Vi har haft et helt fantastisk ophold på Port Blue! Hotellet levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger – og mere til. Maden var virkelig lækker, med masser af variation og noget for enhver smag. Vi nød især all inclusive-konceptet, som gjorde det nemt og afslappende at holde ferie – der var altid rigeligt med både mad og drikke. Værelserne var flotte, nyrenoverede og meget rene, og det var tydeligt, at hotellet bliver passet godt på. Servicen fra personalet var i top fra start til slut – alle var smilende, imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. Omgivelserne var utroligt smukke, med masser af grønne områder, blomster og små springvand, som gav en dejlig rolig stemning. Poolområdet var stort og indbydende, og spa-afdelingen var virkelig lækker – perfekt til lidt ekstra forkælelse. Alt i alt en super oplevelse, og vi vil helt klart anbefale Port Blue til andre – og vi kommer meget gerne tilbage selv!

Sehr schönes großes u gepflegtes Ressort. Viele Sportmöglichkeiten wie beispielsweise Tennis, Fußball, Kiten, Rennrad/ Rad fahren. 25m beheiztes Sportbecken sowie ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnesstudio. Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit den Spa Bereich zu nutzen (15 Euro pro Tag) oder Wellness Behandlungen zu buchen. Tagesausflüge können ebenfalls bei Interesse gegen Aufpreis gebucht werden. Früh- u Abendbrot erfolgt in Buffetform und die Auswahl sehr reichhaltig.

The layout of the property did not feel hotel like which we loved, we stayed in the village room which was loverly with a balcony and loungers. The adults only area was perfect for us and quiet which included the breakfast room and pool area with a bar. To the other side of the hotel was the main pool and pool restaurant which was also great with a shop for essentials. We visited the buffet once which offered an abundance of everything for all ages. The water sports to the front of the hotel was also good to have. Alcudia and port pollensa were also close to travel with a taxi for around €10 in both directions. We would definitely go again.

Gem of a resort! We stayed for a week with family (teenaged children) for a mix of tennis, cycling, and exploring the island. Depending on what you are looking for, this is a great spot. Rent a car and you are minutes to Port de Pollenca or Alcudia - both fabulous for a bit of local shopping and dining. Palma is less than an hour away, and Soller is about 45 minutes. Rooms were large enough, with tons of storage for gear & clothes. Do NOT eat at the resort for anything other than the included breakfast - dinner is over-priced and awful. If you rent a car there is parking, but the spots are super super tight, which was the norm anywhere we went. We were not on the resort much, but the adults only area was nice, and the kids pool looked equally nice (and much bigger). Staff was great, and if you book tennis lessons definitely ask for Simon - fabulous instructor and had great insights on where to eat a visit. And if you cycle, I rented a bike via the hotel website which was fabulous. Cap de Formentor is 15 minutes away, Coll de Sa Batalla was great, and if you have the legs keep going to Sa Calobra. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms comfortable. Food was tasty and lots of choice. Enjoyed access to tennis courts and table tennis and gym. Adult only pool and restaurant was nice. Close to both porta pollensa and Alcudia towns on the local bus. Beach is very close and nice to swim in but have to cross a busy road to get to it No sun loungers around the pool - they get booked up early in the morning. Extra charges for many food and drinks even though all inclusive. Robes and slippers in the room would have been lovely. No Conditioner

Sorry Zimmer war recht Muffig und der Kühlschrank war ausgelaufen . Es waren auch sehr viele Fliegen und Mücken im Zimmer wie hatten die Tür nicht offen. Der Servic in den Essbereichen war sehr schlecht sorry. das wir als gast noch im Ocktober da waren auch wenn im November geschlossen wurde . Da auch zu der Zeit noch Voller Preis bezahlt wurde ist das nicht Kunden steigernd.

