Overall, the hotel was acceptable. The room itself was clean with the exception of spots on the carpeting. Also, carpets in the hallways and stairwells were dirty. The place seems like it was charming at one time, but needs a lot of TLC and upgrades to bring it back up the that charm.

The location is excellent! Right off the beach and easy to walk to restaurants. Unfortunately our room was not clean. The floor was very sandy and the bed was broken. I went to open the window and it fell out. The roof top deck needs major repairs. Boards curled, easy to trip on. Trash was overflowing all week and very smelly. The view from the deck was spectacular too bad it wasn’t safe if dark as you would not see the broken flooring since there is no lights. We did not use the pool but we were told by friends it was green and slimy. We will never return!

It’s a bed. The bed is comfortable enough. The shower rod was loose. Some of the outlets didn’t work. And the room was pretty musty smelling. It basically felt like a pretty basic house flip.

Immediate reaction upon opening the door to the room was to the strong smell of disinfectant. And the carpet was damp. Eeeww. More than one hook in the bathroom isn't asking for too much. And coffee and Styrofoam cups replenished the next morning wudda been nice

Arrived on a Friday. Lobby was decent, apeared like it was recently refreshed. Up the elevator, it was gross with liquid drips down the walls. Up to the room. The smell of fabuloso permiating the air. The walls are all marked up from people hitting the wall. Into the room and the rug was dated, stained and a few burn marks next to the slider door. Bed made perfectly and clean. A better start. Can't close the bathroom door at alll. Like it won't fit. Door frames gross and could use pain or even a wipe. The towel rack falling off the wall. The bathroom was adequate and maybe had a refresh 5 years ago. Tv small but adequate too. Never got room service and had to go to lobby desk to ask for more towels. Was told to put the sign in the door for service. There were no signs on any doors. Rusty old a/c that was loud and cycling constant. Great location but spent more on the sign and not in rooms.

It’s a beautiful location great views on beach . Our room was never clean or vacuumed bathroom door coming off hinge screws missing dirt in tub some lights not working sheets were a bit smelly like dirty . I am truly sorry to say this about your hotel but I expected better but we managed to have a good time.

The location is great, but our room wasn't. There was visible mold all over our ceiling and the shower was mostly cold. Carpet and bedding was damp. Definitely needed a dehumidifier.

The hotel has gone down hill over the past few years. The carpeting is stained and smells terrible. The cleaning staff uses a lot of pine-sol type products to cover the smell of the carpeting. The smell is thru-out the facility. Our first room smelled of smoke and damp carpet. 2nd room was just the smell of the carpet and pinesol lingering. The front fesk staff was very helpful with the room switch. The room is dark and other than a table with 2 stained chairs there was not a sitting area. We rented the Surf room which shows an accent chair in the room. Both rooms did not have that.. Thankfully we did make the best of it. I would not recommend or rent here anytime soon. This has been our go to for years past hopefully it can turn around.
