Hard beds so got neck issues, ac unit was leaking water on wall, no toilet brush, had to pay for lockers to keep luggage safe and not in the open room, only coins accepted. Good location was only positive and good breakfast menu!

I was there for just 1 night. The airport is a 5minute drive away which is why I booked there. Pros: Proximity to the airport and Playa d'en Bossa. Comfy beds and clean room. The pool is nice and big and there is beach access. Cons: The planes are extremely loud so bring ear plugs and the food is very bad. Spars etc a 10 min walk away.

The hotel is not too expensive for the area. If you're looking to stay close to the clubs without breaking the bank, it's a good option. We were able to walk to Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia easily, it took maybe 5 mins, but the hotel itself was quiet at night. The pool is fun and has a dj during the day, and there's easy access to the beach. The room was quite hot and we had a hard time getting it to be cool enough despite having our AC on the highest level.

The short life guard tried to throw my $500 speaker in the pool. Very unprofessional. Never in my 30 years of travel have I been exposed to such pettyness. I hope he is no longer at Fergus when I return.

We had two rooms for our family. We had to move each room over 2 days to get rooms that we could stay in. First we rented superior rooms. The website showed them as top floor rooms with balcony’s and views. We actually got put into dungeon rooms in the back of the building. The first room was invested with bugs. They moved us to a top floor room which was much better. The air conditioner did not work in the second room. I told the front desk in the morning before we left. We were gone all day and nothing was done until we returned 8 hrs later. They moved us to another room where the AC worked. In addition, do not get the All inclusive package. You cannot even get ice or water with it. Plus the all inclusive bars are only open at certain times and the nice bar is a pay bar only. The beach bar is independent and not included. I would not recommend it. I think there is better resorts for the money in Ibiza.

I went to reception and they were quick to change our room and placed us on the top floor with a view of the sea which was lovely. Whilst in the second room, the door handle broke and we were trapped inside our room for almost an hour. I attempted to call the hotel number 26 times with no answer. My friend finally managed to get through after nearly 30 calls and we waited for someone to come and let us out. Overall the hotel has good facilities, the pool area and bar is great but the rooms are a bit tired and need a refresh.

This hotel is a great location close to the airport for a short break and the main clubs which was what we were after. Being August, the sunbed shortage we read about was an issue but we just went to the beach. Staff were friendly and the food was lovely. I would stop here again.

Esperienza nel complesso positiva, anche se abbiamo dovuto farci cambiare la camera che ci era stata assegnata perché: - era al 3° piano e senza ascensore ( guasto ) - troppo vicina alle varie attività e poco spaziosa La seconda che ci è stata assegnata era confortevole. E' da diversi anni che facciamo una vacanza in questo Hotel e possiamo dire che è sempre piacevole trascorrere del tempo qua sia per la sua ubicazione che per quanto offre. Si nota che ci sarebbe necessità di un restyling delle camere.

Pool war spitze, Anlage sehr schön und Lage ausgezeichnet - erstes Hotel nach der Abfahrt, ca 10 Minuten zum Flughafen (sehr praktisch) und nach Eivissa sowie Busstation vor der Tür, viele Lokale und Supermärkte nach norden hin fußläufig schnell erreichbar, selbst über den Strand. Zimmer wurde vom Personal toll betreut, Aussicht top, aber in die Jahre gekommen - Bett hart (für uns aber ok), Türen hörte man auch nachts sehr laut (auch unsere, gingen schwer zu), am Gang auch nachts manchmal Geschrei, ist aber auch eben in der Partygegend und Ushuaia zB nicht weit weg (hat uns nicht arg gestört, für manche sogar super, für manche vielleicht nicht akzeptabel, v.a. in der Hauptsaison). Buffets super und relativ viel Auswahl, Kaffee grottenschlecht (dafür Starbucks an der Poolbar, toll, muss man aber bezahlen, zur Info) und als All Inclusive-Hotel (wir hatten Halbpension btw) muss es natürlich bei der Qualität etwas sparen - warme Speisen werden außerdem schnell kalt. Nachspeisen exzellent. Personal aber von der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis zu Pool und Room-Service spitze, großes Lob (speziell an Mano an der Rezeption)! Alles in allem solide bis gut, aber nicht großartig. Auch top bzgl Strand, Nähe zum Flughafen, Area selber, Nähe zu Eivissa für Sightseeing und Flanieren, Nähe zu Formentera. Haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt, ist aber sicher nicht für jeden zu empfehlen.

Der erste Eindruck wenn man an die Rezeption kommt, ist eigentlich ganz gut. Die Zimmer und Flure sind eine Katastrophe. Alles wirkt veraltet, dreckig und abgerockt - in den Zimmern selbst fehlen die Türen bei den Schränken (zumindest in unserem Zimmer). Schimmelspuren im Badezimmer, kaputte Türen - vom WC möchte ich gar nicht sprechen. Betten sind einfache Betten mit durchgelegenen Matratzen. Für Party-Urlauber mit Sicherheit ok - aber nicht für den Preis. Für 270 € die Nacht absolut nicht akzeptabel. Wenn man die weiteren Rezenzionen liest, dann merkt man schnell, das ich kein Einzelfall bin.

Smelled like mildew and mold. The bed mattress looked like someone pissed on it. Would Not come back.

