. The shower requires that you pull the handle so hard it seems like it will break to turn on and if you dont pull that hard, the staff treats you like an idiot for not knowing how to get their janky shower working.

The bathroom was very poor. Sink leaking out of handle getting the whole counter soaked. Shower handle was hard to operate, no instructions. Not a horrible stay, but not great.
