First, this marks my stay as the 5th through the 6th but that was actually the end of my stay. My full stay was the 31st through the 6th. I specifically picked this hotel because it said it had a hot tub and pool. I even went and bought swimming trunks before going there, I was so excited. I got there to find out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs because the ceiling was leaking into the pool. "No big deal, I'll just take a bath I guess" I thought. I get into my room and look in the tub to see no drain plug. I told the front desk about this and she gave me some runaround but said she'd ask housekeeping if they have one. Three days pass and I try to get my room turned over the next day but it doesn't happen so I ask the front desk to have my room turned over the next day and to please bring a drain plug but neither things happen the next day either. I eventually went to a plumbing store and bought my own drain plug so I could take a stupid bath in the hotel that I paid money for a pool at that didn't have a pool and completely ignored me the entire time I was there. The only reasons I didn't give 1 star is because the room wasn't disgusting and the people at the front desk were friendly to my face. Otherwise don't stay here.

Pool was closed as roof was leaking into pool. Rooms smelled like mildew. Bed was very uncomfortable. I left early and went to another hotel because of how terrible the hotel is. No elevator.

No breakfast, No pool/spa ("under construction") as advertised on Expedia. Hallways were dirty and smelly. The carpet in the room was also dirty - probably hadn't been cleaned in years. The mattress was sagging and should have been thrown out years ago. The bathroom floor had cracked and loose titles that had been caulked with silicone caulk that had come apart. The toilet ran, I guess it was on "auto flush".... The TV didn't work. It appears that someone stole the cable box. The refer in the room also didn't work. Lastly, its a bad neighborhood. Tons of homeless and tents in the area.

Ashley was an amazing help and genuinely listened to our concerns and did her best to accommodate us. Other than that the stay was not the best. Booked king room with fold out couch there are no fold out couches on the property. Breakfast was bread cereal or instant oatmeal. Not what I was expecting at all given the photos of the property on the hotels app and the Days inn web-site. Heated pool and hot tub are out of order. One of the main reasons I booked this property so that was a bummer. To top it all off the maid staff accused us of smoking in our room and proceeded to say they were calling the police on us also that we caused damages to the ac/heater unit when the covers just fell off and half of it is zipped tied to the unit. Some carpet baseboard just came out of the wall with nails sticking out so i had to put that up behind the tv so no one would touch it. Also no screen on our windows and the locks don’t work the windows open all the way and I have two toddlers and we’re on the second floor it’s terrifying to me. If you’re looking for something cheap and the bare minimum this is the place to be. All I know is after this whole ordeal I better get my deposit back because I know for a fact we did not cause any damages that weren’t already here. Mind you all of these things I mentioned I told staff the day we checked in and they said they told the owner so I refuse to be blamed for something I didn’t do. Let alone this place has a $200 deposit which is outrageous

There is no elevator in the facility or at least not one that works. Several rooms upstairs had been taken over by homeless individuals. Locks had been broken off of the doors. Phone in the room had been stripped of all buttons but for some reason was still in the room non-functional. Room was clean but everything had been damaged. Shower was almost non-functional. Pool and hot-tub were closed for maintenance, but in reality there was a homeless person living in the pool room. Overall not a pleasant place to stay. Motel 6 feels way more secure.

The reason I booked this property was because of the pool and distance to the shopping mall. The pool was closed and no one communicated that when I checked in. The tv was going in and out so we couldn’t watch anything, the air conditioning was not working properly so it was very warm and unpleasant, the fridge was not working right, the fan in the bathroom was broken, there was writing on the wall and multiple holes on furniture and walls. The staff were very nice but I would not stay in there again.