Wunderschön angelegte Hotelanlage, aber unser Aufenthalt war eine einzige Katastrophe. Dreckiges Zimmer, teilweise desolat (zb die Fliegengittertüre oder der kaputte Duschhahn). Wir waren im Februar hier, die Heizung funktionierte nicht und im Zimmer hatte es nicht mehr als 13-14 Grad. Wir froren die ganze Nacht. WLAN funktionierte auch nicht. Nach einer Beschwerde wechselten wir das Zimmer, welches noch schmutziger war. Beim Frühstücksbuffet musste man in einer Schlange von ca 30 Personen anstehen, um einen Platz zu erhalten. Auf unsere Beschwerden reagierte man völlig desinteressiert. Ebenfalls eine Frechheit: Das Hotel bewirbt sich als Spa-Hotel. Für den Spa-Bereich muss man allerdings 15 Euro p.P. und je 90 Minuten zahlen. Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert!

Eine super Lage und wunderschöner Ausblick! Man ist schnell in den umliegenden Städten egal ob mit dem Fahrrad oder Taxi. Fahrradverleih, wassersportverleih und Einkaifsmarkt sind auch direkt auf dem Gelände. Es gibt „Adults only“ Bereiche, diese werden aber oft nicht so ernst genommen. Die Rezeption ist sehr weit von den Zimmern weg da das hotelgebiet auch sehr riesig ist, aber man kann jederzeit anrufen. Das einzige Manko ist die Sauberkeit und die Betten, hier müsste definitiv nachgelegt werden! Wir hatten in der Woche in der wir da waren fast nur dreckige Handtücher (mit Flecken) oder fleckige Bettwäsche. Als die Seife in der Dusche leer war wurde diese auch nicht gewechselt, so dass wir die letzten zwei Tage mit der Handseife duschen mussten. Das „Doppelbett“ war einfach zwei Einzelbetten die zusammengeschoben wurden. Wenn man sich zu sehr in die Mitte gelegt hat haben sich die Betten auseinander gegangen. Sehr schade!

Wir waren in der Vergangenheit immer sehr zufieden mit dem Hotel. Aber leider hat sich etwas verändert. Ausdrücklich möchten wir hier lediglich eine konstruktive Kritik abgeben. Das Zimmer Personal war immer sehr freundlich.Im Zimmer ist an der Decke der Absatz war voller Spinnweben. Ansonsten wurde das Zimmer täglich gereinigt und war sauber. Leider roch jeden Tag und Nacht extrem nach Gulli . Wir haben das Problem täglich angepsorchen. Die Mitarbeiter haben versucht den Geruch weg zu bekommen ohne Ergebnis. Wir haben dann Nachts ein Handtuch auf den Abfluss in der Dusche gelegt, damit war es dann auszuhalten. Ein Angebot das Zimmer wechseln zu können wäre eine Alternative gewesen. Wir haben dann auch nichts mehr gesagt, da wir es selbst in den Griff bekommen haben.In den Restaurant waren Praktikantinnen deren Kleidung stark verschmutzt waren und uns den appetit genommen hat. Wäre es einmalig gewesen wäre es erklärbar aber es kam täglich vor. Am Frühstückstisch konnten Hotelgäste trotz nicht All Incluciv an essen einpacken was das zeug hält. Wir wurden sogar verbal angegriffen, nur weil wir es beobachteten und das Personal zeigte keine Reaktion. Da empfanden wir sogar schlimmer.Wir empfanden es sehr schade das man trotz All Inclusiv jetzt für den SPA Bereich pro P. 18 € zahlen muss. Früher war es mit in All Inclusive dabei. Der SPA ist frei wenn man direkt über das Hotel bucht.

4th time I’ve been there and generally would highly recommend. Although worth noting, buying through a third party, the Spa isn’t included. Unfortunate the air con wasn’t working very well and they had to break into my room due to the electronic lock system not working. Spa is excellent. 👍

We stayed one night before getting ferry from Alcúdia and they gave us a very small room in H block at the furthest point away from main areas. Restaurant in adults only area was good for dinner and breakfast. Have stayed before a few years ago for two nights and experience was completely different room much better.

Chambre très éloignée du restaurant et de la piscine et en étage donc pas pratique avec un bébé. Douchette des toilettes qui fuit. Lumière des placard et du mini bar défaillante et qui s’allume en continu la nuit même lorsque tous les placards sont fermés. Lunettes de soleil volées au restaurant alors qu’elles étaient posées sur notre table très probablement par l’un des serveurs qui agissait de manière suspecte. Queue interminable au restaurant pour se servir même avec un bébé….

Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos.

