Had the most surprising and wonderful stay. Great welcome from the reception team member checking us in, he could not have been any more welcoming- well done ! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The indoor pool could do with a facelift. The outside pool just lovely and the setting is beautiful. For breakfast - loved that the hot items are a la cart and not sitting on a buffet - great ! Perfect breakfast- the service team are truly world class - only one point - why not have the tables face the view which is stunning !? (tables are set to face the interior). Overall great hotel ! Loved it

The staff just make this hotel; they are amazing. The grounds are beautifully kept as is the swimming pool area. Housekeeping staff could not do enough for us; I needed hypoallergenic pillows which arrived within minutes. Lovely Nenah on reception was super and helpful, but everybody was so I don’t like picking out individual names. Food and service great in the restaurant, many options for breakfast and we ate twice in the Ocean restaurant at night and were not disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble; this is our second stay within three months and we will be back. The Atlantic Hotel is superb. There is a fabulous sea view from all rooms. We were in a garden room with no-one above us, absolute bliss. The concierge unpacked the car and took all our luggage to our room after giving us a tour of the hotel. The room was really good, with plenty of space for our clothes and sufficient hangers and more if you required them. The furnishings were very elegant and comfortable. The complimentary toiletries were replaced as needed and the towels were good and we were provided with bathrobes, slippers and hairdryer. The hotel do provide a laundry, dry cleaning and ironing service at a cost, but well worth it. The beverages were also replaced daily, with water in the room fridge. The dining experience was excellent with a good choice of buffet and cooked breakfast options and lunch and dinner options that catered for everyone from a la carte to vegan. Beautifully laid tables for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the hotel were always very helpful, professional and courteous. There wasn't a pretentious dress code in the Ocean Dining room in the evening, we saw guests in jeans and t-shirts in there and also guests in their 'finery'. The staff however are always impeccably dressed. The leisure facilities on site are a tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna and a small gymnasium. There are plenty of comfortable seating areas and games and books for guest use. A fabulous, unpretentious hotel.

Very nice, but for a Small Luxury Hotel of the world it was disappointing in that there were no personal touches...eg even a glass of water at check in and nothing regarding our ' big event " stay. Bar prices were exhorbitant...captive market I suppose and the " tennis court" was covered in weeds and out of comission. We stayed at the Grand Hotel in Jersey the following night which was the complete opposire and absolutely fabulous!

I chose this hotel for my husband's birthday and we were very pleased with our choice. It has a magnificent view and the garden leads to the field and the bay below. We travelled with our two and a half years old daughter and she had a great time walking and discovering the nature nearby. We stayed in the garden suite and it was perfect as we could have a little walk anytime we wanted with ease. The service was impeccable too. We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday with a style.

Amazing hotel, the staff from housekeeping, to the leisure centre, reception and the dining room were super friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely views. Food was delicious, we will definitely return.

I have travelled extensively, but can honestly say that this is the best hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff were without exception the most charming and helpful team who really made the stay. Food was excellent in the restaurant, both at breakfast and the a la carte dinners. The team accommodated an early check in for us which was invaluable having recently been having medical treatment so quite tired. We stayed in garden suites which were very good and convenient for pool and seafront vistas in immaculately kept gardens. I will not mention names because you were all fantastic! We will be back. It helps if a hotel has such great views , but its clear this is a very well run operation. The staff are more than happy to help , its spotless , well designed and the food is brilliantly presented and tastes delicious. Every detail has been carefully thought about to guarantee a highly memorable visit . Thankyou Atlantic , I wish more hotels were like you.

Excellent hotel in quiet beautiful location. Refurbished rooms were excellent, with everything you could need. Staff and service was very friendly but at times a little too much. Perfect place to relax and unwind for a few days.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and we have travelled A LOT over the years. This is purely because of the staff, the staff particularly at breakfast times, and also Nathan are the most friendly & helpful hotel staff we have ever met! They couldn't do enough for us, and made us feel so welcome, something we had never experienced on this level before. We really appreciated the effort they all made with our 1 year old son too, they were great! We would love to return! A week wasn't enough. We miss the staff already, thank you for making our stay so special. We also loved the stunning grounds, the views from our room were amazing. The only negative we could think of is the limited room service menu, it would have been nice to have a little more choice as we struggled to find something suitable for our baby, although I'm sure if we had asked they could have done something slightly different for us, we just didn't want to be difficult or cause any additional work :-)

Hotel is in a great spot with an amazing view. Unfortunately our room was at the back overlooking the car park and a service building, a little disappointing. The room was comfortable but doesn’t have air con. Food in the restaurant is excellent as is breakfast. That staff were very nice and helpful

The Atlantic Hotel is superb. There is a fabulous sea view from all rooms. We were in a garden room with no-one above us, absolute bliss. The concierge unpacked the car and took all our luggage to our room after giving us a tour of the hotel. The room was really good, with plenty of space for our clothes and sufficient hangers and more if you required them. The furnishings were very elegant and comfortable. The complimentary toiletries were replaced as needed and the towels were good and we were provided with bathrobes, slippers and hairdryer. The hotel do provide a laundry, dry cleaning and ironing service at a cost, but well worth it. The beverages were also replaced daily, with water in the room fridge. The dining experience was excellent with a good choice of buffet and cooked breakfast options and lunch and dinner options that catered for everyone from a la carte to vegan. Beautifully laid tables for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the hotel were always very helpful, professional and courteous. There wasn't a pretentious dress code in the Ocean Dining room in the evening, we saw guests in jeans and t-shirts in there and also guests in their 'finery'. The staff however are always impeccably dressed. The leisure facilities on site are a tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna and a small gymnasium. There are plenty of comfortable seating areas and games and books for guest use. A fabulous, unpretentious hotel.

