Hotel scomodo, posizione troppo trafficata e rumorosa. Troppo caro per i servizi offerti. Colazione scarsa con prodotti confezionati. Parcheggio troppo caro : 20 euro per un giorno!

Petite chambre, propre, lit confortable, bonne couette, à deux monutes à pied de la gare centrale de train et des trams. Près des attactions de la.ville à pied. La porte se trouve sur le côté de l'édifice et l'heure d'acceuil n'est pas avant 2h pm. Pas de possibilité de laisser son bagage pour visiter la ville. Il faut donc le faire a la consigne de la gare pour 2 euro. Pas d'ascenseur.

Nähe Hbf daher zu Fuß erreichbar. Checkin schnell problemlos. Großes & gemütliches Zimmer. Umfangreiches Frühstück. Achtung, Rezeption und Zimmer im 1. Stock, Zugang über Hinterhof mit Karte, etwas versteckt hinter Tankstelle. Kein Aufzug für Gepäck.

We tried to leave luggage there overnight while we went to a different city but they were very uncooperative and unhelpful, argumentative and made it sound like if we left it there they almost wouldn't guarantee that it would be there when we got back. Also, when I first got there they couldn't seem to find my reservation. It was very noisy from the street till about 1:00 in the morning. The pillows were awful and the twin bed basically had a hole in the middle of it so it couldn't be slept in which made us have to crowd together in a different bed.

Entry door to the hotel is on the ground floor but immediately you need to go up 2 flights of stairs and there is no lift. Check in was fine and we asked for and received our free travel pass for the duration of our stay. Room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom. Included breakfast was ok - choice of about 4 cereals, a variety of breads with ham and cheese, boiled eggs, and fruit juice and tea coffee. However, we arrived in Salzburg in the middle of a heatwave and the room was like a sauna and the only cooling was an ineffective ceiling fan, which got noisier by the day. So, would I stay here again? Possibly, but not in the height of summer.

Struttura nel complesso accettabile, peccato che si trova in un distributore di benzina. Altra nota negativa che bisogna fare 3 rampe di scale a piedi con le valigie in quanto ascensore assente. Colazione tutto sommato buona, principalmente salata.

Hotel is not easily identified, Parking is behind the building and not easily accessible. Reception Desk is on second Floor of Hotel and not conveniently located to conduct business properly. There are no elevators, and if you have suitcases it's difficult. No climate control in room, and the fan that was in the room was not working properly. Maintenance Staff attempted to do repairs at 8pm as we were settling in for the night. Unfortunately this was not a good experience for us.

Bezahlbares Etagenhotel in Bahnhofsnähe und in halbstündiger Entfernung zur Altstadt, deutliche Kompromisse hinsichtlich Lage, Ausstattung, Service und Frühstücksangebot erforderlich, nicht reparierte Schäden im Zimmer schränkten die Nutzung während unseres Aufenthaltes erheblich ein, überteuertes Parkplatzangebot am Hotel mit sehr engen Platzverhältnissen

Front door hidden in dark alleyway. No lift for luggage. We arrived at 11am and stored our luggage, and were told to return at 2pm to checkin. We walked back from the Altstadt to checkin and change, but there was no answer at the hotel front doof from 2.05 to 2.25.

Alles sauber, Personal kann kein Deutsch aber mit Englisch kein Problem alle Fragen zu lösen. Parkplatz zahlbar 20 € pro Tag, aufjedenfall top zu bewerten. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich wieder zum Garni Evido kommen.

Das "große" Familienzimmer war fast zu klein für 2 Erw. + Baby und mit Kinderwagen hat man keine Chance. Das Hotel ist im ersten Stock nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen, oder einen Aufzug der nicht zum Hotel gehört. Über einen Notausgang für den man keinen Schlüssel hat, man muss also immer die Tür blockieren um runter zu laufen um dem Partner aufzumachen. Im Bad war die Decke voll mit schimmel, da es keine Absaugung gibt. Die Fenster ließen sich zwar öffnen aber nur mit viel Glück auch wieder schließen und von den 2 Rollladen funktionierte nur einer. Das Frühstück macht satt aber nix besonderes. Wer keine Ansprüche hat und nur eine Notunterkunft braucht ist hier richtig. Positiv waren die Mitarbeiter, die alle freundlich waren und die Lage ist sehr zentral.

