Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tampa-USF-Busch Gardens by IHG

Quarto grande, boa acomodação. Nao tão limpo, com um cheiro diferente, provavelmente do carpete, mas nada que atrapalhasse tanto. Estacionamento grande e iluminado. Atendimento básico. Nao sentimos simpatia dos funcionarios. Estávamos com muitas malas e ao entrar no hotel, algumas caíram e nenhum funcionário veio nos ajudar. Apenas olharam. Localizado bem em frente o Busch Gardens e com transporte gratuito para la, o que foi muito bom, mas a região nao é muito boa. Nao me senti segura. O que foi excelente é que chegamos antes do horario do Check-in e ja liberaram o quarto para entrarmos.

The breakfast was okay and room clean and comfortable enough. Location was great and the staff was the best part of the stay! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. They were the absolute best!!!

For the price, I was very surprised at the condition of the property. I travel fairly often and certainly wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal, but I didn’t the bathroom door to be so beat up and the laminate peeling off of surfaces…that being said… it was clean and bed was very comfortable!! Staff was very friendly as well.
