Sleep Inn & Suites at Six Flags

Staff was very nice! We arrived super early in the day, they got us into a room until ours was available. Spa wasn’t the cleanest and the smell of chlorine in the pool are was STRONG the next day. Like it burned our eyes strong and we were not in there for very long. Other than that- we enjoyed our stay!

The boiler broke so i had to take a cold shower. The wi-fi was out for over 24 hours. The cable went out in the middle of watching something. The indoor pool was very cold. My husband and i got bit several times in our asleep. Unsure what it was (not bed bugs) but it was unpleasant. The was a trip for our 40th wedding anniversary we are celebrating later this month.

Hotel looks clean but the pools chemicals were off, made my whole families lungs hurt. Our first room had we woke up to a bubble formed in our bathroom ceiling. Our next room was okay, but couldn’t get an extra blanket or anything.

Only one of two elevators were operational during our four-night stay. This was especially problematic on Sunday when many people were trying to load suitcases onto the elevator to head out. Our TV did not work properly for the first day; on day two a technician traded our TV for a working one that included network channels. Front desk folks always friendly. Fun at indoor pool!

I stay here often on my six flags trips. Nice and quiet. Clean. Awesome pool and hottub to enjoy when you arrive or get back from the park early. I would recommend they get the hottub heater working better, not hot enough and also the air pump for the hot tub jets didnt work and needs to be fixed. But i could overlook that on this past visit. Ill continue to stay here on my next visit

The hot tub was very poor, water level low, chemicals not right. When it was turned on thick layer of foam began. We didn't get to eat the breakfast until Monday. Both sat and sun the food ran out and we waited for 30 mins and nobody refilled eggs, sausage, juice, just about everything. The room was ok but there were no hair dryer, no way to hang wet towels. Need hooks on the door and next to the shower. The room was good. Bed was comfortable. The one huge complaint we had is where the TV is placed. Was extremely hard to watch TV from the bed and had to get out of bed to use the remote. Also there is no channel guide in the room for any channels. We stayed last year and it was really good but unless upgraded we will stay elsewhere. We reserved it as we know there is indoor pool and hot tub but even that was not good.

This place was nice and clean but they left hangers in the bathroom. Sheets was questionable. And don’t go in the pool and the hot tub was TERRIBLE!!! So bad my eyes burn from the chlorine. My 7 year old even asked why does it smell like bleach? I told the owner and he did say he will tell the pool cleaner abt it. But too bad I couldn’t enjoy it. I live in San Antonio and took my grandkids to enjoy the pool and me the hot tub. Because we couldn’t enjoy spring break with the rain and a death in the family. Breakfast was good thank God

The pool was closed for 2 days, which was unfortunate because the kids were looking forward to going swimming. The remote for the TV had no batteries and they had to give us used batteries and tape a piece of paper over the back. This property has definitely declined because we have stayed in the past and it was better.

Beds were comfortable, the A/C worked well, room was clean, hot water worked well, and furniture was appropriate. Breakfast was very basic, eggs, sausage, waffle, some fruits and yogurt. Very close to UTSA.

Super dirty !!! Don’t waste your money!!

Once we checked in we found beer bottles next to the bed, which means room was not cleaned before we arrived. It was very late and I wanted my 2 year old to rest after a long trip so I decided to wait till morning to let front desk know. But right before we are getting to rest I saw a roach crawling towards the bed, at that point I decided to call front desk. Lady apologize and said it was probably from the last occupants and she switched us rooms. We packed everything and moved in the middle of the night to a different room. Later that night I went to use the restroom and when I turn on the light i saw a bunch of Roaches on the floor and walls. So much for Sleep in. We couldn’t sleep at.

Very dirty or first room had sinking beds we complained about it and then they gave us another room which had dirty towels and giant bed bugs crawling on the bed

Dirty and stained sheets. Left over food from last guest. Switched rooms and second room was dirty as well. We left.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The property was clean and I felt safe staying here.

We found a bug in the room. We left immediately and we took a picture of it.

The carpet has a moldy smell. The hallway needs to be vacuumed.

Hotel was dirty and ran down. Floor wasn't vaccumed, unwanted items from previous guests were still in the fridge, drawers, and under the bed. Air conditioner struggled to keep up. Only good thing was that they changed the sheets.

Shower drainage clogged. Walls so thin heard every step from above and doors slamming all night.

I like how my stays are comfortable and reliable at sleep inn. It also fits my family comfortably and love the extra space and sofa for sitting area away from beds. Mini fridge and microwave are also a plus for any family who has kids or toddlers and need the amenities.

There was no closet. Toilet seat was broken.

this place was just off of IH10 mear lots of restaurants and attractions. its not very well maintained though. one elevator was out of order. the rug had hole in it. t the facility just looked worn. i was a little concerned about vehocle safety (there was even a sign with theft%damage disclaimer in the parking lot). no issues with the vehicle though. bedding was very comfortable. A/C was cold. room was spacioys. tv was on wall in sitting area so not viewable from both beds. Staff was nice.

Very convenient for a family of six, they offer a room with three queen beds (two beds in one room and one in an adjoining room).

