While my room was very clean, overall my stay fell short of expectations. The main issue was a complete lack of hot water in both the shower and sink. The TV setup also lacked Netflix streaming, which I've enjoyed at other Hampton Inn locations. Furthermore, the breakfast quality was very low—the fruit didn't look fresh, the meat was watery, and the hot items were poorly prepared. Due to these issues, I will likely choose a different hotel for future visits

This is the 2nd time we stayed here in the past 3 months. This time we checked into another beautiful room. Our biggest complaint was the shower dripped all night, we placed a towel in the tub to help us sleep but we had to call the front desk first thing. Maintenance came and worked on the leak but it only fixed it for a few hours. When we called back to the front desk, they offered to move us to different move. Thankfully there was a room available for us to move and it was perfect. We have always had great interactions with all of the staff. They are very pleasant and helpful. I would like to recommend offering a plain egg omelet for breakfast. My child can't eat cheese and the only plain egg available was hard boiled and they didn't like the texture.