Excellent hotel in quiet beautiful location. Refurbished rooms were excellent, with everything you could need. Staff and service was very friendly but at times a little too much. Perfect place to relax and unwind for a few days.

Nothing is too much trouble and they are a kind and friendly professional team who excel at what they do. We had a wonderful weeks stay. We ate in the main restaurant and the lounge bar which gave us enough choice to eat in the hotel everynight.

The staff just make this hotel; they are amazing. The grounds are beautifully kept as is the swimming pool area. Housekeeping staff could not do enough for us; I needed hypoallergenic pillows which arrived within minutes. Lovely Nenah on reception was super and helpful, but everybody was so I don’t like picking out individual names. Food and service great in the restaurant, many options for breakfast and we ate twice in the Ocean restaurant at night and were not disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble; this is our second stay within three months and we will be back. If you are not especially mobile it is probably better to hire a car, albeit the bus service seemed regular and efficient. Huge thanks again to our friends at Atlantic Hotel

I have travelled extensively, but can honestly say that this is the best hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff were without exception the most charming and helpful team who really made the stay. Food was excellent in the restaurant, both at breakfast and the a la carte dinners. The team accommodated an early check in for us which was invaluable having recently been having medical treatment so quite tired. We stayed in garden suites which were very good and convenient for pool and seafront vistas in immaculately kept gardens. I will not mention names because you were all fantastic! We will be back. I found the Atlantic Hotel to be isolated and quiet with no restaurants or cafes close by so we had to eat at the Hotel every evening which was quite expensive. With gratuities you pay about £54 for burger and chips for 2 people. It overlooks St Ouens Bay which takes about half an hour to walk to down a steep road. I thought it was close to St Brelade's Beach but you need to take a bus to get there and back. I think you really need a car to get around if you stay there. The staff were nice and friendly there though.

I chose this hotel for my husband's birthday and we were very pleased with our choice. It has a magnificent view and the garden leads to the field and the bay below. We travelled with our two and a half years old daughter and she had a great time walking and discovering the nature nearby. We stayed in the garden suite and it was perfect as we could have a little walk anytime we wanted with ease. The service was impeccable too. We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday with a style.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and we have travelled A LOT over the years. This is purely because of the staff, the staff particularly at breakfast times, and also Nathan are the most friendly & helpful hotel staff we have ever met! They couldn't do enough for us, and made us feel so welcome, something we had never experienced on this level before. We really appreciated the effort they all made with our 1 year old son too, they were great! We would love to return! A week wasn't enough. We miss the staff already, thank you for making our stay so special. We also loved the stunning grounds, the views from our room were amazing. The only negative we could think of is the limited room service menu, it would have been nice to have a little more choice as we struggled to find something suitable for our baby, although I'm sure if we had asked they could have done something slightly different for us, we just didn't want to be difficult or cause any additional work :-)

Don't judge a book by its cover- brutal concrete 70's architecture but super tasteful/restrained inside and wonderfully relaxing. Extra for a sea view worth every cent. Restaurant food exceptional, bar menu not so much but we may have been unlucky. Very highly recomended

Very nice, but for a Small Luxury Hotel of the world it was disappointing in that there were no personal touches...eg even a glass of water at check in and nothing regarding our ' big event " stay. Bar prices were exhorbitant...captive market I suppose and the " tennis court" was covered in weeds and out of comission. We stayed at the Grand Hotel in Jersey the following night which was the complete opposire and absolutely fabulous!

The hotel is beautifully situated, welcoming and very comfortable. The rooms have every amenity including bathrobes, the grounds are extensive - scorched dry at the moment - but well cared for. There's a nice small outside pool with sunbeds and an spa which I did not use. Only two small quibbles: the hairdryers are prehistoric! You have to keep your finger on the switch to keep them on. And as a woman travelling on her own, the staff occasionally made me feel invisible. For example, I sat in the bar from 6.10 to 6.40 p.m and nobody came to offer me a drink or to ask if I wanted to eat. As soon as my brother-in-law turned up, it took about 30 seconds for us to get service. Otherwise the whole experience was excellent.

A beautiful hotel, with very kind and engaging staff. They were all incredibly thoughtful and worked hard to make it feel like a special experience. The grounds and gardens are beautiful, there were lovely spaces to get a drink and relax. The food was first class. The indoor pool and gym are small but very clean and definitely do what you need.

The room was very clean, and the hotel overall was tidy and specious. The staff were amazing-attentive without being overpowering--and the breakfast was exceptional.
