Siegel Select Bartlett Extended Stay in Tennessee

This place is advertised as a HOTEL. It is NOT. Even though the name says it is an extended stay, they told us that they reserve some of the rooms as a hotel but you are still treated as though you moved into an apartment. There are no hotel amenities, (no shampoo/lotion/hair dryer, etc) no room service of any kind, no cleaning of the linens, floors, garbage while there. ALL rooms advertised as Non-Smoking but every room is smoked in and our room STUNK!! We immediately told the front desk and they "sprayed" it to smell better. We were told that even though the rooms state "No Smoking" on all the doors, there isn\'t a room that hasn\'t/isn\'t smoked in. The spraying down the room did not work. The neighbors smoked, including pot and it was constantly coming through the vents. We tried contacting Hotels.com via chatting with an agent and they said they would reach out to the front desk, we were on hold for too long and had to get to an appointment, so nothing solved. We complained another day after being away for the day to come back to a smelly room with no linens changed. They came in to change the linens but reminded us that they don\'t clean/change while we are guests. I really wish we were told the truth about this place from the beginning. We would never have booked this place!!! Please know this is NOT A HOTEL even though it is advertised on Hotels.com as one. Stay away. I am very disappointed with Hotels.com also. Our trip was not a pleasant one.
