Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Burlington by IHG

Had a little problem checking in, staff was able to correct it immediately! Beds were comfortable, pool/hottub area was great, breakfast was delicious!

Room was ok. Nothing special. A bit dated Check in took a long time (i feel) about 15 mins. Then sent us to a dirty room. After another 15 more mins they found us a clean room.

The room was great, and the staff was incredible!! Laura at the front desk was so nice and kind and helpful! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and she also helped my MIL when she got lost trying to find her room. She baked yummy cookies for all the guests and always had a smile on her face. We only had one complaint. the whirlpool was only lukewarm. We stayed here because of the whirl pool, so that was a big disappointment.

House keeping needs to be more attentive. Our room was not vacuumed well, was half empty bottle in fridge, dirty sock under couch/pull out bed & visible food crumbs on corner chair.

Clean Room, temperature was perfect.