Our stay was for a week. There was a minor problem upon checkin but it was quickly resolved. The front desk attendants are AMAZING!! Everyone I encountered was very helpful and extremely friendly. BEWARE that the rooms look NOTHING like the online photos though. Rooms are lit by dim lamplight and there is only 1 small television which cannot be viewed from the beds, only from the sitting area. There are no dressers, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase if you booked an extended stay like we did. AC worked well. The room was clean but the halls and elevators were dirty and unkept during our entire stay, but Housekeeping was attentive to us throughout the week as far as our room needs. Breakfast is very limited. Options were Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, bananas, apples, muffins, waffles and toast. Beds are old with sunken in spots but are still somewhat comfortable. Couch was dated and worn and felt a bit “yucky”. Room was quiet as long as there weren’t many visitors. Walls are VERY thin and slamming doors are easily heard. Hotel filled on the weekend and we could hear conversations, and movement from rooms on either side of ours. Location is very safe and is conveniently located near Walmart and H‑E‑B, with several dining options all around the hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget or only staying a few nights, otherwise I’d pay a little extra for more comfy beds and broader breakfast options.

Only 1 elevator was working.

The building is beautiful from the outside but it was really disappointing inside. Pros are the very comfy bed and hot shower and clean room and facilities. Con’s: remote did not work, shower light flickered like a horror movie, minimal toiletries and no conditioner in shower. No place to hang the 2-star towel outside the shower and TV was small and in front of sofa not the bed. Could easily be put on a mounting arm that swivels. For the price, we expected much more and better. We travel least 40x per year so we’ve seen what other places offer at the same price point.

Night staff was nice and friendly. Noisy guest the front desk moved us. Nice. The am staff did not care. Breakfast ran out of item. Asked the lady if they had more, she responded- should have come earlier. We are all out. Eastern owners don’t care for standards. Very sad.

Font desk was slow at checking in then got to our room and there was not a single towel in the room and phone didn’t work.

We were left standing for 30 min no one was even there to check us in he was outbon a personal break then proceeded to cuss us out and use the F word at us when we inquired. He was extremely rude and unkempt looked like he had not showered in days. Worse service of my life. If it wasnt sooo late at night i would have canceled it and gone elsewhere. Never again!

Staff seemed to be ok but felt like we inconvenienced them. The carpet was torn from the wall in the room. Asked for a linens for the hide a bed and staff was not happy and made us get it ourselves or wait for a while. Dirty all around the building and not well kept.

Everything was good breakfast was good too. Only thing the employee told me i was going to be charged for 100 deposit which was fine. And i was going to receive when check out. The day i check out he said i would get received it automatically and i haven’t received nothing to my account yet.

The staff and inn were great. The staff was helpful in helping us with some special request. The continental breakfast was really nice and a dip in the jacuzzi afterwards was a great way to start our day. I have been "told" to look for Sleep Inns in the future because our experience was everything we like in a hotel; its affordable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and comfortable.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable, but it’s the outstanding customer service that keeps me coming back week after week. Everyone on the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and really goes out of their way to make me feel at home.

Great staff great value great place close to six flags.

I had my rental van broken into, and I was parked in front of the entrance of the hotel. My vehicle was not the only one that was broken into, there was 6 other vehicles broken into also. They did not even notify us about the broken windows in our vehicle, we found out at 6 am when we were checking out and saw that the vehicle had two broken windows. And they have video cameras, and the monitors are next to the front desk and nothing was done to stop the criminals. I would not recommend staying there and if you do, don’t leave anything at all in your vehicles.

Great location to Fiesta TX! Parking was well lit! There is a fire station almost next door. Safe area!

I liked the location of the property! Only about 17 minute drive from the river walk and there’s an indie pop bar about 9 minutes away. The pool was open and clean. Rooms were clean for the most part! Only complaint was that the microwave seemed like it had a short in it but would work when it wanted too. We requested housekeeping clean our room and bring fresh towels while we were out but they didn’t end up coming. Jackie at the front desk was friendly, professional, and informative! We had a late check-in the first night and she was so polite and made it quick and easy to get to our room and unwind. Overall I would book again. Very reasonable bang for our buck especially during Fiesta weekend.

My go to hotel when in San Antonio. Great price and great location.

traveling as a mom with 3 kids I felt safe thats really all that matters, parking was easy, a little older but totally fine for us. close to everything.

The pricing was great, we planned our trip on going to six flags, and the drive was less than 5 minutes! Hotel was in a convenient location to all.

Not the best Sleep Inn we’ve stayed at. Fridge was barely cold but freezer was full of frost, couldn’t use it. Heating/cooling unit was loud with no temp control. Floors not very clean. Breakfast not well done We’ve stayed in others in WVA and NM that were top notch.

Enjoy our stay. The staff was nice the room was clean. If I had only one critique it would be about the breakfast. There was not that much variety but for it be free it was satisfactory and what they did offer tasted good

Easy and efficient check in with friendly professional staff. Room was clean and in good repair. The complimentary breakfast was good, scrambled eggs with sausage links, waffle, yogurt, breads and fruits. The area is safe and convenient, and they have plenty of onsite parking. Not a luxury place but for the price an excellent value.

Had a decent stay. Fairly clean room, Safe parking, close to highway but very weak breakfast. Not to Sleep Inn standards, in my opinion.

The hotel main lobby and hallways were clean gowever the rooms were a bit not. Mirrors had water spots floors need carpets cleaned. AC unit the filters were so dirty you could smell tge dusty mold in y he air. Was told the hotel was fully booked so coulnt get moved to another room. The light bulbs were all differnt shades of light. The free breakfast did not offer a variety otger than a lot of sugar and carbs. No cereal for children just not a good expierence I have stayed here before and the conditions were fantastic it has really gone down hill in the lat few years.
