The Inn At Holiday Valley

The room was clean, and the property is beautiful. If you’re not going for skiing, the only great thing about this place is the pool & hot tub. The beds were so uncomfortable. The tv barely worked - the remote was not functional, we couldn’t switch channels easily, and the channel we wanted to watch had a very poor signal. The shower was terrible. The water came out of the head with such force that we couldn’t stand directly under it. The tub drained very slowly. The shower curtain was so thin that there was a ton of water on the floor when we got out.

Staff friendly, accommodations at the Inn were great. Short walk across the parking lot to the ski lift. Breakfast was good start to the day

Room was very nice and clean. Friendly staff and great amenities. The Ski lifts are steps from the hotel, very convinient. Highly recommended!

Great location for kids to ski and use pool. Great breakfast!

Didn't get checked in on time, problems with water temperature in shower, no toilet paper, room smelled bad. Not worth the $377/night cost.
