Overall, a decent hotel. Staff was great. Rooms were fine. One elevator was broken so that was a little inconvenient. There’s an attached parking deck but it’s a bit of a hot mess in how it was designed. If you have a bigger vehicle, good luck. Major positive: Short drive to all the fun spots on Broadway. And there’s a Parlor Doughnuts just a 2 min walk away.

Check in was at 3 so i waited until 3 to check in and get the day started only to be told to return in 30 minutes because room wasn't ready. Also the whole place is under major construction . Didn't have to hear it but everything was a work zone and not a beautiful $220 per night hotel. Not to mention the waterbottle in our room was $6 lol. And parking was $35 nightly with broken entrance gates

We like the room , it was pretty decent. Not a luxury place , but clean and quiet. Nice gym and swimming pool. Walking distance to the main street , bars and restaurants.

day 1 of a 6 day stay and we asked to cancel the last day. They said to work with Hotels.com as we expected. However, when hotels.com called they refused to cooperate. Parking is very expensive $35 PER NIGHT. Elevators are rickity and rattle. No outdoor space.

I loved the breakfast and the indoor pool. I wasn't happy about paying for parking in the garage but Downtown Nashville has become a busy place so costs rise as expected.

The property is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and the morning breakfast is adequate. The location of the property is outstanding if you want to do things in the downtown area without paying an arm and a leg. We were bummed out about their pool being an indoor pool, but that's just a personal preference. The rate for parking is pretty high, though, so keep that in mind. The rooms were cleaned everyday which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience.

Loved that there were 2 queens and 1 pullout so my whole family fit comfortably. Also had separate toilet and shower with 2 sinks. Good breakfast! Easy parking connected!

The receptionist accommodated my early arrival although she ignored my request for a quiet room as I found out that first Saturday night. Overlooking Broadway, I felt like I was sleeping on a NASCAR racetrack where cars with sirens were also allowed until 2am. Sunday night was the same thing although for not as late into the night. At the very least, provide earplugs for your guests.

The shower door wouldn't close all the way. Even though I arrived on Wednesday at 2:30 pm and left Saturday by 11 am I was still charged for 4 days worth of parking at basically $40 a day.

This was a great place to stay! First, very friendly staff! We got there very early and they were able to accommodate us by getting us into a room early. The rooms were VERY clean, breakfast was great, the location is fantastic. It's a short walk to all the bars on broadway. We will definitely stay here again!

Delayed check in due to rooms being overly messy after July 4th weekend. We were supposed to get a call when room was ready but we never received it. There is quite a bit of construction going on within lobby. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was yummy.

The biggest takeaway that was most worthy of mentioning was not a thing, but a person. The staff at the reception desk was amazing! Ms Tommi was a sheer delight. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor showed she truly enjoyed people and her job. We just happened to arrive when the building was secured by the Fire Department, due to a suspected fire alarm. Although we were unable to get to our rooms right away. It became pleasurable to watch Ms Tommi handle some “not so understanding” guests. She maintained her poised demeanor and kept a smile in her delivery. I was so intrigued that I directed my sister to watch on also. After all was said and done, we commended her on how she multi-tasked her way through, answering questions, the phone and directing guests to surrounding places to buffer their wait time, while still checking folks in. In summation, the location, cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff and amenities, like the awesome breakfast every morning, was over the top!! Springhill, was a great place to stay and was situated near some good restaurants and popular sites. Customer service provided by Ms Tommi was the best, I have seen in such a long while!! Thank you Ms Tommi for showing the guests, that customer service reigns!!

Front desk staff was great- this review is not based on them. We were informed AFTER arriving to the property for check-in that the water would be turned off due to a mandatory “maintenance issue”. A “maintenance issue” they knew about a few days beforehand. Instead of contacting guests BEFORE check-in, they sprang this on us during when we got there. They then asked if we would like to stay somewhere else. Keep in mind, there were two sold out concerts that weekend. In addition to losing the money on this room (it was a non refundable reservation), I would then spend another $400+ on a room at another hotel (if we could find one). There was no choice. Once going into the room, there was a weird smell, hair in the sink and the television was on. I was so upset I ended up driving 3 hours back to Memphis after leaving the concert. I will never stay at another SpringHill Suites again and will be disputing this transaction.

This places had the best front desk staff and managers. They went above and beyond to make our stay wodnerful. We arrived early and instead of blowing us off they let us do an early check in since they had a room ready. Was perfect !!!!!

The rooms were VERY clean, breakfast was great, the location is fantastic. It's a short walk to all the bars on broadway. We will definitely stay here again!

Parking entry was a little hard to find, shared between 2 hotels, and expensive ($50 a night). Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Well located for us, we like to walk. Its a little far from Demonbrau Street if your a partier, but lots of bars close by.

Very clean property with friendly staff. Breakfast mediocre at best. Difficult location to find if not familiar with Nashville West End. Terrible signage. Fee to park was ridiculous, $35 per night. Paying for parking in Nashville seems to have become a "thing" which in y opinion is crazy unless in the heart of downtown...which this location was not.

This was a good stay for my family and I. Checkin was smooth - even though we were early. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Also fairly close to where the open street party is held and eating and shopping centers.

Delayed check in due to rooms being overly messy after July 4th weekend. We were supposed to get a call when room was ready but we never received it. There is quite a bit of construction going on within lobby. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was yummy.

When we arrived, we were informed the water would be shut off from 11pm to 6am because of a water main break. I understand these things happen, but the only thing we were offered was a bottle of water to brush our teeth with.

The location was good, breakfast was good for a buffet style. I was disappointed that our room wasn't clean, black hair left, no cups for coffee. Staff didn't notify us that housekeeping didn't come every day to repleanish. We had to go and ask for towels. The confusion of having two inns using the same facilities was odd. We shouldn't have to pay 40 dollars a day plus parking tax to park. That wasn't quoted on the website.

Kenzie was the front desk clerk when we arrived. We had a really rough travel leading us to Nashville. She was so kind to our family and went out of her way to ensure our kids were comfortable. The bartender I believe his name was Lee (father of boys). He was also kind and welcoming while we had a drink at the bar. Everyone was amazing!! When we checked out there was another woman at the front. She was very sweet and made sure to check on our stay. Very family friendly!! Pool was perfect temperature. There were more than enough clean towels. Breakfast was fresh and yummy! Best pit stop we had! Thank you.
