I like that it is close to the metro station and walkable to and from some of the sights of the city and the free continental breakfast. I did not like that the hotel didn’t have a lift.

Check in was easy and smooth. No elevator but front desk carried our bags up. Room was small and beds were clean. The shower needs a serious update. Dirty stained caulk along bottom, doors loud, the rack to hold bottles and soap is a joke everything falls through. Wouldn’t pay the rate if getting a nice shower after a long day of walking or traveling is important to you.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente si deseas estar cerca de las atracciones de Roma pero en una zona más tranquila. Hay una estación de metro a una cuadra y paradas de autobuses. La piaza de Popolo también está caminando. El servicio al cliente fue excelente y sólo por eso repetiríamos. El único detalle es que no tienen elevador y se tienen que subir escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones, no obstante el personal del hotel nos ayudó subiendo el equipaje. Buena relación costo-beneficio.

Front desk was super nice! Rooms need to be updated especially the shower, seems to have some mold. Location was great. Be aware there is NO free parking. It’s 35 euros a day although it mentions parking available with no dollar sign under hotel info.

This is not a Luxury accommodation as advertised and verges on miss- selling. The rooms were clean but the reception was poor and the carpets were thread bare. Its an apartment conversion and poorly done especially with regards to sound proofing which is non existent. You can hear everything from next door and you might as well have your neighbours showering in your room its that noisy. There were no tea or coffee making facilities and towels were cheap. I hate to say it but its like a poor mans premier inn and for £250 a night its expensive. It was clean and the location is good. The chap on reception was good but wasted in the role. nothing was explained about breakfast and the reception is only manned from 8am - 9pm so if you arrive late or leave early expect no help. No lift as well so no good for people with mobility issues.

We stayed two nights at the Residenza Flaminio Gaio. We stayed in a family room, it was very comfortable, clean and the staff were great, friendly, professional and helpful. Great stay, highly recommend!

Location was close to Piazza del Popolo which was convenient for touring. It was also a short walk to the Spanish Steps. However, would never stay there again. Had booked two rooms: Changed to a new room as first one had ants. Second room water backed up in the sink and next to a staff member that lives in the hotel. They were loud and disrupted us regularly while in the room. It was so loud it was like they were in the room with us. Breakfast didn't start until 8am so we could only attend one morning and it wasn't worth going. There was no way to make coffee in the room. After all of this the staff acted like it was our fault and it was a bother that we mentioned any of it.

Great stay at Residenza Flaminio Gaio. Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. It’s in a prime location situation just near Villa Borghese & Piazza Del Popolo, easy access to several bus & metro routes which can take you all over Rome. Vatican City & Castel Sant’Angelo are around 25-30 minute, Trevi fountain/pantheon are 25 minute walk. Taxi to Rome Fiumicino booked at reception is a fixed €65.00. Would happily stay here again returning to Rome.
Great stay at Residenza Flaminio Gaio. Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. It’s in a prime location situation just near Villa Borghese & Piazza Del Popolo, easy access to several bus & metro routes which can take you all over Rome. Hotel was walking distance and in good proximity to all areas we had planned on our trip. However, the room itself lacked finesse in the cleanliness, windows were dirty, toilet button broken and shower was a struggle to use.

There is no soundproofing on the bedrooms so you can hear everyone coming and going/ in their rooms ect so it is very dificult to sleep. You are also getting alot of noise from the street outside. I think it was also a very high cost for what it was, i would recommended getting a nice hotel further outside of Rome for half the cost and getting public transport in each day.

An excellent place to stay to explore Rome and the surrounding towns. Our room was well maintained and the bed is really comfy. It's located right near a metro station that is only a few stops away from Termini, and you are within a couple of miles of all the major sites. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a holiday in and around Rome.

Small hotel of 42 rooms, rooms were large and spacious. The front desk staff were super helpful with helping me with dealing getting my lost luggage and getting it back to the right place. A bigger and brighter address sign would be super helpful. We arrived early on a dark rainy night and took us a few minutes to find the doorway to the hotel. A great local neighbourhood vibe with a short walk to local cafes, groceries and buses.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in assisting ordering taxi and transfers. Unfortunately, the walls were extremely thin and full conversations could be heard. The last night the people across the hall screamed for over an hour which facilitated very poor sleep. Location is great for access to Plaza de Popolo. Keep in mind that if getting a hoho bus the closest stop is 23 mins away. You can walk to the coliseum in 30 mins from the hotel though!

Excepting for the non functional Wi-Fi, the room was extremely quiet, the location super close to Piazza De Popolo and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very limited but acceptable for one day. The room, hotel and area were clean. Nice place to base our week in Roma.

