Our host Toni was wamr and friendly. The hotel is very well located. You can park there and it's a short and easy walk into the town centre. The hotel is very nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. There was even some carrot cake in our room to welcome us! Excellent breakfast, too. We will definitely be coming back.

Breakfast was delicious. Tony’s suggestions were helpful. With Tony’s help, parking was easy enough. We mistook Henrietta Street for Henrietta Road and ended up at the wrong place, but Tony quickly straightened us out when we called him, and he directed us further down the street until it turned into the Road and met us out front. We did not need our car at all in Bath because we could walk wherever we wanted to go from here. Chestnuts House and our hosts were truly a delight.

This is a special B&B. Extremely well organised and little touches you would expect in a 5* hotel. Dressing gowns provided,well stocked drinks tray, sweet treats replaced every day. The breakfast choice was amazing with nothing too much trouble for Tony the owner. Limited parking available and close to the city sights make this a perfect place for a visit to Bath

Everything about the property was excellent. It's in a quiet convenient location and just a short walk into the centre. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from Tony and his staff. The house is immaculate throughout. Our room was tastefully decorated, very comfortable with everything you could need. Our breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from, cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! Tony has a really good knowledge of the area and gave us great ideas of things to do and see. The property was outstanding from the room & bed to the Wi-Fi and freshly cooked breakfast. Fresh slices of cake were placed in the room daily, which was a lovely personal touch. The room also had smart TV with Netflix available. The owner was amazing with his knowledge and tips for the tourist attractions, eating out and local sites to see. We had laundry washed, folded and put back in room for a small fee. Would highly recommend this property, I doubt you could find better.

This is a special B&B. Extremely well organised and little touches you would expect in a 5* hotel. Dressing gowns provided,well stocked drinks tray, sweet treats replaced every day. The breakfast choice was amazing with nothing too much trouble for Tony the owner. Limited parking available and close to the city sights make this a perfect place for a visit to Bath

Very good hotel, in great location , superb throughout all staff friendly and helpful, with a really good breakfast as well.will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Our host Toni was wamr and friendly. The hotel is very well located. You can park there and it's a short and easy walk into the town centre. The hotel is very nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. There was even some carrot cake in our room to welcome us! Excellent breakfast, too. We will definitely be coming back.

Immaculately clean, spacious room. Breakfasts were incredible. 10 min walk into the centre of Bath, 15-20 min walk to the train/bus station. In a beautiful part of a beautiful city.

It was very comfortable and warm, even though we had frost every night, and felt just like a home from home. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were great 😋

The property was outstanding from the room & bed to the Wi-Fi and freshly cooked breakfast. Fresh slices of cake were placed in the room daily, which was a lovely personal touch. The room also had smart TV with Netflix available. The owner was amazing with his knowledge and tips for the tourist attractions, eating out and local sites to see. We had laundry washed, folded and put back in room for a small fee. Would highly recommend this property, I doubt you could find better.

Had a lovely stay......my only complaint is . That the breakfast was too big! I have never seen such a fantastic fruit salad for breakfast... my husband had the full english .which was fantastic.

The perfect place to have a relaxing stay to explore the city of Bath. Very friendly staff and environment. Rooms very well equipped with all you require plus some extras totally unexpected. Breakfast was plentiful and Cooke to order from a comprehensive menu. Nothing was too much trouble. Within easy walking distance of the centre and the benefit of free parking on site. Would thoroughly recommend this establishment and would book it again if returning to the city.

Boendet har bara 5 rum, vilket gör att det blir väldigt mysigt & personligt. Vi uppskattade mottagandet vi fick med bl a en liten kaka på rummet. Frukosten var väldigt god och det fanns en jättefin trädgård, som vi tyvärr inte hade tid att njuta av då vi bara var där en natt. Promenadavstånd till stadskärnan, 10-15 min. Det enda negativa var parkeringssituationen. Det fanns begränsat med parkeringsutrymme i anslutning till hotellet, vilket gjorde att ett visst samarbete med övriga gäster krävdes för att få ut bilen på morgonen. Men det löste sig.
