The property is in need of some maintenance/good housekeeping. The entrance/foyer area was dirty. Mats were not cleaned. Smoking area had trash in it and laying on the ground. Elevator floors were dirty. In our room, the ceiling had water marks where a leak previously happened. Had some issues in our first room so they moved us. The second room was just as bad. Carpets need replaced and/or cleaned. The lobby and breakfast area was well kept but that seemed to be the only part of the property. Disappointing experience.

This hotel needs some maintenance attention. The pool was closed, a treadmill was broken, the pancake machine was broken, side door was missing a handle and didn’t open from the outside. The WiFi was slow.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the children's hospital where my daughter had day knee surgery. It was in a great location and close to many restaurants and shopping centers. We happened to be there when a massive thunderstorm came through and caused our window to leak. The managment quickly moved us to a different room, and floor since my daughter had knee surgery and we were not sure if the power was going to stay on. They even helped us move and I so appreciated it. But the hotel is undergoing renovations and the rooms were not quite finished. Nor did we have internet that was fast enough to stream NETFLIX or to play video games (my daughter had brought her console since we knew were were going to be in the room all day after her surgery) That was very frustrating. The pool wasn't available yet either so if it had been a sunny day we couldn't have gone out to lay out and chill. So thus the mixed feelings. It will be great when the renovations are done, just be aware.

They charged an extra $161 that has still not gone back in my account even though they said it would when we checked out which was yesterday.The hotel was not clean at all. The pool was terrible because it was not clean either.

The property is going through a MUCH neede refurbishment. The parking lot had piles of broken concrete in the main thru-way which weren't marked with any caution ir warning cones, signs or other. At check-in, no one was at the desk. I rang the bell and someone came from the storage room, was on a phone and said he wouf be a moment. It was almost ten minutes. The lobby and halways had an odd, chemical odor. My room was clean. The paint however was sloppy at best. Obviously this room had NOT been refreshed, yet. The carpet was worn. The bath had missing caulk. Everything looked old and worn out. The beds were ok. The complimentary breakfast was ok as well. Nothing to get excited about. I should have paid a little more for a place not undergoing construction.

Room was under construction. The bathroom had construction material in it. Paint splatter everywhere. There was no trash can in the room. The toilet was not set right and wobbled. Fire alarm went off in the morning due to construction. The hotel was dirty and in the middle of renovations.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine at first glance. However, once we entered our room, things quickly went downhill. We were greeted by a large cockroach crawling on the wall, and the bathtub was visibly dirty. The staff did offer to switch our room, but unfortunately, the conditions in the new room were no better. While the staff was friendly and tried to help, the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. We were later informed that the property is undergoing renovations, but this important detail was never disclosed prior to booking. Photos are attached to provide a clearer picture of our experience

The room I was in had bed bugs. I have numerous bites. The door didn’t automatically lock so anyone could have come in while I wasn’t there. Luckily no one did. I was put in a second room for the last part of my stay and some of the furniture was broken causing the drawer to be in the pulled out position. Have not heard from hotel manager yet.

2nd time we stayed here. First time was last March. There’s always been a commotion of some sort. Some guests were noisy during sleeping hours. Our recent 3 night stay, we had some bed bug bites. Upon check out, we told the front desk about it and showed her the rashes. Classic reply was, I’ll let the housekeeper know. Not even sympathetic, no customer service at all. You can’t pay for a place to stay just to be bitten by bedbugs. Will never stay here again. Also during thia stay, some guests were noisy again on the same floor. I guess this hotel is a noise magnet as well.

Room was very dirty. very noisy from inside the room as well, we could hear the tv from the room next to us. The sink in the bathroom would not drain and there was pubic hairs all over the bathroom. The blanket had makeup of blood on it in several places. Being in Frisco and so close to The Star, we expected so much more.

The light above the shower was not working, so somewhat dark in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud when kicking on - enough to wake you up from a sound sleep and didn't cool very well. The walls are paper thin that i felt i was interacting with my neighbors.

The front desk staff were very nice. A woman with long hair was very nice. The room we had didn’t seem to be complete as there were details, from their renovation, that were not done. The shower was not mounted to the wall, tub lining was missing, paint on the carpet and other areas, not the quality I was expecting from them.

The breakfast was very good. The building is in poor condition, though it looked like they were starting some much needed renovations on it. The shower handle could not be turned to hot, so the water was cold. I did tell them at the desk, and maintenance did "fix" it so we were able to get hot water. This was not just our room. Our son's room also had the same issue.

