The hotel was perfect for short break. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and comfortable and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast sat by the pool. The location was great, a short walk from the beach and a 20-30 min stroll to the restaurants in town. Only downside for us travelling as a couple was that the pool was always incredibly busy with young children (we did visit during school holidays) which didn’t lead to a relaxing atmosphere. But as the beach was so close this wasn’t a major issue.

We had a lovely stay. Very clean, great food & friendly staff. We also had a nice surprise of a room upgrade so had a private pool that was shared by 8 apartments which was lovely. Would definitely return for another stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was a walk away from the marina so it was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was good and we had access to the adults only pool which was lovely and quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Great position in the less frantic area of PP. Close to fabulous beach. Fabulous staff, clean. Not enough sun beds for number of guests & a new fridge was needed in our accommodation. Other than that a great place to stay!

Place was ok, a bit of a walk from town but close to beach. Breakfast was good, but the pool was full by 10am (when it opens) for sunbeds, with no access to adult pool unless you have a specific adult room. Ended up going elsewhere every day. But the room was nice, not very generously equipped but functioned.

The entire hotel is clean and fresh, with a simple, modern, elegant design. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff with whom we interacted were helpful and friendly. Because the hotel isn’t directly on the beachfront, it costs less than some others. But it’s a short 2 block walk to the beach. And there is a lovely pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto Pollenca.

Un hôtel très familial....donc très bruyant. Beaucoup de bruits le soir tard dans les couloirs. Heureusement on avait un appartement vue sur jardin donc je pense un peu moins bruyant que vue sur le jardin. La propreté des lieux est très moyenne. Par contre les points positifs : les repas, le parking, la mer à 5 minutes à pieds et le personnel très gentil. Mais je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel. Ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles.

Clean and quiet hotel. Little bit of a walk to the main restaurants and shops. But that might’ve helped to make it a bit more peaceful. Pool was good!. Breakfast could be better with more fresh local products. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. The toilet door isn’t very soundproof sue to it being a sliding door, so you may want to run the tap! The staff were helpful and pleasant but usually only one member and could be queues at times. Overall I’d stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean, spacious and comfortable with superb staff and in a great position close to amenities, We did not have food included with our booking but did have breakfast in the hotel on our last morning which was good with plenty of variety. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that even though there is a fridge and microwave in the accommodation, no crockery or cutlery were provided. The Aparthotel is just a few minutes walk to a beautiful, clean sandy beach, some wonderful restaurants and the old town and marina just a short walk further, absolutely perfect!

En modern lägenhet med mycket bra läge både till stranden och till restauranger. Mer förvaringsutrymmen hade behövts i vardagsrum - En längre byrå hade fått plats vid TV-väggen. Handdukarna borde ses över. Ibland kunde man få några med fläckar och som var trasiga. Hade även varit bra om man kunde gömma sophanteringen. Vi blev mycket positivt överraskade av att den fina stranden låg så nära. Det fanns även mycket bra parkeringsmöjligheter precis vid hotellet.

Größter Painpoint für mich war die Sauberkeit. Schaut man genauer hin, waren Hotelzimmer und die öffentliche Bereiche nicht gründlich gereinigt. Das gleiche gilt fürs Gym, hier fand in den Tagen wo ich da war, überhaupt keine Reinigung statt Des Weiteren war die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer laut wie ein Kühlschrank. Das Frühstücksangebot war zwar vielfältig, aber qualitativ (inkl Heißgetränke) eher mau. Positiv: Sehr viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Mitarbeitende sehr hilfreich, freundlich. Der Strand ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Internet stark (inkl. Netflix TV) sowie gutes Gym. Preisleistung: In Ordnung. War von der Bewertung und Lage, dass beste Hotel in der Gegend was man bekommen konnte.