Room was Not clean, food or something on the bedspread, food behind the garbage can in the bathroom, stains and what look like blood on the chair and ceiling, nats everywhere, house keeping was EXTREMELY RUDE when i conplained there was hair in the bathtub, TV shows keep freezing then would skip, the remote wouldn't work most of the time to change channels and not at all for the volume, the "Free Breakfast" was dry cereal, and Im not sure about bed bugs... my service dog is Scratching up a Storm sense we walked in the room and Still hasn't stopped... now I have to take him in for another dip when I just got him one last month! AND just to top it off... they charge a $200 deposit that they Don't tell you about over the phone and it takes Over a Week to get it back! I had the housekeeping woman call me on the phone because "you dog is making all kinds of loud noises" but yet when I entered the hall, walked down it and jiggled the door handle he made no sounds at all... think she was MAD at me when I complained about the hair in the bathtub, figured sense she shot me the "FALL OVER and STOP BREATHING" look after I said it. And the "Addicts" in the parking lot! And they didnt care that they were in the very next car with the doors open! If I could this place would have -7 stars and be... the "CRACK HAVEN" Hotel

The room was not clean even tho the desk clerk tried to show me on his clip board that it had been cleaned. There was little bits of garbage on the stained carpet there were rips in the curtains there was Kleenex and sauce packets behind the bed the table was held together with some zip ties there were stains on the walls. There was a hole in the sheets This is truely one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and we won’t be back I will sleep in my car first

I’m not sure who is running this hotel. But they should be fired. The shower in the room has black mold growing around where the shower head comes out of the wall. The bath tube has a really bad patch job and the bath room sink is cracked. The pictures on the site make this place look nice. They must be really old as it looks nothing like the pictures. Im glad I didn’t bring a swim suite because the “pool” isn’t usable. Will not be coming back here and will tell everyone I know to avoid it. Will also send an email to the corporate office with the pictures I took of the room. Not happy. Also I reserved a 2nd story room and got one on the ground floor. I like it when the front desk person changes my room with out telling me.

Mold all over bathroom walls, vent cover coming off, dirty towels. Light on nightstand didn’t work. Satellite tv kept going out. Outside of entry was dirty. Hallway had old broken furniture and art work lining the walkway and I tripped and stubbed my toe on wooden furniture frames

The bathroom was horrible. The plug for the hairdryer was broken, there were broken loose tiles, the shower wouldn’t stay hot for even 5 minutes, and there was trash in several spots in the room

I should have read the other reviews before booking here. The while place smells of mold and mildew. Carpets are very dirty throughout. Huge stains on the carpet in my room. Linens looked clean, and bed was comfortable enough. No soap in the bathroom, I washed my hands with their little bottle of shampoo.

The hotel is poorly maintained. My room had no working shower and the water never got over lukewarm in temperature. A second room had no hangers in the closet. Despite this the hotel was sold out each night so there’s likely little While the property was kept moderately clean the area overall felt unsafe and we would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Nothing worked in my room the key card for the door didn’t work. I had to get them changed twice third time thank goodness it worked the Wi-Fi didn’t work. TV didn’t work.

I stayed in this motel a couple of years ago, the facility has gone downhill since that time on the overall upkeep. The customer service was OK but not up to last times experience. The room was clean but showing signs of wear. The fridge was Luke warm with no way to adjust. The TV watching experience was interesting. The room was clean but showing signs of wear. The fridge was Luke warm with no way to adjust. The TV watching experience was interesting. The floors were stained, the tub has holes and repaired with calk and painted with some kind of tub paint. The walls in the bathroom has some kind brown splatter stain under the sink. Took me 30 mins to figure out the shower and how to turn it on. The tv did not work till I reset and replaced everything in. There was a used rolled up panty liner behind the night stand. When I called down to the desk on 2 different occasions no body answered. After I figured all that out I found that the bed was as hard as a concrete floor. Woke up every morning with numb hip and legs. On top everything, I was here for 5 nights, and had to have my key card reset every day. But, the front people were nice when I did interact with them. My towels, garbages and coffee were changed everyday and restocked.

The WIFI sucks in most rooms but the staff are helpful and are willing to go the extra mile for the guests. The showers are not the best for sure and the air conditioners either work very good or not very well at all depending on the room you get. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards at check in though especially if your a frequent flyer not only does it give you a discount for the room but you can earn free nights as well.