We stayed at this hotel with our two children (5 and 4) in April and enjoyed an excellent holiday. The hotel is located on the main road between Pollenca and Alcudia and although it is not possible to walk to either there is a frequent bus in both directions from the front of the hotel and the taxis are easily found and inexpensive. We didnt regret the location. The hotel itself is well equiped with several pools and good dining and drinking options. We found the food options very good and there was lots of choice for all the family. We stayed all inclusive and enjoyed some drinks in the evening; the all inclusive drinks are main brands, if that is your wish, or there are local options which were also very good. We were very happy with what was on offer. There is a large pool in the centre of the hotel, albeit it is not heated which was an issue in April! There is also a smaller heated pool where our kids spent most of their time. Our room was well equipped and maintained, albeit it was only just big enough for the four of us. All rooms seemed to have a terrace (as we had) or a balcony - very welcome. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were especially impressed by the animation team who were friendly and enthusiastic. The evening entertainment was fairly limited in April but we certainly enjoyed it as did our kids. Our children went into the kids club and they really enjoyed it. Serena in particular was ace. We will be returning!

The receptionists are not acting professional, claiming a guest wants to have a better room for paying a cheaper room is not what I am expecting. Especially, if later the hotel managers recognise that what Expedia offers is not what the hotel has provided to the guest. The breakfast is very standard, three out of four coffee machines are not working with long waiting times to get a coffee.

Me and my family recently stayed here and while the overall experience was pleasant, there was a significant issue that left me somewhat disappointed. Due to a global Windows outage issue, my flight was cancelled, causing me to arrive at the hotel a night later than planned. Despite my hotel booking agency requesting a one-night refund on my behalf, the hotel was very strict about their policy and did not accommodate the request. This was a fantastic hotel in a great location. If you want to see around the area it's best to hire a car or take organised transport as it's a few kms to the nearest beautiful ports of Pollentia and Alcudia. The pools are great and it's right on the sea front too. Clean resort, very helpful, polite, friendly staff.

some very rude staff, some ignored us some just indifferent, treated as children not guests - being all inclusive no incentive for staff to be nice -ie no tipping mechanism so service reflects that they -it was busy and they were working ...but the vibe was they were annoyed to see you not happy to see you. would not revisit - better options for the money. lights out at 11pm when bars closed at midnight ... really did not want you to be there a second longer than they had to be...

Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it. Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

Das Hotel gefiel uns (Eltern und eineinhalbjähriger Junge) sehr. Es hat tolle Pools, ausreichend Spielplätze für Kinder und das Restaurant ist super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt lediglich zwei Wermutstropfen: - Der Strand war bei unserem Aufenthalt mit einer dicken Schlammschicht von Meer getrennt. Man musste sich überwinden, um ins Meer zu kommen. Es wäre schön, wenn das gereinigt würde. - Der Kleinkinderpool ist ziemlich weit weg vom grossem Pool. Für uns war das nicht ideal.

This was a fantastic hotel in a great location. If you want to see around the area it's best to hire a car or take organised transport as it's a few kms to the nearest beautiful ports of Pollentia and Alcudia. Gem of a resort! We stayed for a week with family (teenaged children) for a mix of tennis, cycling, and exploring the island. Depending on what you are looking for, this is a great spot. Rent a car and you are minutes to Port de Pollenca or Alcudia - both fabulous for a bit of local shopping and dining. Palma is less than an hour away, and Soller is about 45 minutes. Rooms were large enough, with tons of storage for gear & clothes. Do NOT eat at the resort for anything other than the included breakfast - dinner is over-priced and awful. If you rent a car there is parking, but the spots are super super tight, which was the norm anywhere we went. We were not on the resort much, but the adults only area was nice, and the kids pool looked equally nice (and much bigger). Staff was great, and if you book tennis lessons definitely ask for Simon - fabulous instructor and had great insights on where to eat a visit. And if you cycle, I rented a bike via the hotel website which was fabulous. Cap de Formentor is 15 minutes away, Coll de Sa Batalla was great, and if you have the legs keep going to Sa Calobra. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely stay, good location for accessing what the island has to offer, be that beach or mountain, descent buffet offering and we loved the hide on the nature reserve out the back of the hotel, each morning we watched kingfishers, marsh harrier and many warblers across the marshland, very beautiful!

