Hotel is excellent. However, we specifically booked at the hotel so that we could go to the thermal bars on the 24th. We arrived at 15:15 and were told that the thermal baths were closed. It did not say this anywhere on the website which we checked before booking at the hotel. We also called to ask if there would be a normal service at the hotel on the 24th. We were told about the special service in the restaurant and agreed to book in the restaurant. We were not told that there would be limited access to the thermal baths. This was extremely disappointing and means we paid for a service that was not available.

Man kann am Anreise und Abreisetag die Therme den ganzen Tag nutzen. Durch einen Tunnel geht es direkt aus dem Hotel in die Therme. Das Personal war äußerst Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Es war fast alles Perfekt... der größte Minuspunkt bei über 30 Grad Tagestemperaturen... die fehlende Klimatisierung der Zimmer. Da war ich etwas enttäuscht bei einem so hochwertigem Hotel. Die Schlafqualität bei der Hitze im Zimmer war dementsprechend nicht so toll.

Man kann am Anreise und Abreisetag die Therme den ganzen Tag nutzen. Durch einen Tunnel geht es direkt aus dem Hotel in die Therme. Das Personal war äußerst Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Saunaen var lukket på grund af renovering, hvad vi ikke vidste ved bestilling og der var ikke dampbad, men fine pool områder. Ellers fint hotel med meget lækker morgenbuffet.

Absoluter Pluspunkt dieser Unterkunft ist der Zugang zur Therme. Ohne diesen hätten wir das Hotel nicht gebucht, für eine Nacht war es aber ok. Frühstück war sehr lecker Zugang zur Therme Minibar 1x inklusive Kaffebar im Zimmet inklusive - das Zimmer war nicht ordentlich gereinigt - den Fön konnte ich nicht nutzen, schmierig, klebrig, dreckig, Haare von der Vorgängerin - Roomservice war ok, die Käsespätzle echt lecker, Currywurst kalt, Salzstreuer nicht gefüllt - das Personal war nett und freundlich, aber warum immer so steif, das will doch keiner mehr

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Sehr bemühtes Personal, insbesondere die Putzleute, die aber erkennbar viel zu viel bewältigen mußten. Möglicherweise das allgemeine Problem keine Mitarbeiter zu finden. Großes Manko: Keine Klimaanlage, es war viel zu warm, dadurch schlecht geschlafen.

Hotel very clean, excellent food at the restaurant & breakfast, very nice & polite service, slightly outdated electronic connections availability in the rooms and not very good neither cell phone nor Wi-Fi coverage. Overall, very nice, I could return.

We stay 4 nights, 3 times in a row the towels were not changed without our request, twice the bed linen was not changed, once the room was not cleaned at all. Besides, it's not a good idea to put two twin beds together and to call it double bed.

Having use of the Thermal Spa makes this hotel stand out but otherwise I thought it was over priced. We did take the cheapest room option but the wall paper was coming off the wall the room was small and without aircon so in this 30 degree weather it was unbearable sadly. )a small fan was provided it just blew hot hair around). I hate hotels that think shower gel & shampoo can come in one bottle , it can’t and for the price I want shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. The coffee machine overflows the coffee cups if you select the large. All picky things but for the money it should feel plush and it didn’t. Staff were exceptionally nice though and well trained.

Leider wurde mein Zimmer, nachdem der Gast vor mir ausgecheckt hat, nicht gereinigt. Deshalb war mein Zimmer extrem verschmutzt. Seht gut gefallen hat mir das Frühstück, was bei dem Preis jedoch auch nicht anders zu erwarten war.

Lage der Anlage ist wirklich schön. Die Zimmer sind bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und recht klein. Unser Sohn musste auf einem Notbett schlafen. Betten insgesamt viel zu weich und deshalb nicht besonders komfortabel. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ungeeignet.

