No so good my kids were exited about the pool and couldn’t stay for long it was really dirty and to mask they just poured chlorine We got a headache from the smmell

Expedia... Do you know this property charges a $15 per day parking fee to park in their parking lot? This was A lovely hotel with the most amazing free breakfast , some rooms are under renovation but our "old" room was great. But the parking fee seems really petty.

I love the indoor pool.

We had to park in the back of the hotel but the door didn’t work so we had to walk all the way back to the front just to get back inside the hotel

Everything was great just didn't like that the elevator wasn't working at all. I had to carry my luggage from and to the room plus I didn't get a discount or anything for the inconvenience.

Under renovation. Had to pay for parking. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

What we did NOT like is the strange $15.00 daily parking fee!! that is ridiculous for Lancaster, CA.

Due to construction elevators were not working but they only told me after I registered. Breakfast was scheduled for 6:00am. Was told that morning they were serving at 7:00am and I had a meeting then So was not able to eat.

Stains on couch and hall floor. Hall floor visibly dirty. Cracks in bathroom tile floor. Bathroom door dirty. Sink near bathroom high and awkward and difficult to reach while brushing teeth.

Rooms were very clean, the beds were comfy, friendly staff, and breakfast was good.

$15 parking really in place with roaches.

Room wasn't clean correctly under the bed and wheni move the chair found an under wrar . My wife wasn't very happy and wanted tontale it to front desk. But I stopped her. Pleae check your room .

When I went to get ice, there were two people sleeping by the ice machine. Ever heard of surveillance cameras? It was startling to go around the corner and see that. July 5, there was a car parked on your property that was partying and loud. Ever heard of security? Very poorly run property. There was hair in the shower which means it wasn't cleaned. Mold on the shower doors. This site should be embarrassed. I've never seen a Hampton Inn look this run down and bad.

The bathroom was not very well sanitized. There were pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor and shower floor…

The staff at this location are awesome! Karine who hosts the breakfast in the morning was so happy and cheerful. She made our mornings positive and fun! Housekeeping was responsive to a clogged drain and quickly resolved the issue. My only issue is our room was incredibly dusty and dated 😢. The location is being renovated (unknown at booking) and it is noisy as we heard a lot of banging in the rooms surrounding ours. It was in daytime hours so not a dealbreaker. If you have allergies to dust/asthma you may want to request an updated room or check elsewhere for something newer. The AC/heater unit smelled and was very dusty/dirty.

For the most part the stay was okay. The hotel was undergoing some renovations, so areas of the Hotel was being active worked on. While the accommodations were acceptable, there were some issues with the work being done. Work crews worked throughout the night and were not shy about making noise. I was somewhat challenging to say the least to get meaningful rest. While the staff were polite and very respectful, this was overshadowed by the noise and equipment left out by the work crews easily creating a tripping hazard. Not my best experience for this chain of hotels.

We had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They made our check-in fast and we really appreciated the welcome water and snacks after a very long drive. The room was incredibly spacious, clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and warm with ample pillows. The included Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of options.

The employees were extremely helpful. Rooms are a bit outdated but spacious.

Did seem as nice as I thought. The bedroom had a tv but no remote to be found. Pillow ms and blankets weren’t that comfortable. Couch sank in so not as comfortable either.

The A.C.was very noisy but everything else was great

The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was much better than most Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The room had the smallest TV I have seen in any hotel in many years. Not much of a channel selection either. Hotels are about the only place I have time to watch TV. Why scrimp and save on the TV and the cable system?

Overall a good stay. The only dislike was the beds. Mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep in very hard. Friendly staff, quiet around the property. Will possibly maybe consider a future stay with you guys..

Room was clean although shower water backed up in the bathtub. Sheets we’re a little rough. Wall unit AC didn’t allow for air circulation so it felt stuffy.

The check-in was very slow... granted, there was a person before us, but still, it took an inordinate amount of time, and the restrooms close to the lobby were locked. The breakfast did not seem to be up to the standards of other Hampton Inns where I have stayed; the shade in the room was broken and did not move; the TV in the room was ridiculously small too.

This stay started off beautifully. I'm so disappointed that the bigotry of one individual can affect not only an otherwise good experience into a lessoto discuss racism and discrimination to a 17 yr old black child. To have someone tell blatant lies on a child while also violating his right to privacy as well as his right to exist without consequences for merely doing that. This review would go on but because I will be taking some legal actions, I will caution anyone who stays here with Briana as a manger to record every correspondence and/or interaction with her. She is the epitome of what one would consider a pathological liar. Fortunately I had the wherewithal to record her belligerent interaction with me and was able to also record her saying that she would create fraudulent charges on my card because she seemingly lost control of her own behavior when she realized she could not intimidate me with threats of security and police. My husband and I are both combat veterans and unfortunately outside of uniform, our family still has endure the bigotry that people like Breana perpetuate in a climate already so delicate when it comes to race relations. I would also like to give all my appreciation to Brandi (front desk) and Sherry (housekeeping manager) for treating myself and family in a way that was so patient and kind during a very difficult situation. It's strange what people become managers when their subordinates are clearly more qualified. Hospitality isn't for all!

Hotel staff was very professional and helpful

The customer service was outstanding. I was stay in hotel because it was the closest to the hospital where my daughter had loss my first grandchild in childbirth. And was also fighting for her own life. Peter, Brittany and Veronica were very supportive getting us a room. We had accidentally made a reservation at comfort inn, who was absolutely horrible. When we realized that we made a reservation with them we asked for a refund and they absolutely refuse. We then said OK will stay for one night and go over to the Hampton Inn tomorrow we ended up leaving that same night because they had roaches in the bed. We left middle of the night and got to your hotel around midnight. Peter was very helpful making sure we were comfortable and that we got a room. In the morning when we got up to go to the hospital to see my daughter, we didn’t know that the breakfast closed at nine but Brittany, made sure we got some breakfast so that we can go on with our day. Which turned out to be one the worst days of my life. So please give the praise they deserve.

Brandi and Veronica at the front desk were so awesome they have the best customer service. It was a pleasure to deal with them and they make the hotel very hospitable

Safe and set back from the main roads.

I was in town for a family member's surgery, and at first entry, I was concerned about staying here because it was so empty, and I know crime in the AV is high. The general condition of the hotel is run down and not clean like you would expect from the Hilton brand. The shower floor was stained and dirty looking, like it isn't regularly cleaned or sanitized. The elevator floor was very dirty and the hotel brand advertisements/decals were peeling from the walls. The front desk staff was nice, though also not projecting the level of professionalism I expect from a Hilton brand hotel. The room was freezing when I got in because the window was open a bit and the cold November wind was blowing in, which makes me wonder if there was smoking/odor in my room prior to my stay. Thankfully, the bed was clean, and the evening was quiet... but I won't be staying here again.

Everything was great! Check in was fast and the hotel was very well maintained! The only problem we had was I. Our room the bathroom door would not lock and sometimes pop open. Also the beds were so uncomfortable! When you would move the bed was squeaky and make a loud noise both beds! It also felt like the springs were going breaking! I’m not sure I’ll stay here again! Plus it’s too far out!

Stayed one night and it was a nice stay. There doesn't appear to be much food near by, but breakfast was included with the room.

Being alongside a highway was a little noisy but not too bad. Food choices in the area were not great. Room and bed were very clean and well appointed. Didn’t know they didn’t change out the towels daily or that it was $15/night to park until they charged my card. Breakfast was good.