I wouldn’t advise staying here. Not cleaning lobby. No front desk person at all. Breakfast pictures did not match, misleading. Check in was absolutely horrible after getting off work at 12:30am and needing my bed, no one there at all, waited till 2 am. Expedia wasn’t resourceful or helpful at the time either.

First, the hotel staff (Josh, Melissa & company) are a first class, professional team that made my stay one of the best ever! As far as the property goes, the are working through a complete remodel so some things aren’t what they will be soon (pool closed, some rooms under construction, etc.) but it was quiet, comfortable, clean and a great place to stay for the price!

The staff was nice, but the property looks really rough. The sink in our room has a big crack, stains on the wall, hole in the lamp shade. Everything is very basic and very worn. It is clean enough and the room didn’t smell, but we felt a bit wary of staying there. It’s clearly used as housing for folks in need, which isn’t a problem as much as the fact that there are a lot of people hanging out outside and in common areas. It doesn’t feel safe.

At check in they attempt to charge me for a room I have already paid for, in addition a $200 "deposit". The clerk feigns ignorance and capitulates when presented with proof through the app. "Breakfast at 7am!" No! No breakfast, no anything including an apology or even answering the phone at the front desk. When I complain through the app they can't even get a hold of them. Will I ever get the dubious "deposit" back? Doubtful. At least at motel 6 you know what you're getting into. This places masquerades as a days inn when clearly it's not. Do yourself a favor and splurge for anywhere else.

Horrible to say the least. We checked in to our room and it was littered with alcohol and Taco Bell. It wasn’t cleaned, the front desk attendant was never there. There was a line of 4 people waiting. We kept ringing the bell and nothing. I decided not to stay there and asked for a refund. The front desk said it was done but when I asked for a receipt she said she actually couldn’t do it. Hotels tried to reach them for a resolution but there was no contacting them. Absolutely horrible. I paid for a night which we didn’t even stay at after all. Don’t know how these companies stay in business.

Owner is dealing with lack of emplyees. He had to be doing the front desk, dealing with card re programming and tardiness to attend check-in people. Most of the time, front desk was unattended. It took me almost 2 hours to check in because lack of front desk service.

It’s very dirty, staff were unprofessional. Building is delapidated. People were wondering around the building. It feels very unsafe. There were drunken people arguing outside in the middle of the night. There was trash in public areas that made the corridor smell. Some plugging didn’t work in the room.

Stayed 1st night without aircon. Owners did not know it does not work. The 2nd night they are still fixing it while we're in the room. They forgot the whole day while we were out. Wow!! Homeless people are visible. Felt unsafe for our vehicle.

This is a budget option and you get what you pay for. Our initial room was very dirty and not acceptable, but gladly the front desk person was helpful and gave us a clean room. Bed was decent. Breakfast was pretty weak and the pool was only open a few hours a day. Immediate area is OK, but definitely not a place to walk around at night. Pretty easy access to airport and Portland with a car.

Overall stay was okay. TV in the room was not functioning at all. The condition of some of the doors in the hotel looked like they were broken into, door knobs missing. The area was close to the mall and convienient to other areas near vancouver which was nice to have.

The hotel and its surroundings did not match the pictures online. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. The hotel was in poor condition. I was in town for a family member’s service in Vancouver, WA, and booked this hotel on Expedia due to its proximity to the church. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a homeless shelter in front of the hotel. While that wasn’t necessarily an issue, the people around the parking lot and buildings made me uneasy. The parking lot was filthy, covered in garbage, making me question if I should even go inside. Exhausted from traveling, I decided to check it out. Inside, the hotel smelled old and stale. The front desk staff was friendly, but I felt she should have warned me. I noticed furniture wrapped in plastic and asked if they were remodeling. She confirmed renovations were happening, yet the place remained dirty. The so-called workers looked sketchy and unprofessional. There wasn’t even a number on my room, making it feel completely insecure. Nor was there a working elevator. I realized anyone could just walk in. At that point, I canceled my stay and left. There was no way I was going to spend the night in such an unsafe environment.

