Séjour de2 chambres individuelles de 4 nuits en demi pension Chambre très spacieuse et très bien équipée literie très confortable. Je précise toutes mes observations à venir ont ete remontées en direct à lareception Check in: correct toutefois pensez à dire au personnel d'enregistrer l'empreinte de votre carte sinon vous devez être avec du cash ou votre carte avec vous si vous souhaitez commander qq chose. J'avoue avoir était fortement vexée lorsque le serveur revient en disant vous devez régler possibles mettre sur votre chambre bon bref... La ou je suis plus mécontente piscine en travaux à l hôtel et non mentionné on vous proposée compensation d'aller au banyan tree beaucoup plus loin (navette mis à disposition) alors après avoir eu un accueil très froid et chercher plus de 20 minutes ou se trouvait la piscine non ce n'est pas celle du R8 ouonvous renvoie vers le rdc type piscine intérieure municipale avec plein d'enfants qui hurlent... J'ai fait demi-tour aussi sec et ne suit plus retourner. Petit-déjeuner très correct et une belle mention pour celui servi en chambre. Plusieurs restaurants italien sushis... Mais un demi-pension celui du buffet contenu de la période du ramadan 2 services à choisir en amont. We had a fantastic time at the hotel! It's beautiful, clean, and definitely feels like a five-star spot. It's conveniently close to restaurants. The pool was very nice, the lifeguard kindly gave our one-year-old a float to enjoy it safely. The staff were super friendly, especially to our daughter. Great stay overall!

Older 5star hotel Location 📍 Good location in walking distance to Saad metro station and a couple of restaurants Staff 🏨 Staff are nice and polite but not very helpful, I had a couple of requests , all promised but none delivered Rooms 🛏️ Rooms are old and not 5star-clean, king bed is actually attached-twin-beds and does not feel as comfortable. You will feel space between two frames. Pillows are not comfortable. Room size is decent 🔌🔌 Power outlets are horrible, they never work and everything is loose including room electric furniture. Power broke my hair blower due to power inconsistency. There is no power outlet close to bed. 🏊♂️ Pool and Spa Wonderful pool and spa, very clean with a nice architecture 👨🍳 Restaurant Food is good, staff are not well trained and it gets forever to call them as they are never around. Price It is expensive compared to other options, recommend to choose other higher end 5 star hotel or decent 4 star with more comfortable room

Great hotel very close to west bay. Only downfall was the fact that we couldn't use the spa area as it was closed until after Ramadan.

Property is ok. We booked executive room with lounge access. No info was provided that because of Ramadan lounge was closed. No info was provided that because of Ramadan pool was closed....No info was provided that because of Ramadan Skyview was closed....Hotel tried to compensate lack of sevices with food and beverage at Orangerie Cafe....we were told you can have food and 2 drinks....it turned out to be restricted to certain items...nobody told us that...finished up paying bill second evening....every evening was a chaos due to lack of communication between hotel staff and restaurant. Sad experience...we were glad leaving finaly this facility.

Eric was lovely assisting us in room 418 from giving us our bags to our room, was very friendly and lovely will miss his presence! The receptionists could of been abit more useful at times but the hotel restaurant staff were lovely especially prokash and khaled and the Philippines woman working there. We enjoyed getting our luggages and baggages from the car to the hotel and the Nepalese staff was lovely dont know his name. Overall was a 5* hotel felt luxurious and i had a good night sleep without any club disturbance for my child. Would recommend room service putting in bags in bathroom but lovely room service staff also the lift was abit problematic as it would close would would suggest adding sensors to stop l. Overall i enjoyed my staff at the hotel got abit bored with breakfast but nonetheless great stay! We love this hotel! Thanks guys for making it extremely hospitalible for us!

I mad multiple concerns that were never fully addressed. Was moved rooms 3 times due to cleanliness and unbearable noise from the club in the hotel. Being moved at 3 am. Also getting woken up early morning due to “maintenance”. They say this hotel is 5 stars but I’ve stayed in my hotels and I don’t think this reaches a 3 star hotel.

I mad multiple concerns that were never fully addressed. Was moved rooms 3 times due to cleanliness and unbearable noise from the club in the hotel. Being moved at 3 am. Also getting woken up early morning due to “maintenance”. They say this hotel is 5 stars but I’ve stayed in my hotels and I don’t think this reaches a 3 star hotel.

As a business traveler, the hotel was perfect for my stay. Very comfortable bed, large standard room. All the standard amenities, both espresso and regular coffee in the room which I appreciated due to irregular hours while I travel. Wifi was sufficient for video calls. Overall very nice upscale hotel. Clearly not ‘brand new’, but very well maintained and still great ambience.

Older 5star hotel Location 📍 Good location in walking distance to Saad metro station and a couple of restaurants Staff 🏨 Staff are nice and polite but not very helpful, I had a couple of requests , all promised but none delivered Rooms 🛏️ Rooms are old and not 5star-clean, king bed is actually attached-twin-beds and does not feel as comfortable. You will feel space between two frames. Pillows are not comfortable. Room size is decent 🔌🔌 Power outlets are horrible, they never work and everything is loose including room electric furniture. Property is ok. We booked executive room with lounge access. No info was provided that because of Ramadan lounge was closed. No info was provided that because of Ramadan pool was closed....No info was provided that because of Ramadan Skyview was closed....Hotel tried to compensate lack of sevices with food and beverage at Orangerie Cafe....we were told you can have food and 2 drinks....it turned out to be restricted to certain items...nobody told us that...finished up paying bill second evening....every evening was a chaos due to lack of communication between hotel staff and restaurant. Sad experience...we were glad leaving finaly this facility.

Eric was lovely assisting us in room 418 from giving us our bags to our room, was very friendly and lovely will miss his presence! The receptionists could of been abit more useful at times but the hotel restaurant staff were lovely especially prokash and khaled and the Philippines woman working there. We enjoyed getting our luggages and baggages from the car to the hotel and the Nepalese staff was lovely dont know his name. Overall was a 5* hotel felt luxurious and i had a good night sleep without any club disturbance for my child. Would recommend room service putting in bags in bathroom but lovely room service staff also the lift was abit problematic as it would close would would suggest adding sensors to stop l. Overall i enjoyed my staff at the hotel got abit bored with breakfast but nonetheless great stay! We love this hotel! Thanks guys for making it extremely hospitalible for us!

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! It's beautiful, clean, and definitely feels like a five-star spot. It's conveniently close to restaurants. The pool was very nice, the lifeguard kindly gave our one-year-old a float to enjoy it safely. The staff were super friendly, especially to our daughter. Great stay overall!

I activated "don't disturb" by mistake, returned late and room wasn't clean, I asked them to make my room and they sent me very polite man who cleaned the room and gave real attention. This hotel is phenomenal in every aspect of your stay. From the moment you enter the hotel until you check out you will receive a seven star outstanding service that I have never experienced before. This hotel is phenomenal in every aspect of your stay. From the moment you enter the hotel until you check out you will receive a seven star outstanding service that I have never experienced before.
