The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy to park and right next to the huge shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. Old town not immediately accessible. We were on a short stay which meant we had dinner in the shopping centre. Excellent, good value restaurant only serves breakfast. Good range of hot and cold food. Very helpful efficient staff.They have an area away from the buffet which is dog friendly. Our dog was happy in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and shower clean and easy to use.

Nice friendly young lady on the check in desk. Restaurant wasn’t open but there is a huge shopping complex with restaurants/bars/takeaway next door. We stayed with our two small dogs which they allowed this time but was told they usually only accept one small dog (10 kg) so unfortunately we can’t go back. Thanks anyway for this stay.

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great shower. Handy to have secured onsite parking. A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the weekend. But the breakfast was still served and was very good!

Hotel is in a good condition. Very friendly staff, helped with some great food recommendations. A bit far from the centre, but walkable if you enjoy walking - or otherwise the bus options are decent. Was able to find free street parking very close to the hotel. Very good value for money overall.

We were charged 20 EUR for our pet (the highest price we ever paid), and not even a pet cushion or a toy in the room. On top, pet was not allowed in the restaurant : we had dinner delivery and had to have breakfast in turns, There is this common say that pets are not allowed in restaurants in Spain, but we were told by a Spanish lawer that is not what Spanish law says. Pets should not be in spaces were meals are processed or prepared; restaurants are only places were meals are delivered and eaten. When will Spain become a pets friendly destination ?

Una mala experiencia. Me alojado muchas veces y siempre perfecto hasta ahora. La habitación apestaba a humo de tabaco y la ventana estaba abierta. Me costó mucho calentar la habitación con 4°C que hacía en el exterior. El desayuno sin servicio, lleno de mesas sin recoger y sin reposición de producto. Está claro que el camarero necesita un refuerzo desde que comienza el desayuno, a las 7 de la mañana y no más tarde. Espero que corrijan estos defectos. Miraré otras opciones antes de volver a reservar.

Hotel plutot décevant pour un 4 étoiles. Pas propre : obligée de changer de chambre car la première était sale, avec des papiers sur le sol et des taches. La deuxieme était un peu mieux mais la poussière ne doit pas être faite très souvent. Le personnel a l'accueil est agréable.

Las partes comunes las he visto muy bien pero las habitaciones un poco deterioradas, la ducha no tragaba bien el agua y el lavabo no tragaba nada y lo arreglo mí marido.

Très bon accueil chambre spacieuse tout confort. Dommage qu’il y ait des tâches sur les rideaux et les fauteuils. Nous avons dû relaver la vaisselle avant de s’en servir.

Demasiados errores para una estancia de dos días. Nunca me había pasado en ningún hotel que me dieran la habitación de otra persona 😓,y que no activarán correctamente la tarjeta de entrada a la habitación por dos días. Me he hospedado varias veces ahí,pero esta vez me decepcionó bastante. Además de falta de limpieza 😓.

Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast!

Embora o quarto seja muito espaçoso, pois é uma suite com sala, cozinha, quarto e casa de banho, o mobiliário é antigo, a cama é pequena para um hotel de 4* e o colchão é muito desconfortável e velho (molas partidas e fazia covas). Todo o resto da suite é funcional, incluindo a casa de banho bastante espaçosa. No hotel, apontam-se algumas falhas, a alcatifa do corredor estava suja, a luz faltou e as luzes de emergência da escada não acenderam, tendo de utilizar a lanterna do telemóvel e no estacionamento as cancelas não abriram e não tinham mecanismo manual. Tivemos de desmontar a cancela com a ajuda de vizinhos. O pequeno-almoço é muito variado. É um hotel caro para a imagem que vende.

En principio está bien, el personal de servicio es muy atento. Por otro lado, está bastante desatendido, casi no hay personal en recepción y se montan unas colas monumentales. La habitación básica es extremadamente pequeña, no corresponde con un Hotel de cuatro estrellas. El estado de conservación de la habitación de deja un poco que desear, de hecho no hay mantenimiento por las tardes. El servicio de restauración, solo ofrece comida rápida solamente, deberían incluir acciones más saludables también. por último, el desayuno, está bastante bien, pero deben de poner más atención en cómo guardan la leche de soja un día está bien, y al día siguiente está mala un jarrón cito muy bonito pero nada práctico. Les recomiendo que la guarden en el tetrabrik, así durará más tiempo. por último, tienen un gimnasio impresionante, uno de los mejores que he visto, está un poco alejado de Mantenimiento. además abren a partir de las 7:00 de la mañana, para mí esto es un punto en contra, yo viajo por trabajo y tengo que madrugar para hacer deporte, llego tarde al trabajo.