You get what you pay for, but this property did not have breakfast as was listed and the pool was down for maintenance - which were the two reasons I booked this. The shower was the absolute worst, just one tiny stream of lukewarm water, and the room was dirty and in disrepair. There was literally a used q-tip stuck to the wall and wallpaper coming off the wall.

when there's a sign on the tub waterspout that says, "do not step on here", you know you're in a sketchy place, the water pressure and temp was so bad you would not want to take a long shower. the free breakfast was bread and cereal. no protein offered.

I called the hotel before making the reservation to make sure they have a pool and hot tub. I was told “Yes”. When we arrived at the hotel, the pool and hot tub were closed. The person I talked to, 2 days prior, did not mention this. The gal at the front desk said it had been down for a while already. Breakfast was a joke. Cereal, no milk and juice machine was broken and there was a loaf of bread with cheesecake on the counter. All in all, it was a horrible and I will never stay there again!!

Expedia website stated free breakfast at this location “Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Vancouver” as did their own Days Inn website. As we check into the hotel, the night clerk told us that there will be breakfast tomorrow from 7am-9am. I went down at 8:30am to get breakfast for my family and I. Nothing. No breakfast. I asked the clerk on staff and all he would say over and over is “No breakfast today”. I asked him why there isn’t any breakfast as advertised and he walked away from me with no response. My wife then asked him at check-out. And he said “there is no delivery today and where do you see a charge for breakfast? We only charge you for the room.” No apology, no remedy. Just a statement implying that he doesn’t have to serve breakfast because he didn’t charge us for it. What a scam.

DO NOT GO HERE! The front desk person was the only bright spot of the experience. They were upfront about the pool being closed and the hotel undergoing an overhaul after prior bad management. However, that did not prepare me for what we found. The wallpaper was peeling, there were scoffs and holes and dents everywhere in the hallways and room, furniture was a mess, it was clearly run down. Ok, I'm a budget traveler and can live with that for one night. But there was hair in the sink, ants in our 2nd floor bathroom, and a cup of coffee in the microwave?! That is a current problem with the current housekeeping and management. Then the next morning, "breakfast" was oatmeal packets and a juice machine with a sign saying it was broken. Part of the reason for selecting this hotel was because we had to be somewhere early and I wanted a place that had breakfast included so we didn't have to find something on our own. Again, this is a current management problem. If you don't want to provide breakfast, don't include it on list of amenities. This was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Worse then old Motel 6s I've stayed at. No way is it appropriate to charge $100/night for this. Absolutely appalling.

DO NOT think you are getting a stay that looks anything like the photos. My wife and I left shortly after arriving and had to forfeit our room fee stay. The place was trashed on the outside (broken windows, trash everywhere, random people just chilling in the parking lot in chairs. Inside was no different. I would hope they would get this in order but if it’s your cup of tea then go ahead. Change the photos Hotels.com it’s very misleading.

Checking in was slow. We did pre check in to try to save time. When we got to our room, the hall light over the mirror flickers, the tile in the bathroom on the floor is falling apart, the wallpaper throughout the room and bathroom is falling apart/ pealing. The shower nob look like there was mold underneath it. There was no smoke detector. The fridge didn’t work. The only good thing about the room was the AC which can go very cold and that someone who stayed there previously never logged out of their Netflix account. This was the first time where we considered to eat the cost of this stay and book somewhere else. We will never stay at this property again.

Door frame of room barely held door on, would not shut unless FORCED to close. Fan in bathroom sounds like Harley motorcycle. Pipes squealed whenever water was on. Window had no locks because they were broken off, no screens. Black mold in corners of bathroom, faucet dripped entire time. Check in lady very rude, not personable, threw parking paper and room keys on the counter almost fell off. Ring doorbell cameras everywhere. No fresh coffee. Swimming pool out of order, construction. Very poor breakfast choices. Bread, bread, and more bread. Eggo waffles, baby pancakes, share a gallon of milk and pint of orange juice with other guests. Do NOT COME HERE. Not worth the $130 a night. Spend extra $20 and get better somewhere else. No wonder why this place is garbage,
