Ramada Jerusalem by Wyndham

The staff in the hotel ignore you unless you speak Hebrew. There is no room service despite their website advertising that there is. There is no mini bar with water or snacks (despite having a mini bar it is not stocked). The restaurant / bar staff just stand around talking to one another and you have to approach / wave at them, they take 15+ minutes to make a coffee. Don't think I saw one staff member smiling, say hello, goodbye or have a nice day. The rooms are old and need a refresh, there are stains on the walls, cupboards. The cleaning only covers the major areas and corners are caked in dust. The swimming pool is old, mouldy, the changing rooms are gross. The lockers are with padlocks that the staff DO NOT tell you about (or provide) and there are maintenance men that walk around the women's changing rooms unannounced (no signs or warnings). Needless to say that when I return to Jerusalem I will not stay at this hotel 0/10 Do not recommend!

Except for the shift parking/security attendant, Nicole, who was rude, disrespectful, sarcastic unhelpful and a lier, as she refused us entry into the parking lot. She said that there were no spaces and would not allow me to check. I directly me to park outside in the public parking area reequiring me to either try again in the morning or pay for parking at $3/h starting at 8 a.m. I went to check and found Seven spaces free! She again refused ro accept that and again àqqlied stating that the lot was full. I even showed her the pictures of the vacant spots! The front desk got the head of security to check with me. As we approached the gate he saw that the FIRST space was free. She then allowed someone to use it stating that I, the guest,was rude, and continued to refused me entry Fortunately, her shift ended and the head of security reluctenly allowed me to enter....I proceeded to park. A waste of over an hour in chully weathwr causing a neeedless argument with my wife who was worried since I faile to return to the room for such an extended period of time. I asked the front desk for compensation..nothing. They were pleasant but stated that parking wasnunder control of security. OTHERWISE, ITthe hotel is lovely with excellent daily rates....for now $183/ night Cad. Though this experience was very unpleasant, I will not let it deter me from staying at there again.

Clean room, excellent staff, parking. Often unavaklable die to parties which requires one to find sfreet parking which is often unavailable and required one to start paying after 8. A.m. very annoying. Have 3 hours and for got to renew so I Received a 100 nil ticket.

Indoor, outdoor pool not working , neither gym. Was not informed about it. Checked out after one night with no compensation or apology

Petit déjeuner copieux, réseau très moyen dans les chambres. Lit confortable. Gros soucis avec la piscine. L accès poussette on doit appeler pour ouvrir donc parfois on attend bien trop longtemps. Et on a eu deux jours la piscine pour enfants fermés alors qu’on a choisi l’hôtel pour ça.

Tout c’est bien passé juste le jour du checkout on c’est vu nous interdir l’entrée à la piscine puisque nous quittions l’hôtel , dans tout le peu d’hôtel que j’ai fais dans plusieurs endroits on nous a toujours laissé jouir des parties commune de l’hôtel meme le jour du départ

No parking available when arrived @11pm after a full day of work. Had to literally checkout and find a different hotel

On vient pour deux jours profiter de la piscine des enfants pour mon enfant et de la grande piscine extérieure Un jour la piscine des enfants fermée et le lendemain la piscine extérieure des grands fermée Et meme si c’est compréhensible, aucun geste de la part de l’hôtel. La propreté de la salle du petit déjeuner laisse largement à désirer Et pour prendre une omelette au petit déjeuner limite il faut se battre c’est la pagaille

Room was large and clean. Pleasant staff. Great stay

Our room was not serviced by housekeeping 2 days straight. When we asked for fresh towels they never showed up.

We stayed for one night and we found it very clean. And the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and everything was clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed my stay there.

We got a Gorgeus , newer room. Super clean & comfortable . Th staff was amazing . Location is a few minutes ay from the train that takes you all over in few minutes . You need something? In two minutes they give it to you This is our third time & we are coming back . It was an amazing, a pleasure !!!! The best !!

​😡 Critique : Comportement Inacceptable et Manque de Tact du Personnel ​🏨 Contexte de la Situation ​Nous séjournions dans votre établissement et avions payé pour le petit-déjeuner complet. Étant pressés par le temps pour nous rendre à l'aéroport et prendre notre vol, nous n'avons pas pu nous asseoir pour le consommer sur place. ​🥐 Le Déroulement de l'Incident ​Mon épouse, qui est actuellement enceinte, a simplement pris quelques croissants pour les emporter et les manger sur la route, afin de ne pas voyager le ventre vide, d'autant plus que nous avions réglé le service. ​À notre grande surprise, un surveillant du petit-déjeuner s'en est pris à elle de manière totalement inappropriée. Il s'est permis de lui faire la honte devant les autres clients en criant et en l'accusant d'un ton assourdissant. ​❌ La Gravité du Manque Professionnel ​Ce comportement est absolument inadmissible et indigne d'un hôtel se voulant aussi prestigieux. ​Manque de tact et de savoir-vivre: Aucune considération n'a été montrée, surtout envers une cliente enceinte. ​Humiliation publique: Le ton et la mise en cause en public ont créé une situation extrêmement embarrassante et stressante pour mon épouse. ​Absence de professionnalisme: Si une règle avait été enfreinte (ce qui n'est pas le cas, le service étant payé), un rappel à l'ordre discret et courtois aurait été le seul comportement acceptable. ​📝 Conclusion et Demande ​Cet employé a fait preuve d'un total manque de respect et de profe

Check in was late, door keys 3 times had to have electronic key reactivated...waited each time in line still didn't work. Our time is too value and returned to the room no soap no shampoo ....and shower head was broken. Called reception Noone answers the phone. We won't stay here again nor recommended to friends. Sadly no mgmt to explain seems they didn't care.

The staff was attentive and friendly.

Reservation manager Dan athlan takes great care of me. And many many others he is the best haseem who runs the entire food service is on top of every detail in that room and it shows . and Mr Gordon the customer manager relations is everywhere in that building making sure things are perfect it's a great hotel with great service and great facilities it is the best

We had a wonderful Time at this hotel. It was clean. We had a fantastic breakfast every day. It was easy to get the buses and t=light rail. The main bus station was very close.

The service was great. Breakfast was included. It was delicious.

Quality of breakfast decreased from previous stays. They used to have someone making eggs and served pancakes. They serve waffles now without syrup. The coffee was mostly water with a dark tint. Everything was good but i will have to go somewhere else next time because I enjoy big breakfasts.

The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible.
