Great location. Friendly and helpful staff

Clean room and comfy bed, outside, the lodge needs a bit of TLC, first impressions count. Food was nice, but menu for dinner fairly limited. Staff pleasant and attentive

room was modern & spotless, reception staff were exceptional as were the bar staff. the breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious we also had an evening meal which was really good, the pool & hot tub, sauna & steam room were immaculate and great. the changing rooms we spotless & had a swimsuit dryer. its a 20 to 30 min walk to bournemouth town centre & beach. we give the lodge and all the facilities 100% perfect

A lovely place to stay within a 10 minute walk to central Bournemouth with shops and the beach. Brilliant that the facilities are available to use all day everyday including the pool and gym. Very helpful staff.

The staff here are amazing, everyone was very help and friendly. The room was warm and clean and the bathroom was also well decorated and modern. The lodge itself from the outside looks run down but that didnt take anything away from how happy we were with our stay
