É uma boa opção para quem precisar pernoitar no caso de voo no dia seguinte. Quarto espaçoso, bom chuveiro, service room. O único senão é que o transfer é gratuito somente na ida para o hotel - na volta para o aeroporto é pago.

Hotel que atender perto do aeroporto, quartos antigos mas espaçosos, ótimo para famílias, café da manhã bem gostoso e traslado para o aeroporto atende super bem, só deveriam explicar melhor a área de embarque nas Vans em GRU.

This is a great option for those who need to stay near the Guarulhos airport. Quick checkin, very nice large room. Breakfast is divine; other meals are expensive but very nice. Inexpensive transport back to the airport - it's free from the airport to the hotel.

Die Bar und Restaurant sind fast die ganze Nacht geöffnet. Parken ist super easy und bewacht. Betten schön weich und Zimmeraussicht auf die Stadt toll. Pool saukalt aber das lag wohl daran das es auch draußen kalt war.

Utilizei o hotel por ficar perto do Aeroporto Gru, pois meu vôo era muito cedo. Hotel confortável, bom atendimento, porém demorou 50 min para chegar no aeroporto. Van em condições ruins, o motorista sofria bastante para passar a marcha para a segunda. Fiquei com medo da van quebrar e eu perder meu vôo. Tive que ir do hotel ao aeroporto ouvindo rap gospel, estilo do qual não gosto. Entorno do hotel também não é muito atraente. No jantar, comi uma pizza ruim e cara. Não recomendo!

nao é um hotel adapatado para 3 hospedes, tem um quaro de casal e uma sala com sofá cama. a sala nao tem ar condicionado tornando impossivel de ficar em epoca de calor. na reserva que comprei fala que o translado é 24h e nao é, é somente ate as 00:00, o translado tambem nao tem as 10 da manha nao sei o motivo, não rtecomendo alem de ser bem longe do aeroporto

O quarto era muito espaçoso. Com dois ambientes separados. O quarto do casal é outro ambiente era o espaço onde a criança iria dormir. Além de um espaço para trabalhar se necessário.

Felices de haber estado en el Mercure Guarulhos, quiero destacar la excelente atención de todo el personal sobre todo de Pamela quien fue súper atenta en explicarnos todo y en la linda sorpresa que nos dejó cuando llegamos. La habitación súper cómoda , el baño muy práctico y la calidad de los productos de higiene, buena vista a la ciudad , buena ubicación y nos encantó el desayuno. Quizá puntos a mejorar, es que la pileta sea climatizada, el servicio de traslado que sea más fácil de encontrar y que las habitaciones tengan aire en todos los ambientes porque éramos 3 y nuestro hijo debía dormir en el comedor y hacía muchísimo calor xq no había aire allí. Confío en cambiaran estas cosas. Gracias puntos a mejorar, que les la amejoraryelbsbaño

Pontos positivos: hotel fica próximo do aeroporto, uma região fácil de conseguir uber ou taxi por aplicativos. Hotel tem uma van que faz traslado ao aeroporto. Ótimo atendimento pelos funcionários. Ponto negativo: sistema de ar-condicionado é geral (por tubulação), antigo e a regulagem de temperatura não é boa. No meu caso, sequer funcionou.

Bom, mas o barulho do ar, é algo para ser resolvido, se você desliga, os pernilongos fazem a festa, se você liga o ar resolve o problema quanto aos pernilongos, mas acorda toda vez o ar funciona.

Foi boa mais tivemos um problema ao fazer check in pois nao deram entrada e deram o mesmo quarto para outra pessoa que entrou no quarto e a gente estava na cama.Um tremendo susto.E para piorar saimos a noite e ao voltar a chave nao funcionava. Uma pena sempre ficamos la hispedados.

Foi boa mais tivemos um problema ao fazer check in pois nao deram entrada e deram o mesmo quarto para outra pessoa que entrou no quarto e a gente estava na cama.Um tremendo susto.E para piorar saimos a noite e ao voltar a chave nao funcionava. Uma pena sempre ficamos la hispedados.

nao é um hotel adapatado para 3 hospedes, tem um quaro de casal e uma sala com sofá cama. a sala nao tem ar condicionado tornando impossivel de ficar em epoca de calor. na reserva que comprei fala que o translado é 24h e nao é, é somente ate as 00:00, o translado tambem nao tem as 10 da manha nao sei o motivo, não rtecomendo alem de ser bem longe do aeroporto

Decent hotel. Older but was nice back in the day. Great room. Gym was missing equipment, not clean, and obviously not well cared for. If a good gym is important to you, I’d choose another hotel. Breakfast was awesome, though a touch expensive. lots of options and very tasty. Restaurant was great and staff were very courteous. Would stay again if I just needed a place to sleep

Utilizei o hotel por ficar perto do Aeroporto Gru, pois meu vôo era muito cedo. Hotel confortável, bom atendimento, porém demorou 50 min para chegar no aeroporto. Van em condições ruins, o motorista sofria bastante para passar a marcha para a segunda. Fiquei com medo da van quebrar e eu perder meu vôo. Tive que ir do hotel ao aeroporto ouvindo rap gospel, estilo do qual não gosto. Entorno do hotel também não é muito atraente. No jantar, comi uma pizza ruim e cara. Não recomendo!

Great location to catch a flight. Large spacious room with separate lounge and kitchen facilities. Nice pool and small gym and friendly staff. All I would say is that the hotel is due for a refurbishment but the important things were there. And great value!! Transfer to the airport included so a really good deal all round. I’ll be back!
