プールや海に行く人はタオルの枚数が足りない。シャワーの出し方が日本と違うので難しかったです。説明書とかあれば分かりやすかったと思う。プライベートビーチ、プールまではホテルのバスが出てるみたいですがどのバスかわからず徒歩10分の距離ですが歩きました。プールで飲み物や食べ物が注文できるのでお金かカードがあった方がいいです。そこでしか楽しめないものもあるので！シャワー室更衣室はありますが海外の人はそこで尿を出すようで臭くて私は利用できません。びしょびしょのままホテルに帰りました。他にも同じような人がいたのでありなんだと思います。ホテル内のプールも利用しましたがどちらも監視員がいるので子連れには安心です。幼児用の小さいプールもあるので水遊びを楽しめたようです。ホテルから空港までの送迎はタクシーの3倍ぐらい料金がかかります。ホテルにタクシーの手配をお願いしたら高い方の黒タクシーが来ました。メーターとは違う料金を取られぼったくられました。タクシーを呼ぶ際はアプリにしましょう！留学後の観光にこちらのホテルを利用しました。寝れれば良い、汚くなければ良いと思いましたがすごく快適でした。また利用したいです。

Excellent beach access, quality gym and lovely pool area. Quality of buffet breakfast wasn’t worth paying the extra for - food was ok but would have been better off going elsewhere. Food at beach restaurant was way better - absolutely delicious.

Nice room and good location but…..shower was way too cold and they were not able to fix it. Beach and pool area very nice but 8 minute walk from hotel (all though there is an hourly shuttle from hotel.

The hotel itself is very well maintained with great staff and the corner window rooms were beautiful. The pool and gym were fantastic. The only miss for this property is the tiny beach.

The indoor pool on the 3rd floor was not in service when I arrived. The rooms are very small with no good place to put a suitcase. Cable telivision was also not in service when i went. The thermostat did not work correctly and neither did anyone elses that stayed in other rooms. Gym had secnt dumbell weights and was packed when I went. Breakfast was lretty good. The beach was pretty terrible. Make sure you wear shoes and anticipate breaking an ankle trying to get into the ocean. The outdoor pool by the beach is nice. Bathroom shower is righ next to the tiny surface area sink. My room actually smelled like sewer gas.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, and its biggest asset. Always polite, courteous and talked as though they were really invested in what your day had ahead. The area around the hotel is unfortunately under construction, however there were places to eat. The pool was closed at the hotel, however there is a pool and beach within 5/10 min walk (also free shuttle bus). The pool near the beach does not have a huge amount of loungers and the water was cloudy. The beach is man made and very pebbly. Breakfast was great, again amazing staff.

Everything was great! We had stayed here 4X in the last 2-3 years. The only complaint I have is that the towels and the pillow covers smells like moldy. I couldn’t sleep because I was smelling the pillow’s moldy odors. I had to ask the housekeeper for different towels.

We stayed at Belmont Hotel Mactan for 3 nights. The staff were really great—very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated that guests have access to the pool at Mactan Newtown Beachfront, which was a nice bonus. However, the drainage in both the sink and shower definitely needs attention. The shower tends to clog and overflow because of how it’s set up, and when my husband checked the sink, there was a lot of buildup inside. It’s pretty gross—they really need to start using something like Draino to clean it properly. Also, housekeeping never left extra toilet paper, so I’d recommend calling for more as soon as you check in. The food was just okay, but the bartenders, John and Bryan, were fantastic! They make amazing drinks and were the highlight of our stay. Honestly, they’re probably the main reason I’d appreciate Belmont at all.

Hot water wasn't sufficient during showers. It was cool to lukewarm even after being advised to let the water run several minutes. Telephone in the room did not work - all preprogrmmed buttons went to a dead tone. In room aircon was too loud and too cold even after setting temp to as high as 29° and 30° at low fan. Certain towels, bath robes and amenities were not replaced daily and had to be requested several times with housekeeping. Room had a strong musty smell upon entering esp when aircon had not been running before. Needed aircon to dissipate the smell.