We traveled as a family. The lock for the door to our room was broken. There was scaffolding that ran the entire length of the building right outside our window. Our room smelled like chemicals and the floor was sticky. We tried to see about changing rooms, but no one was there after we checked in that evening. We were supposed to stay 3 nights. We stayed one night and then checked out to go to another hotel down the street. We had to pay for the next two nights because it was not refundable. The “family room” was very small.

Pros: bed was comfortable and hotel is close to the main train station. Cons: MOLD. There was mold growing in my shower, on the bathroom ceiling, and in the body wash dispenser. Make sure to bring your own toiletries if you choose to stay here. Part of the hotel directly faces a gas station/market/outdoor bar thing. There was always people outside at the bar drinking and smoking so I felt like I could never open my window/curtain due to the noise and lack of privacy. I arrived here a couple of hours after the noted check-in time, but my room was not ready. I had to wait about 15 minutes after arriving (not the biggest deal, but annoying after a long travel day). When I finally got into my room, it smelled really funky inside. All in all, I would not recommend this place.

Property was very clean. For a one night stay it was great location close to train station, walkable to the major areas, Christmas markets, free breakfast.

Awful hotel. My husband and I got beg bug bites all over our body. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly and less than helpful and the hotel in general was run down and dirty. Don't stay here!

Everything would be more or less OK if not bed bugs. I was terrible bit by them .Staff should do much more to address this problem in room 219.

Paid in full in advance but upon checking in had to pay a surprise €2 per person ‘city tax’ even though I already paid tax in the original booking through Expedia. Room was clean but smelt very strong of cleaning chemical and floor was sticky from so much cleaner used. Breakfast was good.

Once inside, the room was ok. However, it was clear that the bathroom had flooded as I had to lean in to that door to gain entrance as the bathroom door was expanded into the floor. I made sure to keep the bathroom door at the same location and found the door moved after ‘cleaning’. Room also smelled like drain pipe sewage.

Ok läge med några hundra meter till Mirabellpalatset. Enkel men god frukost bekväma sängar högt tryck i duschen.

Our door lock didn’t work properly, so we had difficulty locking the door when we were in the room. Building was secure, and room was otherwise adequate. Our stay was a last minute decision when we missed our connecting train and couldn’t make it to our intended destination for the night. Hotel was near the train station, staff was very nice and helpful, and breakfast (which was included) had a nice selection of choices.

Budget hotel. Don’t expect a lot. My room was close to reception and the guy there chats on the phone with a loud voice sometimes which was annoying. Family run hotel. Recommended for 1-2 nights for solo travellers or business. Location was in the heart of the city and near the main train station.

Only available option in Salzburg for large family accommodations. Paid parking offsite at around 20euro for 24hrs or offsite for ariund 23euro. Not a hard walk to downtown area; did it with small kids. The hotel feels like a hostel with family sized rooms. They offer a small continental type breakfast that does the job. Beds are comfy and clean. Family room came with its own shower and bathroom which was clean and orderly. Overall, would stay again for the convenience and space for the family.

This place is close to the train station so we walked there with our suitcases. It was also easy to walk into the centre of town. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. However, the family room is very very small. It was the kind of room where it's too hard for more than one person to walk around. We were there as a family of four with two teenage children. The room was super clean but it felt like we were at summer camp.

Büfett zu klein. Zu wenig Möglichkeiten zum frühstücken. Sehr kleiner Raum Zimmer für die Personen (5) zu klein und eng Ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen.

The location was close to where we needed to be. The room was next to busy road. With no AC, the windows were open & it was really loud so hard to sleep. The ceiling fan did help to cover noise some & cool things off.

Hotel in der nähe des Bahnhofs und Zentrums von Salzburg. Check In vor 15 Uhr war nicht möglich. Beim Check in gab es Probleme mit der Zimmervergabe. Bei mehrere Personen wurde die Reservierung kurzfristig storniert und diese standen dann vor der Hoteltür. Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt. Bei Problemen kann man eine Telefonnummer anrufen und im Notfall kommt jemand vorbei.

