Great proximity to Hershey Park. Very clean, nice staff. One issue- the elevator was VERY, VERY slow. Literally a 10 minute wait. We started using the stairs- to the 6th floor.

Excellent location. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Only one elevator was working for 7 floors. It had been of service over a week…understand that things do break down but staff would not put a sign on it…so folks kept thinking it was being held up. Pool was excellent. Generally enjoyed the stay. One lane of entrance road is almost half covered in vegetation and needs to be cut back.

Hotel had an overall mildew smell and feel. The first room we were given we couldn’t get into because the door was broken…and the second room we were given felt and smelled like mildew and mold. Upon checkout, another couple told us that their bathroom ceiling was dripping water through the ceiling light. Room air conditioner was inadequate. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working properly. Refrigerator in room worked poorly. Only one of the two elevators was working. Overall, my family & I did not have a pleasant experience in this hotel. Do not recommend.

Hotel was overbooked. The room I was given was dirty. It was remedied, but took a while. It was ok along the cleanliness scale. Rooms could be cleaner. It is a convient, ok location if you are wanting a cheaper option.

Overall average visit except the cleanliness could definitely be better. Dusty tables and lamps, shower drain was clogged, very outdated building. Poor pillows and pilled sheets. Employees were pleasant and helpful. I wasn’t thrilled with the lock on my rooms door and the door would get stuck open. Also, outside doors say they are locked but they are not which is a safety issue

Our stay was not so great. Therugs in the hallway were old and dirty. The house keeper didnt show up to clean our room and we didn't get any bath towel. When we finally did go to the front desk to let them know our room wasn't clean and that we needed towels, we did not even get an apology from the lady at the front desk. We will never stay their again

Parts of the room/hotel in general were quite dated (old toilet, a little peeling in bathtub, carpets a little grungy) but everything was clean to the best it can be cleaned. Breakfast had a nice variety. Fine for a one night stay.

We were given a room with a running toilet. After we were in our room for almost an house we went to dinner. We got the receptionist that the toilet was running. She texted maintenance while we were there. Whenwe csme back she told us it was fixed. It was not. We brought it up again and we got a room switched. Our shower was horrible. It always was making a weird aound. We had to turn the shower head off then back on to get the water to stop making the sounds. It also would only despense super hot water which was terrible for my kids 9 and 11

The hotel was clean, there was a nice selection for the free breakfast, and the staff was very nice. We struggled to get comfortable in the beds. I ended up sleeping in the chair with a pillow in front of the desk. If you struggle with your own aches and pains the beds could be an issue for you. I would recommend this place as long as you don’t need a particular type of mattress.

I had a hard time find hotel gps took us to the outlet parking lot we saw the hotel but didn’t no how to enter till we went out the back side of outlet and saw a small sign make it bigger so people can see it Room was good but toilet sits too low to the floor and I felt like I was sitting on the floor I have a bad knee and can’t hardly bend my leg so it was very hard for me to sit on it without help from my husband also couldn’t close the curtains they only go so far I don’t like the light to come in at night when trying to sleep please fix these . Bed was too hard and pillows were way to soft felt like I was just sleeping with head on bed that’s why I always bring ours other then that hotel was very nice

I felt sorry for the staff. They were doing their best with little to no support. The hotel was old and in disrepair. Our key card never worked and we had to get a desk manager to let us in every time we came back. Then the management key stopped working, so we literally had to “ break in” to our own room using the key card between the door and the jam. They couldn’t get the maintenance man to fix the lock because he doesn’t work on weekends? Could have been a much nicer stay- if the property was run better. The staff was lovely, but not the best accommodations.

The staff were friendly and helpful, guests were quiet. The hotel is tucked back from the main road so it has a nice vibe. We were greeted by a deer and ducks upon arrival. Check in and check out were fast, no issues. The room was clean and comfy. They're were plenty of vending machines (didn't use them but it's nice to have the option). 24 hour coffee bar and free buffet breakfast. The location is near shopping and restaurants, which was helpful because the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. We stayed one night for a concert at Hershey Park. If we're in the area again, we would certainly stay there again ( though i might see if there are rooms with couches for watching tv comfortably)

Would stay again. It’s so close to Hershey Park / Chocolate World, about 5 minute drive. They also have ducks hanging around the hotel that you can feed for .50 cents they sell in the lobby. Restaurants are all around. Overall good location.

The staff were friendly and helpful, guests were quiet. The hotel is tucked back from the main road so it has a nice vibe. We were greeted by a deer and ducks upon arrival. Check in and check out were fast, no issues. The room was clean and comfy. They're were plenty of vending machines (didn't use them but it's nice to have the option). 24 hour coffee bar and free buffet breakfast. The location is near shopping and restaurants, which was helpful because the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. We stayed one night for a concert at Hershey Park. If we're in the area again, we would certainly stay there again ( though i might see if there are rooms with couches for watching tv comfortably)

Very close to Hershey Lodge, Hershey Hospital, and nice convenient eating eating locations. Hotel is good for one or two nights simple stay if you’re not expecting a lot so clean water is hot amenities in their room decent. Our service and desktop is good. It’s a comfortable room for the price and for the location.

The property is very dated, but you can tell they cleaned everyday. We went to go to Hershey Park and it was perfect for that. It was only a short 5 minute drive. Ubers were fairly easy to come by so that was a plus. The breakfast was convenient and free so another plus. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Perfect for a quick stay at Hershey.

The staff was rude when you presented them with an issue. Our door for our room stuck so badly that I couldn't physically open it myself from the hall side. My husband had to. When he told the front desk about the issue, they pretty much ignored him. Breakfast is only served until 9 AM on the weekends. We have never been to a hotel that doesn't extend breakfast hours for the weekend. It was 9:15 when we went downstairs assuming we could still get breakfast and the staff member that was cleaning up rudely let my husband know that he needs to get out of bed earlier, breakfast is only served until 9:00. She could have at least offer us a muffin for the price we paid to stay there. The hotel is very outdated. The beds are more like trampolines. The hallways and elevators could definitely be cleaner. The bathroom in our room was clean, so that was appreciated. We stayed at a Marriot the night before in Carlisle that was MUCH nicer, with friendlier staff, and paid $30 less. We will never stay at this hotel again!

Room was average, it was clean enough. Staff was very nice and helpful . No complaints at all with the staff . Front desk was superb. What was so disappointing was the breakfast. They say from 6am to 9 am. I arrived at 830 am and there was 1 sausage link.(YES 1) so I asked if any more was going to be getting served and I got a big NO. I like to list what’s available for breakfast. Breakfast included plays a big part in my decision on where I stay. Coffee-was decent! Juice, tea, milk. Scrambled eggs and sausage. Cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, breakfast danish. There’s also a waffle and pancake makers. Breakfast was decent with options. I will stay here again because of the breakfast.

The room was clean and most of the staff were friendly, although the breakfast hostess was awful. The hotel is also undergoing maintenance so it's dirty and dusty everywhere. It's going to be nice after the renovation but it's kind of disappointing right now. We also had a three night stay with no housekeeping because they didn't have enough staff to just check the room and get some fresh rowels. Yikes. Check out the duck pond out front- that was a highlight of our trip.

The room was nice. We had a small issue with the refrigerator and the shower head was loose but maintenance was there almost immediately after the issue was reported. The breakfast was really good. The pool is not heated but it was nice and clean. There was a lot of remodeling going on but it wasn’t an issue. The rooms were not very sound proof so there was quite a bit of noise but it was convenient to everything we came to the area for and we would stay there again
