Hej Personalet var meget søde og behjælpelig. Jeg er både mælke og gluten allergiker, havde talt med jer inden bestilling og det var intet problem. Da jeg skulle spise min morgen buffet blev jeg en del skuffet. Fik et stykke brød der var noget kedeligt, ost og noget scrambled ægg var fint, men det var ikke meget. Badekåberne er så store så man træder i dem, ikke særlig fedt på trapper. Meget hyggeligt, og pool området er skønt, bare for lidt med 6 dobbelt madrasser til 86 værelser når der er 90 % booket.

We loved the look and feel of the hotel, very unique and it's appearance, the pool area was very nice, we felt totally relaxed and in enjoy our time in both the steam and hot sauna. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

We came from seeing a TikTok video - it’s a really beautiful property and staff was very friendly. Pros: The pool is insanely beautiful. A very tranquil area and really draws you in. We spent an entire day just laying at the cabana. The rooms are spacious. The spa area is a good place to relax in the steam. Cons: Loud. Not sure if it was just our room as other reviews said it was quiet, but we were under the restaurant outside deck / spa area and heard chairs scraping along the floor into the early morning hours (4am). There was also a ton of bugs (looked like mosquitoes) in the room likely from the humidity of the pool area. We felt them on us at night and it was kind of gross. The couples massage was terrible. We booked full body massages. I said my problem area (upper back) and asked for deep pressure and I got a very light touch, while my partner (a male) didn’t get any part above his calves massaged. I understand maybe avoiding certain spots for professionalism but both of us have never been to a place that didn’t massage a thigh out of caution lol. It felt pretty obvious they were not well trained. Likely won’t stay again but the pool was awesome!

La décoration est assez extraordinaire, l’emplacement très très bon, la piscine est l’une des plus jolies que j’ai vu en intérieur avec un aspect tropical et une belle décoration. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais bien équipé et on se sent bien petit point négatif pour moi qui aime les lits durs, les matelas est assez moi Et deux télé dans la chambre nous trouvons cela un peu excessif, mais on ne doit pas s’en plaindre Sinon, notre expérience était fantastique, le personnel aux petits soins, la nourriture, bonne et des cocktails très sympa Et une mention spéciale pour la salle de gym, qui est eu l’une des plus belles que l’on ai vu dans les hôtels

Hotellet var fint men tycker absolut inte att det är ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Frukost buffé var undermålig och maten kändes som den flyttat ut och in ur kylen ett antal gånger. Det var även väldigt speciell mat och kändes inte fräsch helt enkelt. Middags restaurang var jätte trevlig personal men maten var heller inget att jubla över. Pool området var jätte mysigt men väldigt litet. Vi kom dit en torsdag och då fanns det möjlighet att sitta vid pool området, men på helgen var det så trångt och mycket folk att det var kö för att få en sittplats. I sin helhet var det bra men överreklamerat.

Stayed in a terrace room. Terrace was useless due to all the insects on the fruit trees. While the room was large in area, the functional space was limited. The shower is tight. The sink sits too high and is too narrow, you’ll splash everywhere. If you want to see the pool, just look at photos on instagram. The rooms aren’t truly functional.

Med tanke på priset så hade jag räknat med bättre kvalitet på rum och gemensamma utrymmen. Upplevde att det var lite ostädat. Plus för den härliga miljön dock. Även frukosten var bra.

The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, the view and pool was 10/10, the room was pretty clean as well. The breakfast was pretty good too. The only thing I won’t recommended is dinner to be fair it was pretty bad we had 5 course meals for me the only good thing was the dessert and dumplings, anything else was kind uneatable.

Globalement nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Cet endroit est incroyable. La chambre offre tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer un bon moment, le rapport qualité prix est donc très bon. La localisation reste assez centrale, entre Norrebro et Nyhavn. Le seul hic serait peut-être les nuisances sonores pour les chambres donnant côté rue (circulation routière, musique jusqu’à tard dans la nuit le samedi soir) ce qui a été notre cas. Tout le reste était parfait.

I adored the many pothos plants with tendrils 40 feet long hanging from the top floor over the pool. The hotel is smartly designed and the suites are spacious and well adorned.

Pool is amazing, the staff was friendly. Minus point was The bed which was a bit shabby and the mattress was worn down but nothing that would make us not come back again. All in all this is a great hotel!

The pool is even more stunning in person but it did get very loud at night which I wasn’t expecting (maybe that’s my fault!). The location wasn’t very convenient for us and I’ve definitely experienced better amenities and more attentive staff at lower starred hotels. I am very glad to have experienced this gorgeous property but I wish we had just booked one night and then stayed somewhere more convenient and a little more luxurious for the price.

Hotel is ok, but certainly not a five star property (apart from the price). Lack of coffee machine in the room, bathroom so small that you can't get your toiletries by the mirror, shower with plastic curtain. Some nice elements of design, but five star hospitality is definitely something else. Staff very nice and helpful.

