The staff was very helpful and pleasant, the room was not only a good value, but quite nice and capacious. No one needs the number of lumens the bathroom provides, unless conducting major surgery, however. A rheostat would have made the stay even better. :)

Well when I call the front desk and ask about the tv not working they told me they check with maintenance when I didn't hear from them i went straight down to the counter and ask them one said oh yeah the maintenance went home okay so why no one call me no answer overall inconvenient move to another room. 🤔 I wonder if i didn't come down would they contact me i doubts it

We appreciate that they have a security officer manning the parking lot gate at night. The lobby and rooms were clean and esthetically pleasing. There were miner inconveniences like the bathroom sink being clogged, low water pressure, slow toilet flushing,, and the fridge was not cooling until 18 hours into our first day. Once these things were bright to the attention of the staff they were willing to remedy the issues. 5⭐ to staff hospitality and care

The staff is not cordial whatsoever. Even upon shift changes, the staff didn’t engage with my family. They didn’t speak, avoided eye contact and on responded if we initiate it. They seem to be respectful and more engaging with the airline staff who utilize the facility. We ordered a cot for the room and The Co that they brought us had dirty a dirty bowl and plate stuff in between the mattress and the frame. We asked for a new one. I’m not sure if they actually gave us a new one. I just took the dishes out.

The clerk who checked me in was professional. There were about 20 teenagers in the room next to me parting and fighting in the room and hallways. I was unsettled I called the clerk to complain, he informed me that the security guard wasn’t in duty, it was 9:30P! I had to call twice to complain . The rowdy crowd then moved to the side of the building and proceed to yell and argue on the property, while the security guard was on site. I was afraid that a shooting wound take place. The hotel l should prioritize who is more valuable to their business! I don’t blame the security guard, I’m sure his pay to low to risk his life dealing with unruly people! would not stay here again, I fear for the level of security and rowdy crowds!

They charged for parking (why when I just spent a considerable amount of money for a room), clerk told me there was a "problem" with the card used on file to book the hotel (how when I booked back in MARCH and the receipt and my bank account showed the payment cleared), clerk obviously was looking up the wrong booked account but fortunately that issue was cleared up, WIFI didn't work and I had to use my personal hotspot to use my laptop (using it to type this review right now actually), housekeeping came and knocked on my door a few minutes ago and came on in (check out time is at noon and it was only a few minutes until 10 am). 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a awful experience at the hotel’s restaurant from a bar tender named Rachel! She yelled at me and my family and was very rude and confrontational towards us we were a party of 5 with a infant and two toddlers. This experience is enough to make my family never come back due to her inappropriate behavior. When we spoke to the general manager about Rachel’s behavior she told me she would take the appropriate disciplinary actions and have her called off. The next day she wasn’t called off she was working to our surprise and she was very very rude still. The unfortunate part is we chose this hotel because of the hotel restaurant, I didn’t want to shuttle my three children across town for every meal especially it was very cold windy and rainy. Such a horrific situation! I won’t be coming back!
