Comfort Inn & Suites Tipp City Dayton North I-75

I booked this stay for my 82 year old dad as he was driving. I called the property ahead of his arrival time to let them know. The man that i spoke to was so nice and helpful. He promised to take great care of my dad and he sure did! My dad said he had a wonderful room - clean and quiet. He eas given a water as well as dining recommendations. I will highlight this property for the future!

Our Check-in was easy for this stay and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower worked but made a loud whistling sound. Overall the hotel is in need of a refresh as everything is looking worn out.

Room was clean. A/C not working properly. Just barely kept the room cool no matter where it was set. Upon arrival there was no one at front desk for over 15 minutes. Weird. After multiple calls to the hotel (while we were standing in the lobby) finally someone came to get us checked in!

Pool looked clean. Was disappointed I didn't bring suit. However it was obvious the bathroom sink was not cleaned properly. Was able to get cleaning spray and do it myself. I absolutely loved the hardwood floors and furniture in the room. The outdoor furniture was nasty and was unable to enjoy the outdoor patio area. Overall would still go back.

The room was ok except the toilet paper dispenser was broken..basically " hanging by a thread" making the room seem very run down.
