Hilton Buena Park Anaheim

Staff doesn’t look you in the eye, isn’t friendly at the front desk, doesn’t smile, isn’t helpful regarding questions or making you feel welcome. Staff is minimally maintained and it impacts dining and bar experience. Food options are mediocre and overpriced for the quality. The hotel looks fancier than it actually is. Would not stay again. Room does not include mandatory valet parking fees at $27 a night plus tips. There is a deposit of $75 a night taken at check in. Breakfast buffet in the AM is $25 per person and it’s tiny. This is an overrated hotel for sure. Valet staff can also be rude when they’re overwhelmed and they don’t always appear organized. If you use a cart to take your luggage to the room, expect it to be a thirty minute wait while your luggage is left unguarded at the valet station. You’re not allowed to take it yourself.

They charged $27 a day for parking (vallet only) , during the morning rush hour, I have to wait more then 30 minutes for a car to come out .. And Front staffs are not friendly at all