Very nice accommodation. Staff extremely helpful. Everything within walking distance, if not the bus was right out the front.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service We were very disappointed with our recent stay. Our bathroom flooded, and it was clear from the swell of the door that this wasn’t the first time it had happened. We called the front desk, and while the staff member did come to check, he offered no real help. He said he’d see if another room was available but never followed up—we had to go back 30 minutes later to ask again, only to be told there were no rooms left. Instead of offering assistance or sending housekeeping, he handed my husband towels and left us to clean up the mess ourselves. When I asked if he had a mop or broom since this clearly shouldn’t be our responsibility, he said he would check but again never returned. Overall, the situation was handled poorly and left us feeling frustrated and disregarded. Basic customer service and accountability were sorely lacking.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!! Everything about this place was a disaster! Although it's pretty close to the train central station , it is very hard to find as the entrance it's hidden and basically a whole in a wall. Upon arrival I was met with a receptionist which was speaking on his personal phone the WHOLE time he was talking to me! UNACCEPTABLE- I asked to leave my suitcase there since check in was not until 2:00pm and he walked me to a little corner in the lunch area to leave my belongings - NO LOCK ! NO CLOSET! NO SECURITY! I decided i was not going to do that and left again with my belongings. After check in they asked for me to fill in a form for "city tax" purposes and insisted i wrote down my passport number and other personal info - I said no to sharing my passport number because i was not comfortable doing so , and so we had a little argument. But finally they left me alone and I didn't have to provide that . (Which I thought was weird) - the room was a mess- the fan was broken, the bathroom door did not close - the soap dispenser was broken . Everything was a mess . The breakfast was okay - coffee tasted like water though and the milk was bad. Overall do not stay here - its very different than the photos - do your research on google first I didn't and because of that i didn't have a good experience.

I arrived early, but was very warmly welcomed and the signing in process was efficiently handled. There is an arrangement to leave cases, which is very useful. The rooms are basic, but exceptionally clean. The quality of and towels was high.

Staff questioned us at breakfast table quite rudely whether we paid for breakfast even though we confirmed at check in that breakfast was included.

The hotel is a 5 min walk from the train station and the main parts of town are easily accessed by foot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a plentiful breakfast provided Only complaint was that on arrival we had to wait 45min beyond the stated check in time for our rooms to become available and then got offered a twin room instead of the 2 rooms we had booked. All was sorted in the end but added a delay to our plans for the afternoon.

Called to inform we would be a little late, reception waited until we arrived. Awesome!

Perfect location to train station and if going on tours. Everything walkable. It’s situated next to a gas stratosphere locals tend to hang out all night. Noisy but I don’t mind noise.

Frukost var ok. Jag tål inte glutin och de har inte det. Men butiker var många i närheten. Hotelet är mycket rent och personalen hjälpsam. Ligger 10-15 minuter promenad till gamla stan och 5 minuter promenad till central station. Fantastik

Never even checked in. Drove up to property and couldn’t believe condition. No visible entrance. Found it through an alley and you could get into building with talking up someone on an intercom or something. Can’t speak for inside - but the location and condition were so deplorable we just walked away. booked somewhere else. Didn’t feel safe with family. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Zu kritisieren ist die Frühstücksleistung. Als deutscher Geschäftsreisender werden mir von der Verpflegungsmehraufwandspauschale (50 € in AT) 20 % = 12,00 € abgezogen. Für dieses Geld erwarte ich Speck, Würstl, Rühreier und dergleichen. Es gab lediglich Semmeln, Toastbrot, Milchbrötchen, bisschen Wurst- und Käseaufschnitt, hartgekochte kalte Eier, Marmelade und Marmorkuchen. Und der Kaffee am Automaten war unterirdisch, ich testete sowohl Crema als auch Cappuccino. Positiv: Die Auswahl aus gleich vier Säften.

Unterkunft liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Straße, nichts für Leute, die Ruhe suchen. Hauptbahnhof und Busbahnhof in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal war freundlich, spricht aber kein deutsch. Reinigung der Zimmer nachmittags, hat uns nicht gestört, da wir nur 2 Tage da waren. Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend und es hat alles geschmeckt. Für Leute, die keine großen Ansprüche stellen, ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.

Positiv war die Lage. 3 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof und ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber abgewohnt. Das Personal spricht kein Deutsch, Englisch nur sehr gebrochen. Um Auskünfte über die Umgebung oder Sehenswürdigkeiten einzuholen, wäre das aber durchaus von Vorteil. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch keine Glanzleistung. Abgepacktes Brot, kein Gemüse. Das einzige Obst waren Äpfel und auch so war die Auswahl eher dürftig für den Preis. Für zwei Nächte gerade so ok. Das nächste Mal buchen wir aber sicher ein anderes Hotel.
