Lo que nos gustó fue la comida del buffet está muy rica y es variada. La zona de comida sana es muy amplia. Eso sí, el café es terrible! El personal del comedor es muy agradable y cuidadoso. El horario de la piscina es hasta las 19.00, echamos de menos una hora más por lo menos. Nuestra habitación estaba en el ptro edificio y no tiene ascensor, lo cual es incómodo sobre todo el dia de llegada y salida por las maletas.
Lo que nos gustó fue la comida del buffet está muy rica y es variada. La zona de comida sana es muy amplia. Eso sí, el café es terrible! El personal del comedor es muy agradable y cuidadoso. El horario de la piscina es hasta las 19.00, echamos de menos una hora más por lo menos. Nuestra habitación estaba en el ptro edificio y no tiene ascensor, lo cual es incómodo sobre todo el dia de llegada y salida por las maletas.

Good room but constant noise in ceiling which we reported twice but language barrier prevented explaining fully and never fixed. Air conditioning intermittent. Pool and terrace is next to road, but not affected by road noise too much. Self-service soft drinks, water, local beer and sangria at pool bar, which we thought was good. Cava readily available on all-inclusive and all the usual local spirits you'd expect. All disposable plastic or paper cups in pool area though, with no recycling. Able to get sunbeds easy enough, but it was only mid-May! Evening entertainment poor and music catered to local Spanish mainly. Dining pretty poor, buffet rarely served hot, catered for continental tastes and everything laced in garlic - even potato and mushrooms at breakfast! Chips and snacks available at pool bar only when restaurant shut - so not available at peak lunchtime?! Bar staff very friendly. Overall staff were helpful but English poor compared to other Spanish hotels we've stayed at. I would rate the hotel as a 3 star, not the official 4 stars it has. Airport bus (Bus Plana) stops right outside and is only €3.65 adult one way for Reus, whereas taxi is around €40-€50. Buses leave Reus airport to coincide with flight arrivals. To go back to airport ask for times at travel kiosk across road from hotel. I'd stay again if necessary but would look to other hotels maybe more in Salou first, which seems to have been given a makeover and there's more to see and do.

La estancia fue agradable; al llegar, ya nos esperaban gracias al pre chequeo realizado. La comida era excelente, con una gran variedad para satisfacer cualquier paladar. El único aspecto MUY NEGATIVO fueron los cócteles, que no eran preparados por una persona sino dispensados por una máquina similar a las de refrescos, resultando en una calidad muy baja. Por ello, opté por consumir otras bebidas debido a la mala calidad de los cócteles. La conexión a internet era extremadamente lenta, lo que me obligó a utilizar los datos móviles para tareas que requerían rapidez y estabilidad. La habitación era espaciosa y confortable, con camas y almohadas cómodas; la ubicación era excelente. Sin embargo, otro punto negativo fue la necesidad de pagar por el estacionamiento, algo inesperado en un hotel de cuatro estrellas. En resumen, fue una experiencia positiva: buena ubicación, comida deliciosa, habitación excelente, limpieza impecable y un trato cordial.

Ha sido muy gratificante verme rodeado de gente tan correcta y amable, tanto en el servicio del hotel como en los turistas. El servicio de comidas fantástico y las actividades dentro del hotel estupendas.

To be honest this is a good hotel .very clean and great staff always happy to help. The rooms are getting a bit dated and could do with a freshen up. Our shower head was damaged and badly repaired but it worked .its very close to the beach and a short bus trip to cambrills or salou . Good pool very goid family hotel . I would go all inclusive if i were to book again .

El personal de recepción y comedor muy amables y atentos. Buena vaiedad de comida, buena piscina y buenos espectáculos. Por poner una media pega el primer dia llegamos tarde y no nos dimos cuenta del horario de la piscina y los peques tan ilusionados con la pedazo piscina que hay nos metimos un ratito antes de ir a cenar y el señor que se supone limpiaba daba manguerasos con agua hacia nosotros, podía haberlo comunicado desde el principio verbalmente y nos vamos sin problemas, culpa nuestra que no miramos el horario. Desagradable que varias veces al dia se notaba un cierto holor de ciertas sustancias, al parecer alguien hacia cosita mala, nunca he visto quien, pero era incomodo cuando tenía que contestar a los peques a que olía, puede que hemos tenido mala suerte y coincidimos con mala persona. Volveria sin dudarlo, todo perfecto. Agradezco a casi todo el personal el buen trato y gran profesionalidad!

