Great staff. But some of the guests were on thrir television on all night. Couldn't sleep very well. The staff should have done their tour and tell them to lower it down. The swimming pool was clean. The morning breakfast was great both days. Cheers to the chef.

Room was not clean. Bathtub had black grime around drain and multiple hairs throughout the tub and shower. Bed had stains on it that had to be replaced but slept on the chair anyway.

Biggest complaint was VERY DIRTY ROOM. It was so bad we debated on leaving to find another hotel, but it was 10:30 pm and we had kids with us, so we stuck it out. The shower had mold, the floor was sticky, all counter tops were dusty, thermostat did not work, stains on bed sheets, TV remote did not change channels, tub was something out of a horror movie, etc. Now that I'm thinking about it we might go get checked out for diseases that we may have contracted. Other than that breakfast was what you would expect from a cheap chain hotel and staff was friendly. I did not mention this to the staff because seriously whats the point nothing would have been done.

We traveled here for business and the stay was awful. One of the rooms had no ac and the staff did nothing about it. We had to stay in our vehicle because it was too hot. There was little water pressure and the smell in one of the rooms was unbearable. We will not be staying here again.

It was clean, fresh and comfortable. No issues whatsoever.