We had a great stay at Hotel Bahia Pollensa. There are dining options along the foreshore and also convenience stores to buy supplies if needed. Breakfast was plentiful and attendant’s quick to clear (even if a little quick at times when you get up to get some more food and find they have cleared your freshly made cups of tea!). A special mention goes to Joan doing his best job to accommodate our needs, from offering a (paid) upgrade to their best room so we could have some peace and quiet after our initial room was very noisy due to being above the bar and the hotel staff moving heavy furniture around the floor above our room while we were trying to nap caused an unacceptable level of noise in our room. Joan then further assisted to locate two pillow toppers due to the bed being very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on (especially after the bed in the first room was super luxurious and soft with memory foam!), but the bed in the new room became manageable to sleep on with the second bed topper. Joan is definitely an asset to the hotel! Overall, we had a wonderful and pleasant stay.

Geen 4 ster hotel wat Expedia beweerd. Vrij duur voor 3 ster. Netjes en schoon gerenoveerd gedateerd hotel. Airconditioning werkt goed. Kamers niet geluidsdicht. Bed vrij stevig en wat kapotte handgrepen in kasten. Kookplaat werkte ook niet. Housekeeping aardig en behulpzaam. Lopen naar boulevard is 30 min. Overall niet goed of slecht.

Staff members are lovely, pool/bar area and lobby are nice and clean but rooms are very dated. Location is good too, 10-15 min walk to the port, 5 min walk to the beach and a lovely promenade, bust stop to Alcúdia, Pollença or Palma round the corner. I’d say perfect for 55 and families with children

Staff could not have been more helpful, they were awesome. Breakfast was great to look forward to every morning. The hotel is close enough to walk into town in 10 min and far enough away that it was quiet in the evening, also just 5 min from the beach.

Vi är super nöjda ! tredje året i rad vi bor här OCH vi blir ett större gäng för varje år. Närheten till havet och strandpromenaden,bergen,affärer och restauranger är perfekt. Jättebra frukost och middag - vi äter även lunch här ibland. Poolen är ren och fräsch, går även att simma i. All personal är trevlig,effektiv och personlig.

The acoustic in the dining room means that it can be incredibly noisy even when it is not full. That is something quite noticeable even from the minute we walked through the main door at reception and also coming down the corridor from room 15. Other observation is that the cleaning staff do not appear to wash up the few cups in the room. The shower do not appear to drain well. I think it has not been declogged for a while. We asked for blankets at reception as it was quite cold on some evenings but none arrived. It would also be good to provide complimentary disposable slippers as the tiled floor can be uncomfortably cold to walk on.

Smart, modern hotel which was clean and had the most wonderful staff throughout. Reception, cleaning, kitchen personnel were all cheerful, friendly and very helpful. The only fault was the uncomfortable twin beds with no double available. The bedding was inadequate to cope with the chill factor from the effective air con in the room. Plenty of parking in the vicinity of the hotel and an easy walk to the sandy Pollensa beach.

This a quiet clean hotel with very helpful staff. The location is quiet and just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants etc. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would stay again.

Bed very uncomfortable but when asked they provided us with mattress topper. Drinks of choice running out in bar as close to end of season did not restock. Staff helpful trying to organise taxis etc

This is my 3rd time staying here and we’ll definitely be back. Lovely well kept quiet hotel with the best staff. But of a walk to main pine walk but worth it. Food is always exceptional.

This was our second stay at the Bahia and we absolutely love it here! Our room overlooked the pool and even though it was also above the restaurant there was no noise at all. The staff go above and beyond to help with special mention to Damian, Awa and Joan who were just SO helpful. Breakfast was fab, pool beautifully clean, always lots of sun beds available. We will definitely be back again!

Great checkin service to allow early access. I would recommend including the breakfast as it has good opening hours and a varied selection. Pool opens from 10am but ample time to get a towel on a sunbed. Popular with people with young children so there’s a good turnover of sunbeds if you need to go poolside later in the day.

Lovely clean hotel with nice pool and good sized room. Short walk to the beach and 15 min walk to restaurants . Would return!