ベルモントがあるマクタンニュータウンは、開発が進んでいてスタバやマックもあり、治安も良く夜でも明るく旅行者も多いので安心感がありました。 徒歩圏内にニュータウンビーチがあり、ベルモントの宿泊者は無料で入れました。 そこのプールがすごく良かったです！ 夜までやっていてライトアップが最高ですよ！ ホテルは新しく清潔感もありますが、部屋が何だかカビ臭かったです… あと、清掃のルールがよく分からなくて、4泊しましたがシーツ交換は0回、タオルも交換が無く言えばくれる感じでした。 部屋の清掃も入りませんでしたが、ゴミは毎日回収されてました！ お得に泊まれたしコスパ的には満足ですが、、、 4泊もするならリゾートホテルにすれば良かったなぁ〜と思いました！

Initial impression is very good, clean and modern looking. When we first arrived, the hot water was not up to snuff and the room refrigerator was not cooling. After I brought this to the staff's attention they had people there within ten minutes to fix issues and they did. The only problem with our queen sized room with ocean view, was that there was no closet or chest off drawers so you literally have to live from your suitcase., Ahhh the staff, simply incomparable, smiles, helpful, congenial, everything you couold ask for and more. Would stay there again.

This hotel offers a great value for the dollar. It is new, modern and has a bright and cheerful interior design. The staff here really do go out if their way to make you feel honored and special. The only two drawbacks that I encountered was that I had to run the shower for about 3 minutes before I got any hot water (I was on floor 17) and the wait to eat a meal at the restaurant was long if you didn't have the buffet. The last day we were there we ordered breakfast before leaving for the airport and ended up cancelling it because it took 35 minutes and then they came back and told me that it would be another 10 minutes after we asked where our breakfast was. There were two large groups there that were getting catered to that came in after us and I suspect the hotel made them the priority. After all, it doesn't take 45 minutes to cook some bacon and eggs, right? Although that was annoying I would still stay here again as it's a lovely hotel with great staff, modern facilities and a very reasonable price point.

The Junior Suite is the way to go at the Belmont. The views are amazing from both areas. (bedroom/living room) The dual sink vanity and large shower give the bathroom a luxury feel. Access to the beach are included with your stay, but the food and drink items are billed separately. The staff members are extremely polite, helpful, and courteous. The indoor pool on the 3rd floor was not in service when I arrived. The rooms are very small with no good place to put a suitcase. Cable telivision was also not in service when i went. The thermostat did not work correctly and neither did anyone elses that stayed in other rooms. Gym had secnt dumbell weights and was packed when I went. Breakfast was lretty good. The beach was pretty terrible. Make sure you wear shoes and anticipate breaking an ankle trying to get into the ocean. The outdoor pool by the beach is nice. Bathroom shower is righ next to the tiny surface area sink. My room actually smelled like sewer gas.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I arrived shortly before the check in time. My room was ready, but i was told if i wanted to check in early it would be a 1,000 piso fee. After i checked in, i learned that the pool inside the hotel was closed, the television wasn't working because the cable was out, the elevator wasn't working and i had to use the service elevator. I went up to the room and i found a used bandaid was stuck to the bathroom floor. I went down to the front desk and complained. The front desk acted as they didn't care. The entire stay i had no television service. I should have been compensated for all of the issues, but i wasn't. The hotel menu was overpriced. I ended up eating dinner at the nice Savoy hotel for half the price of the Belmont. A hotel manager should have contacted me when i complained about all the issues .The bellman was chatting with the taxi driver outside and recommended the taxi service. I got into the taxi with a friend who lives in the area. The taxi driver intentionally took us in the wrong direction. My friend who lives in the area stated to the driver that he was going the wrong direction . The taxi driver still kept driving the wrong direction to run up the taxi fare. Finally i said stop and let us out. After we exited the taxi, we got another taxi which took us in the correct route. It cost me twice as much taxi fare because of the taxi the hotel recommended. I felt cheated and taken advantage of by the hotel.