Great visit to Best Hotel Cambrils. Food was great with plenty of options for everyone. The beach was such a short walk from the hotel. The rooms have a mini fridge inside them to keep your drinks cool. The hotel is situated In a quieter location compared to Salou or Cambrils. The hotel always looked clean and tidy and the large dining area was very nice. There are bus stops just outside the front of the hotel which will take you to Salou/Cambrils/Portaventura world theme park. The bus is €2.10 from the hotel to the theme park. The pool area was kept clean and tidy as well. I would fully recommend this hotel.

Es un hotel situado en una zona muy tranquila, enfrente de la playa que es inmensa. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas y estan muy limpias. La comida es normal, la tipica de cualquier hotel de playa, es muy grande pero esta bien organizado. El bus a Cambrils para en la puerta del hotel Si se quiere una zona tranquila, yo no dudaria

4 estrellas, que debería ser un 3 estrellas, la limpieza de habitaciones justa, teniendo que quejarnos por no tener la habitación limpia a las 15 HRS, y posteriormente volver a quejarnos, por no disponer de toallas limpias. La comida de buffet, no muy bien elaborada, comida de calidad baja, repetición de productos. El menaje y ropa de cama y toallas, deberían renovar, no puede ser que en un hotel las toallas estén casi para tirar, ni limpias eran agradables de usar. Hotel para turista con niños que quieran dejar sueltos,como era por los pasillos, y enfocado totalmente a extranjeros, tanto por horarios como por tipo de comida y horas de amenización nocturna. También los Españoles vamos de vacaciones, y no puede ser que a las 14:30 ya no se reponga comida cuando es servicio hasta las tres. Yo no vuelvo.

alojado en el Hotel Best Cambrils y, en general, la experiencia fue positiva. Las instalaciones están limpias y bien cuidadas, y la ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo. La habitación era cómoda y tranquila, ideal para descansar. El buffet ofrecía una buena variedad de platos, con comida sabrosa y bien presentada. En cuanto al personal, el trato fue correcto, aunque no especialmente amable. No fueron groseros, pero tampoco se esforzaban demasiado en hacer sentir bien a los huéspedes. A pesar de eso, lo pasé bien y consideraría volver en el futuro.

Great visit to Best Hotel Cambrils. Food was great with plenty of options for everyone. The beach was such a short walk from the hotel. The rooms have a mini fridge inside them to keep your drinks cool. The hotel is situated In a quieter location compared to Salou or Cambrils. The hotel always looked clean and tidy and the large dining area was very nice. There are bus stops just outside the front of the hotel which will take you to Salou/Cambrils/Portaventura world theme park. The bus is €2.10 from the hotel to the theme park. The pool area was kept clean and tidy as well. I would fully recommend this hotel.

Lo que nos gustó fue la comida del buffet está muy rica y es variada. La zona de comida sana es muy amplia. Eso sí, el café es terrible! El personal del comedor es muy agradable y cuidadoso. El horario de la piscina es hasta las 19.00, echamos de menos una hora más por lo menos. Nuestra habitación estaba en el ptro edificio y no tiene ascensor, lo cual es incómodo sobre todo el dia de llegada y salida por las maletas.

Es un hotel situado en una zona muy tranquila, enfrente de la playa que es inmensa. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas y estan muy limpias. La comida es normal, la tipica de cualquier hotel de playa, es muy grande pero esta bien organizado. El bus a Cambrils para en la puerta del hotel Si se quiere una zona tranquila, yo no dudaria

Good room but constant noise in ceiling which we reported twice but language barrier prevented explaining fully and never fixed. Air conditioning intermittent. Pool and terrace is next to road, but not affected by road noise too much. Self-service soft drinks, water, local beer and sangria at pool bar, which we thought was good. Cava readily available on all-inclusive and all the usual local spirits you'd expect. All disposable plastic or paper cups in pool area though, with no recycling. Able to get sunbeds easy enough, but it was only mid-May! Evening entertainment poor and music catered to local Spanish mainly. Dining pretty poor, buffet rarely served hot, catered for continental tastes and everything laced in garlic - even potato and mushrooms at breakfast! Chips and snacks available at pool bar only when restaurant shut - so not available at peak lunchtime?! Bar staff very friendly. Overall staff were helpful but English poor compared to other Spanish hotels we've stayed at. I would rate the hotel as a 3 star, not the official 4 stars it has. Airport bus (Bus Plana) stops right outside and is only €3.65 adult one way for Reus, whereas taxi is around €40-€50. Buses leave Reus airport to coincide with flight arrivals. To go back to airport ask for times at travel kiosk across road from hotel. Staff was good, very educated and sympathetic personal, bedrooms good, room service was good. food quality can be much improved. it could have less variety for better quality. maybe with better preparation, some food was lacking taste, other was not properly cooked.

