Great location, easy access to public transport, breakfast buffet excellent, staff amazing. Health club brilliant. Restaurants in walking distance excellent. Stunning beach. Great walks. In house restaurant excellent. Small gripes, room was very hot, had a fan but still uncomfortable at night. Area around outside pool was really pretty but there was the usual sunbed problem. People leaving towels on sunbeds then going away for a considerable length of time, staff should do more to remove towels when people not using them and stopping people from outside who were clearly not staying at the hotel using the facilities. Would have been 5 stars without the small gripes.

Lovely ‘traditional’ seaside hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, modern spa and pretty grounds. Opposite very sandy beach. On the road, but it’s quiet at night so not a major issue.

Great hotel and best location in Jersey for relaxing break. We enjoyed the hotels facilities including the indoor and outdoor heated pools. Relaxing ambiance, spectacular views and friendly hotel staff.

A beautiful location overlooking the bay . The gardens were lovely too . Staff in the hotel were very polite and helpful . Breakfast was excellent . Our room was spacious and we had a lovely view of the pool and gardens . The spa was a little disappointing due to there not being a sauna also the staff were rather pushy turning of the hot tub etc half an hour before spa closed ! Also opening times of spa not great needed to be open from 6-11 like most hotels I stay in . Lovely dressing gowns provided but had to ask for slippers which was unusual . Also even though tea and coffee were in our room and replenished daily there was no herbal teas which would have been lovely to have x Overall a truly lovely hotel and one I will visit again in the future . Thank you to all the hard working staff who were great !

Top class hotel. Sea view balcony is the room to get,the views are incredible.The breakfast is really nice, and we had an evening meal which was also pretty good.Used the indoor pool a few times ,nice and clean.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephen (the head porter), our bags were taken from us and we were offered a chilled glass of orange juice whilst we were checked in. We made our way up to our room (86 - sea view balcony) and our bags were only a minute or two behind us. Our room was just large enough, the king-sized bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was fab, and the balcony had the best view of St Brelade's bay just over the road. We walked on the beach and then swam in the sea or outdoor pool every morning, the pool opened at 8:00 and had towels and adjoining changing facilities. The gym/indoor pool opened at 6:00, and whilst it was all fab we preferred outdoors. Breakfast was spot on, we had a great self-service choice and could also order from a good selection - I ordered omelettes and vegetarian sausages most mornings. The waiting staff were among the most professional I've ever met (Hilary was our favourite - he was always smiling) and our greeter Leo was just the nicest chap ever (he's worked there for sixty years...). We only ate dinner in the hotel once, as there is a great selection of restaurants within easy walking distance, and it was excellent - but a couple of vegan, and a few more vegetarian dishes, would be a great addition. As with most top hotels it's the amazing staff that make it such a great place (nothing was too much trouble for them and it was obvious that they all love what they do), along with the top location obviously. Just amazing...

Lovely, traditional hotel with modern amenities, refurbished to a high standard. The pool and spa are excellent, staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was superb with a great choice of hot and cold food, dinner was also excellent. The public areas are furnished and decorated to a very high standard, and very comfortable to relax in. The bedroom was newly decorated, spotlessly clean, lovely bathroom with Loccitane toiletries. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel looks out onto the lovely St Brelades Bay. The rooms were spotless and the bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding. The breakfasts and the service were excellent. The bar was comfortable and the service was friendly. The spa was extremely well equipped. There was always a space in the large car park and the airport is only a 10 minutes drive. We would certainly return

Check in very vanilla with no explanation of facilities, bars and restaurant times. Also late being able to get into our room. Dirty laundry, towels and dishes outside our room in the hallway for 4 hours until we had to notify them of this. Room could have been cleaner, very dated with old sheets - they need replacing. Pillows have no pillow protector, only the case exposing the pillow very easily (not hygienic) and they are very used! Areas around the inside of the hotel need attention to cleaning, along the pool area too. Inside pool being used as if people are training for the olympics (not in lanes) with no consideration for others around them - this needs to be monitored. Breakfast ok, but for the price and given the standard the hotel gives itself it should be better than what it is. Service not particularly great around the hotel. Won’t be staying again or recommending. Positive - Spa service was great and surrounding pretty areas around the hotel itself.

Enjoyed our stay - the perfect location overlooking St Brelade’s bay. The service was wonderful, fab staff. Breakfast was delicious. I was disappointed with my rooms - I stayed in two different rooms, the sea view room was small and felt cramped. The layout of the room made it hard to enjoy the view. We had to move to a standard room (for which we paid almost the same rate) and it wasn’t good - more spacious but no view and not sound proofed at all - kept awake by creaking floorboards, bath and toilets running and wardrobes being opened and closed. Both rooms had some oversights such as cleaning in the corners, broken window handles that made it feel less premium. The spa was nice but would have enjoyed a sauna and longer hours to enjoy in the evenings. Overall, I’d recommend but it is expensive for what it is.

Excellent location with a good view of the bay with ample parking. All staff friendly and efficient. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. We have visited the island 10 times before but this was our first stay here. It will not be our last.

Staff were very friendly and contributed to making this stay wonderful. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel including the pool and gym. The outdoor pool was immaculate. Breakfast was very well cooked and great choices. I cannot fault this hotel.

Good choice of swimming pools and close location to the beach. Enjoyed the poolside cafe and breakfast in the main restaurant. Unfortunately no air conditioning which would have been welcomed, but able to get a fan for the room. The TVs had smaller selection of channels than anticipated, and due to being given a small garden view double, was awkwardly attached to the wall.

Amazing view from room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast very nice. There was a wedding whilst we were there so it was very loud at Breakfast and in the evenings but overall a nice stay.