Belmont Hotel is a busy hotel and staff are exceptional at their job, professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel has access to pools and a private beach which was lovely and relaxing. I would recommend staying here and would definitely love to return.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, and its biggest asset. Always polite, courteous and talked as though they were really invested in what your day had ahead. The area around the hotel is unfortunately under construction, however there were places to eat. The pool was closed at the hotel, however there is a pool and beach within 5/10 min walk (also free shuttle bus). The pool near the beach does not have a huge amount of loungers and the water was cloudy. The beach is man made and very pebbly. Breakfast was great, again amazing staff.

Internet access and the fitness center were the high points of my stay. The property is relatively new, with new construction projects going up directly across the street. The crews were working around the clock (24 hours) during my stay. I was able to drown out most of the noise with the computer and air conditioner. The cable TV wasn't working the first 2 days. (don't know what the problem was) The first night, I couldn't get room service. (about 11:30pm) After trying 3 times (about 12:15am) I decided to go to sleep and catch breakfast at 6:30am. The front desk was unable to use a debit card to facilitate the "charge to room" option, so I had to pay for everything as the charges occurred. I attempted to schedule scuba diving with the concierge, but no one followed up with me. On night 2, I ordered a tropical smoothie at the bar downstairs. It was given to me partially full, as if someone had drank out of it. (picture below) If I didn't watch the bartender prepare it, I would have refused it. When I questioned him about it, (twice) he didn't offer an explanation. On the 3rd day, room service skipped my room for unknown reasons. I made sure to turn off the "do not disturb" light when I left the room at 11am. When I returned at 5pm nothing had been touched. Trash wasn't removed, no new bottles of water, and the towels left on the floor were still there. Since I was due to check out the next day, I didn't bother to mention it to the front desk.

Close to the beach. Its a huge property so walking to the beach will take a good 5 to 7minutes. The location is central to a lot of restaurants. This is about an hour to downtown cebu.

The hotel its self is nice- but it’s not marketed correctly. It isn’t on the beach. You have a 10 min walk to the beach and it’s a very small beach in a cove. Pretty- but not what I was expecting at all. The area around the hotel is growing with high rises, etc so construction walls make the area unattractive. When it’s all finished it will be like a tiny Miami and in the Philippines I’m looking for quaint island vibes.

I chose the Belmont because it's on Mactan Island as opposed to Cebu. I had been traveling for quite some time and needed a place that was safe, quiet and not in a metropolis. Think resort like setting. I hear the pool/bar and beach are nice - i didn't make lol. The neighborhood is modern, new and safe. The food at the hotel is okay. The drinks are expensive. So just walk to Robinsons a few doors down and stock up - the hotel didn't mind, I asked just to be sure, they were chill. The only caveat is there are no do not disturb signs so housekeeping will definitely knock. And they seem kinda weird if you skip 2 days in a row so maybe don't do that. But hey, i work remote eu time so didn't see a lot of sun. The sushi place a few doors down, cheap and great. Taste of Luciano, about a mile away, walkable safe is the best Italian food I've ever had in SE Asia. All of the employees and staff were very very nice. Thank you Belmont, I'll be back. Cheers!

Service was 5 star all around. Restaurant was excellent. Private beach was small but nicely kept. Transport to Cebu City attractions like SM City Center and the Aquarium takes about 40ish minutes depending on traffic. Overall a great hotel.

The hotel was nice and the staff were amazing especially King and Mark but the food and drink at the beach bar and cafe were always very limited as took days to replenish stock but unable to take any with you and my son got food poisoning as the cafe kitchen had inadequate hygiene

Friendly helpful staff. Poor buffet breakfast (cold eggs, cold pancakes, fruit not ripe). Other meals in the restaurant poorly cooked. In the room the aircon broken and operating continuously at 17 degrees (coldest setting). Was repaired 2ed day. Broken toilet set and broken toilet sprayer. No effective lighting for bathroom mirror. Overall poor value at a high price.