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms comfortable. Food was tasty and lots of choice. Enjoyed access to tennis courts and table tennis and gym. Adult only pool and restaurant was nice. Close to both porta pollensa and Alcudia towns on the local bus. Beach is very close and nice to swim in but have to cross a busy road to get to it No sun loungers around the pool - they get booked up early in the morning. Extra charges for many food and drinks even though all inclusive. Robes and slippers in the room would have been lovely. No Conditioner

Vi har haft et helt fantastisk ophold på Port Blue! Hotellet levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger – og mere til. Maden var virkelig lækker, med masser af variation og noget for enhver smag. Vi nød især all inclusive-konceptet, som gjorde det nemt og afslappende at holde ferie – der var altid rigeligt med både mad og drikke. Værelserne var flotte, nyrenoverede og meget rene, og det var tydeligt, at hotellet bliver passet godt på. Servicen fra personalet var i top fra start til slut – alle var smilende, imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. Omgivelserne var utroligt smukke, med masser af grønne områder, blomster og små springvand, som gav en dejlig rolig stemning. Poolområdet var stort og indbydende, og spa-afdelingen var virkelig lækker – perfekt til lidt ekstra forkælelse. Alt i alt en super oplevelse, og vi vil helt klart anbefale Port Blue til andre – og vi kommer meget gerne tilbage selv!

The hotel was very large with lots of activities for families. Small, but nice rooms. The sofa in the room was quite hard. Beds were very good. Good bathroom. Nice pool and jacuzzi area. Breakfast was delicious

The receptionists are not acting professional, claiming a guest wants to have a better room for paying a cheaper room is not what I am expecting. Especially, if later the hotel managers recognise that what Expedia offers is not what the hotel has provided to the guest. The breakfast is very standard, three out of four coffee machines are not working with long waiting times to get a coffee.

All excellent. The property, the food, the staff, cleanliness. All amazing. Overall rating is not 5 stars just because a proper beach with umbrellas and sun beds is reachable by bus to Pollença or Alcudia.

Me ha encantado sus instalaciones, el personal muy amable y encantador, ideal para los peques y los padres. Un punto negativo, el buffet de la cena, poca variedad/ cantidad. Llegamos a las 21 h un día a cenar y no quedaba de nada. Hemos tenido que ir a cenar las 20 h.

This was my second trip here with my kids. The accommodation, grounds and staff were excellent but there were two notable changes l didn't like. First, they recontoured the pool making it much shallower which was a shame as both myself and my kids much preferred the pool before. Second, when we last came l would say the food was a real highlight for us but this time the standard has really dropped. There was a lot of very average and cheap food to fill out the buffet and some of the food was poorly cooked. When you pay a lot of money for your holiday l expect a certain level of service but this time the food really let the holiday down and it wasn’t just my opinion. There were also huge queues for the food so we ended up waiting in line for up to 15-20 minutes. I won’t be returning but that’s more to do with the fact l enjoy new experiences. If the hotel address the points noted above l’d recommend the hotel.

This is a family resort, and it has pros and cons. The best parts are the amazing spa overlooking the bay, and the proximity to water sports on that same bay. The pools are also nice. The cons are the crazy loud dish banging that accompanies every meal, destroying all ambiance, and the environment - mosquitos, stagnant water, pervasive duck aroma. The food variety is good, but the food itself is not up to par. Service is good, staff is helpful. It’s a lovely place in many ways!

The perfect place we could have stayed in with our two kids aged 5&8 to make our first family holiday memories. All of the staff were friendly and helpful; absolutely no complaints there. The main pool was beautiful and the spa pool beside it was so lovely and warm. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the themed evening dinner buffets were great too. Only minor downsides were the queuing system for popular things to eat - perhaps the buffet could be reconfigured a little bit. Also, probably with all destinations, you have to wake up early to reserve a sun bed by placing a towel on the spots you want; they are all gone by 9am but they start becoming free again at around 5pm when it is still hot and sunny. It’s a short drive to Pollentia or Alcudia - we hired a car but noticed there were frequent buses from the front of the hotel so a car isn’t a necessity. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