We chose the hotel for its location and that was a good choice. Elements of our garden view room were a little tired but overall it was great value for money for us, off season.

All staff were brilliant. A special mention to Steve on reception who was an absolute delight and very professional. Our only issue was the temperature! The room was stiflingly hot and stuffy which made sleep a pipe dream! We feel they should seriously consider installing air conditioning. I’d much rather stay at a Premier Inn WITH air con and forego the view, restaurant, pool etc as a good nights sleep is top priority for us. But the hotel facilities, staff, cleanliness, restaurant, location are all second to none.

Great place with excellent service and perfectly located. Know that it is old - creaky floors but very well refurbished. EG Excellent bathrooms A bit noisy due to the room location - was hoping for better location as I had booked early but I get the feeling many others had been coming for years and as a newbie. Note that Jersey is not inexpensive.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephen (the head porter), our bags were taken from us and we were offered a chilled glass of orange juice whilst we were checked in. We made our way up to our room (86 - sea view balcony) and our bags were only a minute or two behind us. Our room was just large enough, the king-sized bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was fab, and the balcony had the best view of St Brelade's bay just over the road. We walked on the beach and then swam in the sea or outdoor pool every morning, the pool opened at 8:00 and had towels and adjoining changing facilities. The gym/indoor pool opened at 6:00, and whilst it was all fab we preferred outdoors. Breakfast was spot on, we had a great self-service choice and could also order from a good selection - I ordered omelettes and vegetarian sausages most mornings. The waiting staff were among the most professional I've ever met (Hilary was our favourite - he was always smiling) and our greeter Leo was just the nicest chap ever (he's worked there for sixty years...). We only ate dinner in the hotel once, as there is a great selection of restaurants within easy walking distance, and it was excellent - but a couple of vegan, and a few more vegetarian dishes, would be a great addition. As with most top hotels it's the amazing staff that make it such a great place (nothing was too much trouble for them and it was obvious that they all love what they do), along with the top location obviously. From the moment we entered the door we felt welcome. Stephen who wason duty at the time could not have been more helpful.. We found the staff most pleasant and engaging.The resturant was excellent and felt at ease while dining. Over all it was a lovely experience and hopefully we will return in the not to distant future.

Superb staff. Special mention for Milkah and Sergio who are excellent representatives for the hotel. Have stayed elsewhere but will be returning to St. Brelade’s Bay Hotel for our next visit. Many thanks to all the staff for a delightful stay.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephen (the head porter), our bags were taken from us and we were offered a chilled glass of orange juice whilst we were checked in. We made our way up to our room (86 - sea view balcony) and our bags were only a minute or two behind us. Our room was just large enough, the king-sized bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was fab, and the balcony had the best view of St Brelade's bay just over the road. We walked on the beach and then swam in the sea or outdoor pool every morning, the pool opened at 8:00 and had towels and adjoining changing facilities. Great location, easy access to public transport, breakfast buffet excellent, staff amazing. Health club brilliant. Restaurants in walking distance excellent. Stunning beach. Great walks. In house restaurant excellent. Small gripes, room was very hot, had a fan but still uncomfortable at night. Area around outside pool was really pretty but there was the usual sunbed problem. People leaving towels on sunbeds then going away for a considerable length of time, staff should do more to remove towels when people not using them and stopping people from outside who were clearly not staying at the hotel using the facilities. Would have been 5 stars without the small gripes.

Just returned from a wonderful 3 night B&B stay at this friendly and smart hotel on the scenic St Brelades bay. It’s possible to walk to St Aubin and Corbiere or catch a local bus into St Helier. We enjoyed the hotel pool and steam room. Our sea view balcony room was just perfect, thank you St Brelades Bay hotel.

Excellent hotel, fantastic breakfast and great spa and gym facilities. We really enjoyed our 5-night stay. Our room was very spacious with glorious views over St Brelades Bay. There is a good bus service to St Helier and from the Airport, with the stop just 50 yards from the hotel. The staff were attentive. The afternoon tea was good value. We will return for another stay in future.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location and everyone was really friendly and helpful. Only 5 minutes from the airport in a taxi and the bus to St.Helier is steps away from the hotel. A great selection of restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel too! When the weather is nice as it was for us, this is a fabulous place to stay!

We loved our evening staying here and wished we had booked more than 1 night. The meal was gorgeous, the cocktail bar was well decorated with awesome service and the location/view fabulous. The bed was huge, the room brilliant and the power on the bath taps!! The cherry on the cake was going for a swim and attending an aqua aerobics class with such a happy enthusiast instructor. We had such a grand time. One even better if would be the pillows, they weren't that plump or comfy, but otherwise outstanding.

Top class hotel. Sea view balcony is the room to get,the views are incredible.The breakfast is really nice, and we had an evening meal which was also pretty good.Used the indoor pool a few times ,nice and clean.

Lovely location. Views over beach are gorgeous so definitely get a balcony room. Staff are exceptional so friendly and welcoming. Had nice lunch in poolside restaurant which also had great views. Would recommend.

Fantastic location . Super leisure facilities . Heated outdoor pool a bonus . Rooms beautifully decorated . However not all rooms have a fridge which I consider essential in 4 &5 star hotels . I asked for a fridge and one was quickly provided . Staff excellent , knowledgeable very helpful and pleased to help quests . Breakfast good , Full English and can order omelettes etc . Continental options very limited indeed .

I asked for a fridge and one was quickly provided . Staff excellent , knowledgeable very helpful and pleased to help quests . Breakfast good , Full English and can order omelettes etc . Continental options very limited indeed .
