We had a great and very spacious room. Before coming we were concerned the roadside location could be noisy, but it is a very quiet road so no problems at all. Parking just outside the door. Very easy journey into the town, just a few minutes on foot. Breakfast is simple but good. The Action Forest next door was brilliant too. Strongly recommend.

Great breakfast, good location, clean room with roof windows facing the forest for my corner triple room. Nice staff at the breakfast buffet. Right next to a test center, very convenient. Remember to bring the toothpaste & brush because they are not provided. Also, NO lift. An overall good place to stay.

Teilrenoviertes altes Gasthaus mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Der Check-in-Automat mag praktisch sein, ich bevorzuge allerdings den persönlichen Kontakt. Das Hotel ist etwa fünf Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof Titisee-Neustadt entfernt. Es wird ein übersichtliches Frühstücksbuffet angeboten, das für den Preis okay ist. Über eine vegane Milchalternative hätte ich mich dennoch gefreut. Wer am Abend noch spontan einen Snack oder ein leckeres Getränk braucht, dem hilft der Regiomat weiter, der quasi vor der Tür steht. Leider ist es im Zimmer nachts viel zu hell gewesen, weil die Vorhänge nicht wirklich abdunkeln. (Der Zugverkehr hat uns nicht gestört - vermutlich fährt da über Nacht nicht viel.) Auf der Toilette ist es ziemlich eng, das Bad mit Dusche ist extra. Ansonsten gab es an dem Zimmer nichts zu bemängeln. Es gehörte sogar eine Art Balkon mit Fenstern dazu, wo man schön sitzen kann, wenn es draußen nicht zu kalt ist.

Unfortunately we had a lot of problems with the check-in. It's an automated check in and when the system encountered problems, we had to make so many calls to fix the check in problems, and again lots of calls to get the right codes for the room. One should be prepared to have a phone & enough battery so you can make phone calls as there is no reception for check in. Also this happened to us around 6 pm so luckily someone picked the phone after a few tries. Not sure what would have happned if we had check in much later. The staff during breakfast were very helpful. Decent breakfast choices. Walking distance to Badeparadies. A few minutes walk from station (had to go around cuz there's no direct path) Seilpark which is at the hotel was good. Family room is very spacious and includes balcony. Had a separate room that we can close off for privacy which is perfect. Does not have air-conditioning but during our stay it was cold enough at night so we slept fine.

Nettes kleines Hotel. Wir waren im Appartement-Haus, tolles Zimmer, großes Bett und Etagenbett für die Kidz. Vor dem Hotel waren ausreichend (kostenlose) Parkplätze. Sehr nettes Personal. Der Bahnhof von Titisee ist gleich gegenüber (absolut keine Lärmbelästigung deswegen). Das Hotel liegt an einer Einbahnstrasse, der Verkehr hält sich in Grenzen. Der Frühstücksraum war auch sehr geräumig, es gab immer freie Plätze. Das Frühstücksangebot war ausreichend. Das Badeparadies Schwarzwald zu Fuß erreichbar.

Good basic hotel across from the train station in Titisee. Free parking was helpful, and it was in walking distance to the Badeparadis. The included breakfast was good and well stocked. Note that there are rooms on the fourth floor and there is no lift, so that can be a slog. The rooms are traditional and a bit beaten around the edges, but fine — the only thing we missed were curtains for the window in the sitting room / bathroom area (or a door to close it off) so the early sun through the ceiling window wouldn’t wake us. My main complaint was check-in. The hotel badgers you twice a day for a week before your stay to do online check-in. I did it, and when I turned up at their check-in machine (there is no staffed reception), none of what you entered in online check-in has been noted and you have to enter it ALL, all over again. Very odd and annoying system.

Good selection of breakfast options (breads, pretzel, cereals, cheeses, hams, eggs, juice, coffee machine). Note: No/limited grocery options in Lake Titisee area. May be good to stock up on supplies at Titisee / Neustadt before getting to Lake Titisee town.

Wer nicht nur zu zweit reist, findet hier schöne geräumige Zimmer mit allem,was man braucht, einem schönen Frühstücksbufett und sehr netten Personal. Platz fürs Auto. Skibus, Bahnhof und Busstation in Sichtweite..und zur Innenstadt, Restaurants wenige Meter zu Fuss erreichbar.

L'arrivée a été un peu compliquée au niveau de l'enregistrement à la machine mais nous avons pu joindre facilement une personne très réactive qui nous a débloqués. Nous avons logé dans une suite spacieuse pour 3 et petit dejeuner varié et copieux. La propreté est parfaite.

Zimmer uralt, Fenster kaputt - ohne Oropax kann man nicht schlafen. Heruntergekommen. Rezeption nur von 8-12 Uhr besetzt, Automaten-Check-In erst ab 14 Uhr, also keine Chance, die KONUS-Karte am 1. Tag zu erhalten. Für die erbrachten Leistungen viel zu teuer

Une fois dans la chambre, plusieurs petits détails qu'il faudrait entretenir (store du velux qui ferme pas, pommeau de douche qui tient plus, oreillers à changer quand ils veulent). Bref, pas dramatique et on a bien dormi, mais il demande un peu d'entretien et n'en vaut pas le prix demandé.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and the room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was nice. All of the staff were very friendly. We would stay again!

We had a great and very spacious room. Before coming we were concerned the roadside location could be noisy, but it is a very quiet road so no problems at all. Parking just outside the door. Very easy journey into the town, just a few minutes on foot. Breakfast is simple but good. The Action Forest next door was brilliant too. Strongly recommend.

