The B&B is situated only 5 Km south of Florence off the state highway to Arezzo. It is suitable both as an ideal base for visiting Florence or as starting point for exursions by car, trekking or walks and bicylce rides in the Florentine or Tuscan countryside. Bicycles are available. The large garden is a pleasant and peaceful spot for relaxing, lulled by the murmur of the Arno, after a day spent visiting monuments and museums. The village within walking distance (a few hundred meters) offers an excellent restaurant for dining, a bar, a pharmacy and other stores as well as a cinema.