Great service from Hilaria and Luca at the front desk who were always cheerful and helpful and worked long hours! They immediately fixed a small issue with our room and also set us up with an excellent driver to the airport. Room was pleasant and comfortable; good shower :) breakfast also good. We found the location excellent for exploring the city; we walked to all the major sights from the hotel and there are lots of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

A spacious, clean and comfortable room and very helpful and friendly front desk staff. I definitely recommend this accommodation😊

This is not a Luxury accommodation as advertised and verges on miss- selling. The rooms were clean but the reception was poor and the carpets were thread bare. Its an apartment conversion and poorly done especially with regards to sound proofing which is non existent. You can hear everything from next door and you might as well have your neighbours showering in your room its that noisy. There were no tea or coffee making facilities and towels were cheap. I hate to say it but its like a poor mans premier inn and for £250 a night its expensive. It was clean and the location is good. The chap on reception was good but wasted in the role. nothing was explained about breakfast and the reception is only manned from 8am - 9pm so if you arrive late or leave early expect no help. No lift as well so no good for people with mobility issues.

Great service from Hilaria and Luca at the front desk who were always cheerful and helpful and worked long hours! They immediately fixed a small issue with our room and also set us up with an excellent driver to the airport. Room was pleasant and comfortable; good shower :) breakfast also good. We found the location excellent for exploring the city; we walked to all the major sights from the hotel and there are lots of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

An excellent place to stay to explore Rome and the surrounding towns. Our room was well maintained and the bed is really comfy. It's located right near a metro station that is only a few stops away from Termini, and you are within a couple of miles of all the major sites. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a holiday in and around Rome.

very good location. close to the piazza del popolo and borghese park entrance (not close to villa borghese museum though). the staff is very friendly despite our late arrival check in process was very easy. they have storage and front desk.

nice staff, comfortable room. located right next to the road, it was fine for us, but if you are sensitive to noise (road) be aware of the room location. located close to the metro and easy to get to everything on foot and the metro.

Great stay at Residenza Flaminio Gaio. Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. It’s in a prime location situation just near Villa Borghese & Piazza Del Popolo, easy access to several bus & metro routes which can take you all over Rome. Vatican City & Castel Sant’Angelo are around 25-30 minute, Trevi fountain/pantheon are 25 minute walk. Taxi to Rome Fiumicino booked at reception is a fixed €65.00. Would happily stay here again returning to Rome.

Service was amazing! We were well taken care of and they gave us local recommendations for food that were incredible. There were nine of us in our party and we took 5 of the 14 rooms! The location is amazing! Very walkable to many areas! And the croissants at breakfast….YUM!!!

Location was close to Piazza del Popolo which was convenient for touring. It was also a short walk to the Spanish Steps. However, would never stay there again. Had booked two rooms: Changed to a new room as first one had ants. Second room water backed up in the sink and next to a staff member that lives in the hotel. They were loud and disrupted us regularly while in the room. It was so loud it was like they were in the room with us. Breakfast didn't start until 8am so we could only attend one morning and it wasn't worth going. There was no way to make coffee in the room. After all of this the staff acted like it was our fault and it was a bother that we mentioned any of it.

Excepting for the non functional Wi-Fi, the room was extremely quiet, the location super close to Piazza De Popolo and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very limited but acceptable for one day. The room, hotel and area were clean. Nice place to base our week in Roma.

This hotel is in fact not a really hotel : it is more like a few bedrooms inside a big apartment building. Pretty hard to find it (don’t hesitate to call them directly when you arrive). Our room was big enough, but it was one of the few facing the renovation of the facade, meaning you couldn’t really open the curtains. Breakfast is ok (pretty basic though) but it’s from 8 to 10, which is too late because we want to arrive early at the touristic attractions ! 7am or 7.30am would be better. The WiFi doesn’t really work well, which is unacceptable in 2026 ... The location of the hotel is ok because it’s close to the metro (metro A to Termini). We payed 230€/night in June, breakfast included, which is expensive but that seem to be a very acceptable price comparing to the other hotels of central Rome. Also, you can’t get 2 room key and 2 entrance key : you can only have one of each, which is not great when you are 2 people in the room. So, the overall expérience is barely acceptable. The young lady at the reception is very nice however.

Air conditioning issue reported from day 1. We were not able to switch from Fan to AC option. The housekeeping explained us the air is controlled and we were not able to control it by ourself which it is unacceptable. It was very hot in Roma, 31 degree celcius. The room was very warm and very uncomfortable to be relaxed and rest. It is also very noise area.
