Fisherman's Heaven i O-H-I-O!

Everything was clean. We loved the fireplace and the very cool eclectic style of the cabin. We were able to catch our dinner in the lake! We hope to be back soon. Host was super responsive and helpful! Loved our stay!

Super cozy cottage! My wife and I had a very relaxing weekend here. Loved the decor and the wood burning fireplace.

Booked John’s cabin for a weekend getaway and it surpassed my expectations. The decor of the cabin was awesome. Had everything we needed from making coffee in the morning to grilling out on the large deck. The bed was super comfy too. Sitting by the fire was so enjoyable and very secluded from the other neighbors. We kayaked and fished and it’s very easy to put in on the beach. When I needed to contact John he was responsive in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend and plan on coming again sometime ! Thanks for a great weekend getaway, John. The lady approved as well.

We had a wonderful stay - the cabin was exactly what we wanted/expected with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We swam, kayaked, and hiked - the weather was beautiful too. In the evenings we enjoyed a fire and trying to catch fireflies. It was just as peaceful and relaxing and we thought it would be. We also enjoyed all the wildlife we got to see - especially the bird watching by the lake. Carrollton is adorable and we spent time there walking through the cute shops and even had tea at the Tea Room. John was very helpful with tips on activities and quick to reply to any questions we had. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we’ll hopefully be planning a trip back here soon!