La estancia fue agradable; al llegar, ya nos esperaban gracias al pre chequeo realizado. La comida era excelente, con una gran variedad para satisfacer cualquier paladar. To be honest this is a good hotel .very clean and great staff always happy to help. The rooms are getting a bit dated and could do with a freshen up. Our shower head was damaged and badly repaired but it worked .its very close to the beach and a short bus trip to cambrills or salou . Good pool very goid family hotel . I would go all inclusive if i were to book again .

Aucun du personnel ( que ce soit à l'accueil ou au restaurant ) ne parlait français. Nous avons fait fait l'effort de parler espagnol, ils répondaient en anglais !!! La salle de bain à notre arrivée n'était pas très propre En revanche, les services proposés étaient bien

Ha sido muy gratificante verme rodeado de gente tan correcta y amable, tanto en el servicio del hotel como en los turistas. El servicio de comidas fantástico y las actividades dentro del hotel estupendas.

El personal de recepción y comedor muy amables y atentos. Buena vaiedad de comida, buena piscina y buenos espectáculos. Por poner una media pega el primer dia llegamos tarde y no nos dimos cuenta del horario de la piscina y los peques tan ilusionados con la pedazo piscina que hay nos metimos un ratito antes de ir a cenar y el señor que se supone limpiaba daba manguerasos con agua hacia nosotros, podía haberlo comunicado desde el principio verbalmente y nos vamos sin problemas, culpa nuestra que no miramos el horario. Desagradable que varias veces al dia se notaba un cierto holor de ciertas sustancias, al parecer alguien hacia cosita mala, nunca he visto quien, pero era incomodo cuando tenía que contestar a los peques a que olía, puede que hemos tenido mala suerte y coincidimos con mala persona. Volveria sin dudarlo, todo perfecto. Agradezco a casi todo el personal el buen trato y gran profesionalidad!

Pool and terrace is next to road, but not affected by road noise too much. Self-service soft drinks, water, local beer and sangria at pool bar, which we thought was good. Cava readily available on all-inclusive and all the usual local spirits you'd expect. All disposable plastic or paper cups in pool area though, with no recycling. Able to get sunbeds easy enough, but it was only mid-May! Evening entertainment poor and music catered to local Spanish mainly. Dining pretty poor, buffet rarely served hot, catered for continental tastes and everything laced in garlic - even potato and mushrooms at breakfast! Chips and snacks available at pool bar only when restaurant shut - so not available at peak lunchtime?! Bar staff very friendly. Overall staff were helpful but English poor compared to other Spanish hotels we've stayed at. I would rate the hotel as a 3 star, not the official 4 stars it has. Airport bus (Bus Plana) stops right outside and is only €3.65 adult one way for Reus, whereas taxi is around €40-€50. Buses leave Reus airport to coincide with flight arrivals. La estancia fue agradable; al llegar, ya nos esperaban gracias al pre chequeo realizado. La comida era excelente, con una gran variedad para satisfacer cualquier paladar. To be honest this is a good hotel .very clean and great staff always happy to help. The rooms are getting a bit dated and could do with a freshen up. Our shower head was damaged and badly repaired but it worked .its very close to the beach and a short bus trip to cambrills or salou . Good pool very goid family hotel . I would go all inclusive if i were to book again .

Great visit to Best Hotel Cambrils. Food was great with plenty of options for everyone. The beach was such a short walk from the hotel. The rooms have a mini fridge inside them to keep your drinks cool. The hotel is situated In a quieter location compared to Salou or Cambrils. The hotel always looked clean and tidy and the large dining area was very nice. There are bus stops just outside the front of the hotel which will take you to Salou/Cambrils/Portaventura world theme park. The bus is €2.10 from the hotel to the theme park. The pool area was kept clean and tidy as well. I would fully recommend this hotel.