Cleanliness and condition of rooms are the primary issue in this hotel. There is no way you are a 4 star property not by Expedia or any other form of evaluation. I am a hotelier have worked hotels and studied hotel management. Location is superb. Unfortunately the basics of cleaninliness and condition of facilities no where near met. Blood on bathroom floor, hairs, water stains, clearly rushed cleaning of the rooms. Grout from tiles completely missing, amongst a list of others. The housekeeping and engineering team need to really to a hard inspection of rooms. I imagine the hotel management is not supported by ownership or a combo of both. Staff could be friendlier but this is pretty common for Ibiza. High tourist really desensitizes staff to being friendly as they must deal with thousands of visitors from all over the world. A smile or two goes a long way.

Pour avoir séjourné pour la 3ème fois dans cet hôtel, c’est bien la 1ère fois que j’ai été déçue de la chambre. Elle est vieille, un petit rafraîchissement ne serait pas de refus. De plus, le ménage de notre chambre a été oublié le 1er jour ! Des petites bestioles se baladaient au sol. Bref je ne vous recommande pas la chambre 1016…

Zimmer, insbesondere Bad recht alt. Bett voller Bettwanzen!

Very good for the price but very dirty. I checked in for only a day then went to hard rock due to how nasty it was. Within 12 hours we saw 3 bugs in the room.

I would leave a better review for fergus except I came home with bed bug bite marks…

Das Zimmer war laut, hat übelst nach Keller gerochen. Habe mich dort sehr unwohl gefühlt.

Frühstück und Pool, sowie Strandzugang super. Zimmer waren sehr abgewohnt

Took over an hour to get a room ready, Water didn't get hot, AC didn't work

If you want to be walking distance to the clubs in an affordable party hotel than this is a good option. But room was stuffy and smelled a little. Had to carry our suitcases up flight of stairs. Huge breakfast buffet which was plus and walking distance to clubs and beach.

I recently stayed at this four-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that lacked Wi-Fi, had a broken couch, and appeared to be unclean. The check-in process was also inefficient, with a 45-minute wait in line. Furthermore, I was overcharged compared to the rate I secured through the app. Given the hotel's four-star rating, I had anticipated a higher level of service and amenities. Hopefully, the hotel will address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

The staff are friendly and welcoming the room was clean and quiet the overall time here has been great and I would definitely come back again

Horrible staff. We were trying to check in but they wouldn’t open the gate for our Uber driver to drop off luggage. I called them to explain that we were checking in and they hung up multiple times. I walked to the front desk from the gate to ask why I was being hung up on. The guy at the door was very rude when I was explaining that the Uber has to get closer so we can have our luggage. He said they don’t offer luggage service. When I asked for help he said “you and your friend are responsible.” I asked if we could atleast have a luggage trolley because our room was far and he said they don’t have? The girl at the front desk then brought one out from the back. After we finally got to our room I called front desk to see if they had an iron available. They hung up before I could finish my sentence. I called back and asked again, and the main yelled and said that it’s “20 euros cash only” to use it. Worst hotel experience in my life.

Horrible receptionists, absolutely zero help, attitude, very disappointing, even a smile is a big deal for them. Reception is a face of the hotel, the first and the last thing guests see, and that face wasn’t friendly at all . Location of the hotel is good Regular all inclusive service

We enjoyed our stay here as the hotel was a lot of fun. The pool area was lively with lots of friendly people. The staff was great too. The only complaint is the hotel needs maintenance and a renovation. Paint was falling off the walls in some areas of our room and it didn’t seem super clean. We only stayed 1 night so it didn’t bother me. If the rooms were nicer I’d give it a 5 star. We had a lot of fun at the pool.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron. While you do get the money back upon return, the cash only system is inconvenient and unnecessary.

It was next to the beach and all the clubs

Super close (~10 min walk) to main clubs like Ushuia and Hi Ibiza, restaurants, etc. but the resort itself had families, younger individuals, and older individuals, so for everybody! Literally on the beach. A great stay for anyone, really

Great location if you are intending to visit clubs located at Platja D’Em Bossa

Nice hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet, pool, and right on the beach. Walking distance to lots of night life (Hi'Ibiza) and restaurants. You can ride a bike down to ibiza town and the castle. Very strict on check out times, but reasonably so. Great place to stay!

Siamo tornati al Fergus Style Bahamas dopo gli anni della pandemia, e come sempre abbiamo trovat un ambiente molto curato con ottimo rapporto Qualitò/prezzo. Rispetto all'ultimo nostro soggiorno al Bahamas abbiamo trovato un forte incremento dei prezzi e alcuni cocktail non inclusi nel prezzo allinclusive ( perchè? ) inoltre abbiamo riscontrato un appiattimento nella varietà dei prodotti del ristorante. I prodotti proposti sono molto validi e coprano tutti i gusti possibili ma mancano di varietà tra pranzo e cena e si ripetono day after day. Nelle nostre passate esperienze, sempre in questo periodo dell'anno, avevamo trovato molto più ricchezza di varietà e cura anche nella presentazione dei piatti con presenza di chief... Comunque esperienza ottima e da consigliare

Hôtel bien situé si on veut être à côté des endroits festifs (à pied). Piscine sympa avec musique. Buffet petit dej varié. Accès directement à la plage par l’hôtel. Point négatif : Le lit ! Pas confortable du tout :( Nous n’avons pas eu de coupe de champagne à notre arrivée comme les autres :( (mais bon ça c’est pour être très pointilleux ☺️)

The hotel was in an excellent location, walking distance to the clubs and bars you can go outside to the beach easy access. We got the all inclusive and the food was below average also the drinks were a joke the bar that served good drinks were not part of the all inclusive so basically You still had to pay
