Blue - A Modern Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Great hidden gem. Set far back from the busy roads so very quiet. Place was very clean and every staff member I dealt with was excellent!! Chair was fun to use a few times. Bed was comfy, and pleasantly surprised by cozy robes and slippers. Very small fridge that’s won’t fit food, that’s my only coplaint.

The property has potential, however our room was prepared properly, body wash container was empty, hair in the shower. The room was not made up on our second day, when it was eventually the coffee capsules and cups were not replaced . The room was quiet, and they have a great coffee service in the lobby.

Staff was friendly

Check in was a little disappointing too much talk about the $250 damage deposit. I am 66 years old and I don’t damage hotel rooms and never have. The original $50 damage deposit cleared from my credit card but now I am waiting for the $200 to clear my account. Very disappointing the way this was handled.
