The room was great, staff friendly. The issue is parking. The hotel parking gets mobbed by casino users so if you are staying there good luck with parking. People make up their own parking spaces or park along the curb. Since they dont check the license plates of the guests vs the casino visitors there is no enforcement or penalties for people that park in the hotel parking lot but dont stay at the hotel they just want close parking and dont want to walk from the casino lot.

Due to the fact that they offer smoking rooms, walking up and down the halls, you can smell it. The breakfast is very, very basic. Had a doughy, undercooked pizza from the restaurant. Staff was friendly, room was clean.

Rooms smell horrible, was lied to over the phone about there being a pool in the hotel. When asked about the pool, was told there was no pool because it takes away from the attraction of the casino.

Upon arrive to my room, I opened the door and was hit in the face with a giant waft of sewage smell. I don't know if it's just the area or my room. It was late, passed out and went to work. Next day same thing. I asked the front desk for some candles or spray or something. They wanted me to walk down and get it. Was not impressed with having to make due on my own.

The lighting was horrible in the room. It was very dim. The lighting in the bathroom was so dim I could not do my makeup properly. The light in the shower area did not come on at all. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so it fogged up badly when I took a hot shower. I tried to call the front desk but got no answer.

It was okay...the shower had no hot water at night, but had hot water in the am. There was no hot food available for breakfast (eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, etc). The lighting was really dim in the room. Bed was okay. There was no safety latch on the door, which had me a little nervous as a solo traveler.

The room needed repair which I hope house keeping would have reported. But the wall paper on a wall in the bed area seams were curling open all the way up on two seams same wall. Caulking around the toilet looked like a 8 year old did the work. Mold was on the ceiling next to the exhaust duct in the bathroom. Wood Furniture was banged up needing repair and stain.

It was ok was there at 3pm and was told would be charge a fee for early check in . To wait 30 mins and room would be ready . Hotel lobby hallways were really hot room was ok temperature after ac was on for a bit. No extra tp for room.

Disappointed restaurant hours were open for only few hours, very few amenities to do. Was advertised horse race hours and was not stated only online. Not enough available agents at front desk to check in waited almost an hour to check in. Room was clean and felt safe. Breakfast was small was expecting free breakfast to include eggs and bacon and sausage at least for being a casino and continental breakfast. Not boiled eggs!!!!!!!

I did Not like the hamburger from the Bar!!!! No condiments, dry Cold Pati no lettuce tomato I don’t know what they call a hamburger over there but it damn sure this one the french fries Cold also. I could’ve complained, but I was dying by myself. I had to ask for napkin!! Sorry sorry place to eat The room had No cream,sugar stir sticks for coffee!.!! Not top line in being clean!! No Kleenex. The TV is horrible horrible. I paid for two nights, but I only stayed one. I got my stuff the next morning loaded up and left. I did not tell them I had checked out. I waited till the next day then I called and told them I’ve checked out. The only thing I can say is the two Ladies that check me in were A1. I did not get their name and there was two ladies in the casino that helped me. Also I probably won’t be in a hurry to come back here.

I arrived at the property 30 minutes prior to checkin time of 4:00 PM. The clerk tried to charge me a $10 early checkin fee. For someone staying 3 nights I felt that fee was a little insulting. I didn't charge them when I left earlier than 11:00 AM this morning. I ned someone to let me understand what amenities were provided. They did charge me $14/day for amenities that I didn't know they had. The parking is terrible due to the location of the motel to the casino and front door. It would be ni if they had motel parking separate from the casino parking as the casino players over whelm the available parking. I will say this stay, third time, was better than the previous. It is convenient for going into the casino located on the property.
