Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton Irving DFW Airport North

This hotel is super clean and staff is very nice. Room is big and has everything you need. 1F has a lot of places for working, just bring your laptop and you are all set, free coffee and snacks there! Remember to call hotel for the shuttle when you arrive at the airport, I was waiting quiet long time before I realized that I need to make a call so they will send the free shuttle to pick you up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had a very pleasant experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing staff-great customer service was provided by Front Desk Team: Sierra, Shilpa and Alex. Also, Ms. Silvia did a wonderful job making sure that breakfast was always warm and ready for us. Last but not least, the Housekeeping team were very kind and maintained my room clean and tidy in a matter of minutes… all while I was on a conference call.

We woke to someone who entered our room at 2:30 am. The person shut the door and left. We tried calling the front desk and the phone didn't work. I was unable to sleep from that point on. We went to the desk to talk with management early in the morning and encountered the most rude woman behind the desk. She admitted giving out keys to our room and blamed it on a system glitch. "It happens" was her phrase she repeated more than twice. She was extremely flippant about the complaint. She offered us snacks as compensation. We did not sleep past 2:30, and we paid too much for our stay to be offered snacks as compensation. We asked to speak with the manager, and she said the manager was not in at the moment but she took our name, number, and said she would report the complaint and have him/her contact us. Not surprisingly, we heard nothing. This was a frightening experience that then turned into a maddening one. Management should have shown even the slightest bit of concern for the safety scare. That would alarm anyone to wake to someone in your hotel room. Poor, unprofessional treatment.