Lo que nos gustó fue la comida del buffet está muy rica y es variada. La zona de comida sana es muy amplia. Eso sí, el café es terrible! El personal del comedor es muy agradable y cuidadoso. El horario de la piscina es hasta las 19.00, echamos de menos una hora más por lo menos. Nuestra habitación estaba en el ptro edificio y no tiene ascensor, lo cual es incómodo sobre todo el dia de llegada y salida por las maletas.

4 estrellas, que debería ser un 3 estrellas, la limpieza de habitaciones justa, teniendo que quejarnos por no tener la habitación limpia a las 15 HRS, y posteriormente volver a quejarnos, por no disponer de toallas limpias. La comida de buffet, no muy bien elaborada, comida de calidad baja, repetición de productos. El menaje y ropa de cama y toallas, deberían renovar, no puede ser que en un hotel las toallas estén casi para tirar, ni limpias eran agradables de usar. Hotel para turista con niños que quieran dejar sueltos,como era por los pasillos, y enfocado totalmente a extranjeros, tanto por horarios como por tipo de comida y horas de amenización nocturna. También los Españoles vamos de vacaciones, y no puede ser que a las 14:30 ya no se reponga comida cuando es servicio hasta las tres. Yo no vuelvo.

El personal de recepción y comedor muy amables y atentos. Buena vaiedad de comida, buena piscina y buenos espectáculos. Por poner una media pega el primer dia llegamos tarde y no nos dimos cuenta del horario de la piscina y los peques tan ilusionados con la pedazo piscina que hay nos metimos un ratito antes de ir a cenar y el señor que se supone limpiaba daba manguerasos con agua hacia nosotros, podía haberlo comunicado desde el principio verbalmente y nos vamos sin problemas, culpa nuestra que no miramos el horario. Desagradable que varias veces al dia se notaba un cierto holor de ciertas sustancias, al parecer alguien hacia cosita mala, nunca he visto quien, pero era incomodo cuando tenía que contestar a los peques a que olía, puede que hemos tenido mala suerte y coincidimos con mala persona. Volveria sin dudarlo, todo perfecto. Agradezco a casi todo el personal el buen trato y gran profesionalidad!

Central air conditioner doesn’t work on october 11-12, the receptionist was rude and said that Thomas the technical manager confirmed that the central air conditioner was stopped on purpose during the low season - when I spoke to Hotels.com who contacted the hotel about it, they lied and said that the air conditioner was working and that the client should have asked for help (although I did 3 times and said I was asthmatic and they called that Thomas in front of me, I asked for a solution like a fan and they also said it wasn’t available and asked me to open the window - it was too hot and the guests in the room next door were smoking weed in their balcony). The receptionists of this hotel are just liars and they deserve to work at this mediocre place. I spoke to two different rooms and they confirmed that the AC wasn’t working and I have proofs so it’s better that the hotel doesn’t insist on their lie as it’s very easy to prove it. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, the people working there aren’t honest and I can see others saying the same thing in other reviews online. Ah and I don’t want to forget mentioning the food : avoid it at all cost, very very poor quality. This hotel can’t be a 4 star hotel, maybe 2 stars. You’ll find better hotels in Cambrils. Best Cambrils Hotel is the worst hotel in the city. You should be ashamed of such a poor level of hospitality and service.

Nous sommes arrivées juste lors d'un terrible orage et tout était inondé, de ce fait nous avons dû attendre pour pouvoir rejoindre l'hôtel... Une heure après la route étant de nouveau praticable nous avons pu rejoindre L'Hôtel qui était bien inondé aussi... Mais ensuite nous avons pu dîner et nous avons très bien dormi.... Le buffet reste simple mais c'est très bon...

la construction d'une route devant la terrasse de la chambre , d'un coté , le dépot des ordures de l'autre , donc le bruit et les odeurs pendant 10 jours . Impossible de rester sur la terrasse et de l'ouvrir. Aucune proposition pour changer de chambre même si l'hôtel n'était pas complet. La salle de restaurant ouverte aux personnes extérieures à l'hôtel, bruyante difficile de se parler!! , l'animation avec le son au maximum et vous comprendrez notre déception Plus jamais avec Hôtel . Com