It's an automated check in and when the system encountered problems, we had to make so many calls to fix the check in problems, and again lots of calls to get the right codes for the room. One should be prepared to have a phone & enough battery so you can make phone calls as there is no reception for check in. Also this happened to us around 6 pm so luckily someone picked the phone after a few tries. Not sure what would have happned if we had check in much later. The staff during breakfast were very helpful. Decent breakfast choices. Walking distance to Badeparadies. A few minutes walk from station (had to go around cuz there's no direct path) Seilpark which is at the hotel was good. Family room is very spacious and includes balcony. Had a separate room that we can close off for privacy which is perfect. Does not have air-conditioning but during our stay it was cold enough at night so we slept fine.

Good basic hotel across from the train station in Titisee. Free parking was helpful, and it was in walking distance to the Badeparadis. The included breakfast was good and well stocked. Note that there are rooms on the fourth floor and there is no lift, so that can be a slog. The rooms are traditional and a bit beaten around the edges, but fine — the only thing we missed were curtains for the window in the sitting room / bathroom area (or a door to close it off) so the early sun through the ceiling window wouldn’t wake us. We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and the room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was nice. All of the staff were very friendly. We would stay again!

Das einchecken hat leider nicht funktioniert am Anfang mit meinem Namen sowie der Reservierungs-/Vorgangsnummer. Expedia hatte meinen "Nachnamen falsch geschrieben bzw. dem Hotel mitgeteilt" und damit war ein "Check-Inn" zunächst nicht möglich. Dies hatte sich herausgestellt in dem Telefonat mit dem Hotel direkt. Der Mitarbeiter vom Hotel hat sich dann "auf den Bildschirm" aufgeschaltet und mich über "Fernwartung eingecheckt". Danach hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Mit dem Service, meinem Zimmer sowie dem Frühstück war ich dann sehr zufrieden. Alles sehr einfach gehalten aber gut.

Das Hotel liegt ehr gut wenn man das Badeparadies besuchen möchte. Das Check in war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und leider wurde mir dabei auch ein zweites mal der Betrag der Buchung belastet. Sonst alles gut. Nettes Personal bei einem guten Frühstück :-)

Teilrenoviertes altes Gasthaus mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Der Check-in-Automat mag praktisch sein, ich bevorzuge allerdings den persönlichen Kontakt. Das Hotel ist etwa fünf Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof Titisee-Neustadt entfernt. Es wird ein übersichtliches Frühstücksbuffet angeboten, das für den Preis okay ist. Über eine vegane Milchalternative hätte ich mich dennoch gefreut. Wer am Abend noch spontan einen Snack oder ein leckeres Getränk braucht, dem hilft der Regiomat weiter, der quasi vor der Tür steht. Leider ist es im Zimmer nachts viel zu hell gewesen, weil die Vorhänge nicht wirklich abdunkeln. (Der Zugverkehr hat uns nicht gestört - vermutlich fährt da über Nacht nicht viel.) Auf der Toilette ist es ziemlich eng, das Bad mit Dusche ist extra. Ansonsten gab es an dem Zimmer nichts zu bemängeln. Es gehörte sogar eine Art Balkon mit Fenstern dazu, wo man schön sitzen kann, wenn es draußen nicht zu kalt ist.

Auf der Toilette ist es ziemlich eng, das Bad mit Dusche ist extra. Ansonsten gab es an dem Zimmer nichts zu bemängeln. Es gehörte sogar eine Art Balkon mit Fenstern dazu, wo man schön sitzen kann, wenn es draußen nicht zu kalt ist.

Unfortunately we had a lot of problems with the check-in. It's an automated check in and when the system encountered problems, we had to make so many calls to fix the check in problems, and again lots of calls to get the right codes for the room. One should be prepared to have a phone & enough battery so you can make phone calls as there is no reception for check in. Also this happened to us around 6 pm so luckily someone picked the phone after a few tries. Not sure what would have happned if we had check in much later. The staff during breakfast were very helpful. Decent breakfast choices. Walking distance to Badeparadies. A few minutes walk from station (had to go around cuz there's no direct path) Seilpark which is at the hotel was good. Family room is very spacious and includes balcony. Had a separate room that we can close off for privacy which is perfect. Does not have air-conditioning but during our stay it was cold enough at night so we slept fine.

Good basic hotel across from the train station in Titisee. Free parking was helpful, and it was in walking distance to the Badeparadis. The included breakfast was good and well stocked. Note that there are rooms on the fourth floor and there is no lift, so that can be a slog. The rooms are traditional and a bit beaten around the edges, but fine — the only thing we missed were curtains for the window in the sitting room / bathroom area (or a door to close it off) so the early sun through the ceiling window wouldn’t wake us. My main complaint was check-in. The hotel badgers you twice a day for a week before your stay to do online check-in. I did it, and when I turned up at their check-in machine (there is no staffed reception), none of what you entered in online check-in has been noted and you have to enter it ALL, all over again. Very odd and annoying system.

Good selection of breakfast options (breads, pretzel, cereals, cheeses, hams, eggs, juice, coffee machine). Note: No/limited grocery options in Lake Titisee area. May be good to stock up on supplies at Titisee / Neustadt before getting to Lake Titisee town.

No humans on site, except at breakfast. A useless check in machine that would not respond to touching the keys. No directions for finding our room or entrance that was in a completely separate building. There were no room keys, just a very temperamental keypad. The place was old and very run down. I had no trust that the awful keypad lock on the door was secure so we locked valuables in the car. We never saw any sign of any 'amenities' such as fitness suite or golf course. The place stank of cigarette smoke when I opened the door or the one working window to try and cool the hot room down so we had to stay hot. People were noisy and banging doors all night. Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Do not stay here unless you are absolutely desperate.

Family room was spacious for family of four. Decent breakfast. Parking was free. Only issue was with the automated check-in kiosk. It did not find our reservation. Had to call the support number to get the check-in code for the building and room since we arrived after hours. Their reception is not manned 24/7.