We came from seeing a TikTok video - it’s a really beautiful property and staff was very friendly. Pros: The pool is insanely beautiful. A very tranquil area and really draws you in. We spent an entire day just laying at the cabana. The rooms are spacious. The spa area is a good place to relax in the steam. Cons: Loud. Not sure if it was just our room as other reviews said it was quiet, but we were under the restaurant outside deck / spa area and heard chairs scraping along the floor into the early morning hours (4am). There was also a ton of bugs (looked like mosquitoes) in the room likely from the humidity of the pool area. We felt them on us at night and it was kind of gross. The couples massage was terrible. We booked full body massages. I said my problem area (upper back) and asked for deep pressure and I got a very light touch, while my partner (a male) didn’t get any part above his calves massaged. La décoration est assez extraordinaire, l’emplacement très très bon, la piscine est l’une des plus jolies que j’ai vu en intérieur avec un aspect tropical et une belle décoration. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais bien équipé et on se sent bien petit point négatif pour moi qui aime les lits durs, les matelas est assez moi Et deux télé dans la chambre nous trouvons cela un peu excessif, mais on ne doit pas s’en plaindre Sinon, notre expérience était fantastique, le personnel aux petits soins, la nourriture, bonne et des cocktails très sympa Et une mention spéciale pour la salle de gym, qui est eu l’une des plus belles que l’on ai vu dans les hôtels

Absolutely stunning place. Really enjoyed it here. Breakfast was amazing. Had an evening meal in the restaurant too which was so good. Location is really good. My slight fault is the bar situation. One time at the pool me and another guest was ignored by a member of staff when wanting a drink. And the cocktail bar, staff member saw us go down dressed up but didn’t come or let someone else know we was there. Apart from that it was absolutely perfect and as stunning as you’d expect if seen videos. Thankyou for making my partner’s 40th special

This was our second stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Our only issue was that service was a bit brusque and unkind at the breakfast service which was much different from the first time we stayed when everyone was so kind and amazing.

The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, the view and pool was 10/10, the room was pretty clean as well. The breakfast was pretty good too. The only thing I won’t recommended is dinner to be fair it was pretty bad we had 5 course meals for me the only good thing was the dessert and dumplings, anything else was kind uneatable.

Gorgeous stay during my solo trip to the city. The whole team were so warm and welcoming, the pool and spa are so relaxing and my room ( thank you for the upgrade) was absolutely gorgeous! I feel totally revived!

Globalement nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Cet endroit est incroyable. La chambre offre tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer un bon moment, le rapport qualité prix est donc très bon. La localisation reste assez centrale, entre Norrebro et Nyhavn. Le seul hic serait peut-être les nuisances sonores pour les chambres donnant côté rue (circulation routière, musique jusqu’à tard dans la nuit le samedi soir) ce qui a été notre cas. Tout le reste était parfait.

The pool is even more stunning in person but it did get very loud at night which I wasn’t expecting (maybe that’s my fault!). The location wasn’t very convenient for us and I’ve definitely experienced better amenities and more attentive staff at lower starred hotels. I am very glad to have experienced this gorgeous property but I wish we had just booked one night and then stayed somewhere more convenient and a little more luxurious for the price.

This place was an incredible experience! The staff were so lovely and welcoming. It was a 5 star rating for a REASON because everything was exceptional. Honestly will be coming back again soon. The restaurant was amazing and the food was very very good.

Otroligt härlig vistelse. Poolen var underbar och det var lugnt, även bastun var så härligt och rummet var så fint och jag uppskattade att man fick många engångsartiklar att använda plus att det fanns högtalare. Det som var synd var att frukosten inte ingick i priset och därför hoppade vi över den då det redan kostade en del för en natt. Personalen var trevlig och väldigt hjälpsamma och det var lugn och skön stämning på hotellet.

Hotellet var fint men tycker absolut inte att det är ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Frukost buffé var undermålig och maten kändes som den flyttat ut och in ur kylen ett antal gånger. Det var även väldigt speciell mat och kändes inte fräsch helt enkelt. Middags restaurang var jätte trevlig personal men maten var heller inget att jubla över. Pool området var jätte mysigt men väldigt litet. Vi kom dit en torsdag och då fanns det möjlighet att sitta vid pool området, men på helgen var det så trångt och mycket folk att det var kö för att få en sittplats. I sin helhet var det bra men överreklamerat.

This is a hard review to write because there was a lot about the stay that was great. The breakfast was phenomenal (but insanely overpriced), the pool was lovely, and the hotel itself is cute. All of the staff except the manager (see below) were kind and attentive in every way. The room itself was charming but despite having air conditioning, there was virtually zero air flow in the room. My biggest complaint about this hotel is the hotel manager and the poor customer service/complete lack of human empathy I experienced from him. I was in Amsterdam two nights before my reservation and I was mugged. I called the hotel to see if they could help me modify my reservation because I wasn’t going to be able to make it to Copenhagen without a wallet, and they were incredibly rude and just kept reiterating the no change/no cancellation policy. It was kind of shocking to be honest. It put a very bad taste in my mouth, which is unfortunate because the hotel was lovely otherwise.