Séjour d'une nuit pour profiter du l'espace balnéo et sauna, la chambre est très agréable, calme et bien agencée. L'extérieur est aussi très calme et proche de la nature. Le repas barbecue en format buffet du soir (55€ par personne) était très bon, avec boissons a volonté incluses (alcool y compris). Séjour extrêmement relaxant, nous y retournerions sans hésiter. L'hôtel nous a fournis les serviette du spa, les peignoirs et les chaussons du spa. L'espace Sauna du Spa est en supplémant à 12€ par personne mais vaut son prix avec de nombreuses salles sauna différentes, un grand espace extérieur et différents bassins La chambre ne dispose pas de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur, un séjour en période de forte chaleur est donc à éviter à mon avis.

Our stay was quite disappointing. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. There was mold on the tiles. mosly transparent door to the bathroom. No AC/ klíma. Breakfast costing an extra €25? You have to take the bus to eat anywhere else. Oh, and the bedframe made it painful to get up. Wifi worked for 5 minutes. And we were told by the checkout person that this room is very cheaö for €120 a night.

Vi har besøgt Dorint 3 gange tidligere og havde derfor høje forventninger til opholdet . Desværre blev de ikke indfriet denne gang. Receptionen var i top . I restauranten manglede medarbejdere. De sled i det, men kunne ikke følge med. Til en middag fik vi en ret som ikke levede op til vores forventning . Paneret kylling på en bund af kolde kartofler og agurk. Det var uspiseligt . Aftenen før havde vi fået den bedste ret med kantereller . Vores værelse blev først rengjort efter kl 15, og da havde vi rykket 3 gange. Pool området er i top. Mangel på medarbejdere bevirkede, at oplevelsen ikke svarede til tidligere ophold

Vi har besøgt Dorint 3 gange tidligere og havde derfor høje forventninger til opholdet . Desværre blev de ikke indfriet denne gang. Receptionen var i top . I restauranten manglede medarbejdere. De sled i det, men kunne ikke følge med. Til en middag fik vi en ret som ikke levede op til vores forventning . Paneret kylling på en bund af kolde kartofler og agurk. Det var uspiseligt . Aftenen før havde vi fået den bedste ret med kantereller . Vores værelse blev først rengjort efter kl 15, og da havde vi rykket 3 gange. Pool området er i top. Mangel på medarbejdere bevirkede, at oplevelsen ikke svarede til tidligere ophold

Only thing that i might complain about is not aircon in the rooms. So very warm at night, also the checking didnt go as smooth as it should since they didnt tell me all the things i need to know about how to enter the spa and leave the parkingplace. Also the hotel is missing a EV chager, that would have been nice to have in the future. But overral a great place to stay.

By their own admission, they are a little short of staff at the moment, due to covid, but what they lacked in numbers, they made up for in service and smiles. The hotel itself is excellent. I would argue that at this level, rooms should have air conditioning but that would be our only criticism if there is one. One note for HOTELS.com customers... the spa pool illustrated in the listing, is an adjoining company and NOT part of the Dorint hotel. There are preferential rates and it is a great facility, but you will need to pay separately to enter. If you study the 'inclusion' list thoroughly, this is covered, but the illustrations are a bit misleading.

Nice property in a quiet location. The crowd was definitely much older than I expected (all grey hair with a lot of canes or walking sticks). I believe that there is a physical therapist located nearby. It did matter. My only complaint was that the room didn’t have AC and it was warm that evening. They provided a fan and it was enough for the heat.

Aber man kann nicht hnaustreten. Schöne Aussicht auf den Park Wir freuen uns über kostenloses Mineralwasser, Bier und Saft in der Minibar Ganz besonders möchten wir das Frühstücksbuffet loben. So viel feine Sachen . Frisch zubereitetes Omelett, Lachs, Kaese, Wurst, Brotauswahl, süßes Gebäck, Obst, Gemüse. Wir waren begeistert Sogar der Eintritt mitsamt Handtücher für die Therme nebenan war im Hotelpreis enthalten. Wenn man bis 12Uhr das Hotel verlassen muss, darf man trotzdem noch den ganzen Tag in der Therme bleiben Wir danken für den schönen Aufenthalt und versprechen das wir wieder kommen.