Our room was damp. Walking on the hard floor, you’d literally slip down from the condensation. We tried another room and it was exactly the same. You could see daylight all around the AC unit, I assume letting in 95° air while running 70° AC was the cause of the issue. Bathtub was super stained and didn’t drain well. Beds were clean and comfy and the staff was friendly. Definitely needed some upkeep! The breakfast was good!

Diana, a receptionist at 6.30am on 5/9/25, was disgracefully rude and inappropriate for being a customer service. She left a bad impression about the hotel and our stay. I am not sure how the hotel management allows such employee to work in hospitality business. Thank you to the receptionist gentlemen at 2.30 on 5/7/25, however, for being thoughtful.

The managment quickly moved us to a different room, and floor since my daughter had knee surgery and we were not sure if the power was going to stay on. They even helped us move and I so appreciated it. But the hotel is undergoing renovations and the rooms were not quite finished. Nor did we have internet that was fast enough to stream NETFLIX or to play video games (my daughter had brought her console since we knew were were going to be in the room all day after her surgery) That was very frustrating. The pool wasn't available yet either so if it had been a sunny day we couldn't have gone out to lay out and chill. So thus the mixed feelings. It will be great when the renovations are done, just be aware.

The initial room I was assigned had an extremely dirty tub/shower with some weird substance on the tub floor. After reporting it to the front desk, the person on duty quickly assessed the situation and arranged for me to move to a different room, which was clean. The staffer continued to check on me to make sure everything was good with the second room.

Hotel is under renovations but was not in the best shape but was fine for what we needed. Was not impressed with someone trying to enter our room at 12:15 at night, they stated the front desk assigned them to the room. Thank god we had the latch done so they couldn’t come all the way in. Then at 12:20 the front desk called our room and woke the entire room up.

Front staff was very courteous. The room was outdated, if you have usb cords bring your charging blocks they don’t have usb ports. The bathroom had mold around the sink and above the shower. Our windows leaked during a rain storm. The one thing I can say is, it’s convenient to all the shopping places, safe and in a great neighborhood and the shower was hot! They do have breakfast but get down there early. Staff was very friendly. The place just needs updates or upgrades in spots especially the rooms. Would I stay again, probably so, because of the price and convenience.

This hotel needs some maintenance attention. The pool was closed, a treadmill was broken, the pancake machine was broken, side door was missing a handle and didn’t open from the outside. The WiFi was slow.

When we entered the hotel lobby it had a very musty smell. The clerk at the desk reeked of cigarette smoke because he was out smoking on the walk where the handicap parking spaces are. We got up to the room fine but there were spots on the comforter meaning they eitherndid not get them clean or they had not been changed. When we got in thenrestroom there wasnonly 1/2 a roll of toiletnpaper. The drain on the bathtub was diety lookingnlike it had not been cleaned and I knkw they turn the a/c units off during the day but here in Texas you need to have them setnon something, even 78 or 76 so you can be half way comfortable instead of sweating waiting for thenroom to cool off. The breakfast was bread (to toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, powdered eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurts and juices. The property is going through a MUCH neede refurbishment. The parking lot had piles of broken concrete in the main thru-way which weren't marked with any caution ir warning cones, signs or other. At check-in, no one was at the desk. I rang the bell and someone came from the storage room, was on a phone and said he wouf be a moment. It was almost ten minutes. The lobby and halways had an odd, chemical odor. My room was clean. The paint however was sloppy at best. Obviously this room had NOT been refreshed, yet. The carpet was worn. The bath had missing caulk. Everything looked old and worn out. The beds were ok. The complimentary breakfast was ok as well. Nothing to get excited about. I should have paid a little more for a place not undergoing construction.

Booked this hotel due to the cost, breakfast, and proximity to an event where I was working for the weekend. My hotel room door took some effort to lock and honestly, I should've just asked for a new room because I shouldn't have to struggle to lock my hotel door. That was very unsafe. Also, they ran out of breakfast at 8:30 when breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 AM on Sunday. How do you run out of breakfast?? I would've been okay with at least getting some fruit, juice, and an oatmeal package, but they completely closed the doors to the breakfast area. I had to be at an event for 9:00 AM and there wasn't anything close by that I could get quickly, so I just went in hungry.

Desperately needs updating. Dead/dying bugs on bathroom floor. No hooks or racks to hang up towels in bathroom. They were torn off the wall and back of door. No coffee maker in room. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were very low quality and flat. AC worked well.

Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the lady from the morning breakfast with blonde hair was a little bit rude. We would ask her questions and she kinda was ignoring us. I speak both Spanish and English so I thought she only speak Spanish or only English and she still ignore me when I ask her with the both languages.