This hotel offers a great value for the dollar. It is new, modern and has a bright and cheerful interior design. The staff here really do go out if their way to make you feel honored and special. The only two drawbacks that I encountered was that I had to run the shower for about 3 minutes before I got any hot water (I was on floor 17) and the wait to eat a meal at the restaurant was long if you didn't have the buffet. The last day we were there we ordered breakfast before leaving for the airport and ended up cancelling it because it took 35 minutes and then they came back and told me that it would be another 10 minutes after we asked where our breakfast was. There were two large groups there that were getting catered to that came in after us and I suspect the hotel made them the priority. After all, it doesn't take 45 minutes to cook some bacon and eggs, right? Although that was annoying I would still stay here again as it's a lovely hotel with great staff, modern facilities and a very reasonable price point.

Excellent beach access, quality gym and lovely pool area. Quality of buffet breakfast wasn’t worth paying the extra for - food was ok but would have been better off going elsewhere. Food at beach restaurant was way better - absolutely delicious.

Staff are very nice and reliable whenever I need my room to be clean in my convenient time. Door man’s are very polite and always cheerful when greeting the guests. It was too late for me to realize and have try the room service and the food was amazingly delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. 🙂

Excellent, comfortable bedding and fairly convenient location to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was also good. We did try to dine at the restaurant one night but it didn’t really have any vegetarian options which was disappointing and when asked, they couldn’t really accommodate us.

(don't know what the problem was) The first night, I couldn't get room service. (about 11:30pm) After trying 3 times (about 12:15am) I decided to go to sleep and catch breakfast at 6:30am. The front desk was unable to use a debit card to facilitate the "charge to room" option, so I had to pay for everything as the charges occurred. I attempted to schedule scuba diving with the concierge, but no one followed up with me. On night 2, I ordered a tropical smoothie at the bar downstairs. It was given to me partially full, as if someone had drank out of it. (picture below) If I didn't watch the bartender prepare it, I would have refused it. When I questioned him about it, (twice) he didn't offer an explanation. On the 3rd day, room service skipped my room for unknown reasons. I made sure to turn off the "do not disturb" light when I left the room at 11am. When I returned at 5pm nothing had been touched. Trash wasn't removed, no new bottles of water, and the towels left on the floor were still there. Since I was due to check out the next day, I didn't bother to mention it to the front desk.

Well you know it is going to be a bad hotel, when the airport taxi driver does not know where the hotel is. Anyway after arriving at the Hotel during check-in, I wanted to use my AMEX for room incidentals deposit, but seemed to be a problem with the front desk staff as they only wanted cash. Got to my room, my maids room at home had more space than this room. This room was soo small, the desk was littered with various pamphlettes so I had to stack all that away so I had room for my laptop, there was no hot water for the 2-day stay, just luke warm water at the best even after running the hotwater tap for 10 minutes, the water just never got hot. The bath soap container was empty and even the day after the cleaner came it was still empty. This is the first hotel, I have ever visited where the water bottle has "Best By" date which was the 24th of Sepetember 2026 (I arroved on the 22nd of September). I never knew bottle water had a "Best By" day, so I stayed away from that. Attempted to have breakfast, there were pre-cooked omlettes, I ma not sure what was in them but the smelled very funny, there was some fried eggs which I tried, but the only other food they had to go with them small chicken sausages, which looked more like what dogs do on the street. Not like any of their jiuces on offer so I tried the cold water, which again tasted really funny. Luckily there was a McDonalds nearby so I had breakfast there. This is definitely NOT a Business or Westerner Friendy Hotel,

👍 枕頭跟棉被都還蠻舒服的 不過床就是一般大小（可能因為前幾天住的是大尺寸的床 所以比較有感）房間面海 景觀不錯 👍 因為地點在新城鎮裡 所以生活機能很方便 7-11、餐廳、按摩、洗頭、lounge bar等地方 稍微走路就能抵達 👍 有私人海灘（雖然沒有整片）游泳池 還有休息區 很大一個 而且入口處有人員管理 非飯店顧客是不能進去的 ❗️房間內沒有吹風機 我們要出門的時候有去問 他說可以幫我們送過去 但因為後來我在外面洗頭就用不到啦～（還是其實大家都在外面洗？） ❗️晚上洗澡的時候沒有熱水…雖然打電話去大廳他們有立刻派員處理 但根據來處理的人員說 可能因為人數使用太多及水壓問題導致 後來也是微溫的水而已 沒有到平常洗澡的熱水狀態