Goed hotel voor op doorreis! Ligt vlakbij de snelweg en naast een groot winkelcentrum. Bedden waren erg goed (matrassen waren hard als je daar van houdt). Douche was heerlijk, en handdoeken goede kwaliteit. Kamer lekker ruim (junior suite), met aparte slaapkamer en woonkamer/keukentje.

Frío. Mucho frío. Y 25 minutos de check-in. He estado un par de docenas de veces en este hotel y habitualmente es fantástico. Sin embargo, desde que han instalado el nuevo programa, la recepción supera los 5' por cliente. Habiendo 4 delante, las cuentas salen fácil. Por otro lado, hizo mucho frío, y la calefacción no se caldeó a una temperatura agradable (19º) hasta pasadas 3 horas de calefa a tope.

Nice friendly young lady on the check in desk. Restaurant wasn’t open but there is a huge shopping complex with restaurants/bars/takeaway next door. We stayed with our two small dogs which they allowed this time but was told they usually only accept one small dog (10 kg) so unfortunately we can’t go back. Thanks anyway for this stay.

En principio está bien, el personal de servicio es muy atento. Por otro lado, está bastante desatendido, casi no hay personal en recepción y se montan unas colas monumentales. La habitación básica es extremadamente pequeña, no corresponde con un Hotel de cuatro estrellas. El estado de conservación de la habitación de deja un poco que desear, de hecho no hay mantenimiento por las tardes. El servicio de restauración, solo ofrece comida rápida solamente, deberían incluir acciones más saludables también. por último, el desayuno, está bastante bien, pero deben de poner más atención en cómo guardan la leche de soja un día está bien, y al día siguiente está mala un jarrón cito muy bonito pero nada práctico. Les recomiendo que la guarden en el tetrabrik, así durará más tiempo. por último, tienen un gimnasio impresionante, uno de los mejores que he visto, está un poco alejado de Mantenimiento. además abren a partir de las 7:00 de la mañana, para mí esto es un punto en contra, yo viajo por trabajo y tengo que madrugar para hacer deporte, llego tarde al trabajo.

Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast!

The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy to park and right next to the huge shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. Old town not immediately accessible. We were on a short stay which meant we had dinner in the shopping centre. Excellent, good value restaurant only serves breakfast. Good range of hot and cold food. Very helpful efficient staff.They have an area away from the buffet which is dog friendly. Our dog was happy in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and shower clean and easy to use.

Hôtel de chaîne, propre et confortable, situé à 15mn du vieux centre de Vitoria-Gasteiz. Juste à côté d'un grand centre commercial avec hypermarché. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Au bord d'une grande avenue avec plusieurs lignes dont une ligne électrique qui emmène en 10 mn à la gare routière. Personnel très aimable et accueillant.

Muy bien,hotel confortable la habitación triple Junior de lujo El hotel quizás un poco retirado del centro pero solo se tarda 20 minutos andando y hay paradas de autobús cerca. Creo que el parking es gratuito nosotros no lo usamos porque encontramos un sitio cerca de la entrada al hotel.

Hotel is in a good condition. Very friendly staff, helped with some great food recommendations. A bit far from the centre, but walkable if you enjoy walking - or otherwise the bus options are decent. Was able to find free street parking very close to the hotel. Very good value for money overall.

El hotel esta perfecto, el personal es entrañable pero tiene algunos detalles que se quedan muy justos para ser un 4 estrellas. La puerta del baño inchada y no cierra, no hay escobilla, el soporte de los productos de ducha roto. Tambien se nota una cierta falta de mantenimiento, solo puedo hablar por mi habitacion. Por otro lado, el desayuno, ni por calidad ni cariedad vale lo que cobran.

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great shower. Handy to have secured onsite parking. A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the weekend. But the breakfast was still served and was very good!
