The room could use an update. It was clean but clearly showed age and wear and tear, and had a funky smell when we entered. The “breakfast” was some Sunny D, packaged muffins, and coffee. The lobby area was barricaded and not able to be used. I wouldn’t stay again.

Check-in was good. Rooms open to the outside. Parking was convenient. Our room was very clean if a bit small. I expected a queen sized bed, but it was a double, but it was fine. The towels were thick. Breakfast at 7:15 on Friday morning was pitiful—a small Sunny D, fairly good coffee, blueberry muffins.

First room we got had not been cleaned, beds not made, trash in the room. The next room we got was clean but smelled like it had been a smoking room at some point and had been converted to a “non-smoking” room. Beds were ok. Cable tv had poor signal. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room had no towels, roaches hot water did not work well and to top it off there was blood on the wall next to the bed. I will never stay at a Days Inn again. Front desk refunded half of the stay. Showed the photos to the front desk too

Found a used needle in my room, bathroom light didn’t work. Asked for a another night in a different room and was told I would have to pay double what I payed for 3 nights if I wanted another night.

Room provided had not been cleaned from previous guest. Staff was not present at the window for over 15 mins. There were no more rooms available. I have not yet received my refund. Horrible experience, given I was checking in at midnight, when my room should have been ready at 3pm.

This has been partially remodeled but it was done in horrible condition they say free breakfast which was not available the sheets were staine and the towels were dirty and stained when I pulled on in the lot had about 26 dirty beds in the parking and then they put them into the rooms lot lot 25the

Asked for a non smoking room, room we received reeked of cigarettes. Unknown body fluid stains on the bedsheets and bathroom appliances. Feces on the toilet seat. Unknown dark stains on ceiling, going to give the benefit of the doubt and say it's tobacco and not mold

The lights don't turn off at all. They are motion sensors that can be deactivated no matter what. Everytime you roll over in bed they turn on then you have to manually turn them off. The shower was growing stuff from the hair in the drain. The walls were spackled to covered up mold and wall holes that should have been fixed. The bed smelled like sweat, piss and other fluids. The mattress was so worn out my back gave out just sitting up in it all. Also got locked in bathroom cause there is no door knob in bathroom on toilet side of door.

This was an overnight stop on our road trip so we didn’t get to spend much time here since we had to leave so early in the morning and got in so late. We were able to grab some breakfast on the way out, which was some bottles of juice and packages of muffins. It’s better than nothing and we appreciated it. The room itself smelled clean and look like it had been recently renovated. It’s really hard to beat the price we got the room for. It was a great set up to get us to St. Louis within a few hours.

This was an overnight stop on our road trip so we didn’t get to spend much time here since we had to leave so early in the morning and got in so late. We were able to grab some breakfast on the way out, which was some bottles of juice and packages of muffins. It’s better than nothing and we appreciated it. The room itself smelled clean and look like it had been recently renovated. It’s really hard to beat the price we got the room for. It was a great set up to get us to St. Louis within a few hours.

Good proximity to Ameristar Casino and freeway system. TV didn't work. Housekeeper's child knocking on my door and playing with rocks next to my car. He also kept peeking into my window. Faucet wasn't tightened onto sink at all. Gap in door, allowing bugs to come in easily. Faulty AC system. Cold air, but very humid. Smelled like smoke in room. Front desk not answering phone. Had to drive to office to address my concerns. This is the worst lodging experience I've ever had. Checked out at 4 am just so I could drive home because I hated it so much.

It was ok for one night, but wouldn’t stay beyond that. It’s a motel, also, not a hotel. They gave us only one towel. Beds are not comfortable. There is no comforter or heavy blanket- just a sheet and sheet like “bedspread”. Our room was clean, but the fan in the bathroom was broken, so every time this motion sensor went off the fan would start up and bath light would come on. The fan made this horrendous noise, and you could shut it off , but that’d only last u til the motion sensor triggered it again.

Room was not stocked up and no one came to clean during our stay the toilet clogged and after telling the staff no one was sent to get it to drain when I tried to see why I found several syringes in the reservoir of the toilet also advised staff about it and was told to simply just leave them alone and don't touch them

I will be contacting Wyndham about this stay and will be expecting a full refund. One staff member was helpful, she was very nice but after what happened nothing could save this absolutely ridiculous experience.

Oh I tried to Check-in and because i have a service animal. The lady at the counter. Tried to ask me why I had a service. Animal and for what reason which is against the law? But I told her anyway and she told me that I couldn't stay there. I had 5 minutes to get out before she called the cops and she was not refunding me my money so I didn't even get to go in the room or get to stay there at all.

The room itself smelled clean and look like it had been recently renovated. It’s really hard to beat the price we got the room for. It was a great set up to get us to St. Louis within a few hours.

This has been partially remodeled but it was done in horrible condition they say free breakfast which was not available the sheets were staine and the towels were dirty and stained when I pulled on in the lot had about 26 dirty beds in the parking and then they put them into the rooms lot lot 25the

The room could use an update. It was clean but clearly showed age and wear and tear, and had a funky smell when we entered. The “breakfast” was some Sunny D, packaged muffins, and coffee. The lobby area was barricaded and not able to be used. I wouldn’t stay again.

Check-in was good. Rooms open to the outside. Parking was convenient. Our room was very clean if a bit small. I expected a queen sized bed, but it was a double, but it was fine. The towels were thick. Breakfast at 7:15 on Friday morning was pitiful—a small Sunny D, fairly good coffee, blueberry muffins.

Breakfast was small bottles of Sunny Delight, coffee with powdered creamer and little muffin packets. The linens all seemed clean, but the desk was sticky (I had to wipe it with a washcloth before I used it) and the floor didn't look like it had been swept in quite some time.

Started out the wrong way- we prepaid (which they basically force you to do with increased rates to cancel) for a queen bed. When we checked in, they sold my prepaid room to someone else, and told me I got an "upgrade" to two double beds. Attendent said the previous worker gave the last queen bed to someone else. Got to our new room, smelled like smoke- bad. Went back to get a different room, also smelled like smoke, just not as bad. I get some of these places are for out of town workers, but if you are going to have non smoking rooms, you have to replace the carpet and repaint the rooms in order to actually have a non smoking. In the end, its a 2 star hotel and the expectations should be as such. The AC worked, the shower and toilet worked, the towels were sufficient, it did was it needed for a single night stay after a Chiefs game.

Receptionist seemed bothered that I took him away from his cellphone when I checked in. The room seemed clean at first glance but smelled of cigarettes and I booked a non-smoking room. The sink faucet wasn't attached securely. There was a small hole in the ceiling and wall with tissue or paper towels shoved in plugging the hole. I had someone banging on my door at 3am looking for someone then realizing they had the wrong room. I was worried about my car getting broken into the whole night, luckily, it wasn't, but it was that kind of environment. Would never stay here again.

This property was disgusting, and had dead bugs on the floor and walls. There were brown stains in the bathroom. I got locked out of my room twice. Also some random people were banging on my door claiming to be house keeping and asking for an IPad. The only reason they didn’t get in is because I had the latch. Is was a gross place to stay, and I have pictures of this!

Paid for a king size room and was stuck with a queen. No towels, only one blanket soni asked if they had an extra and they replied no. Verh poor experience 5/4/26 and this wasnt better. Would not recommend at all! Poor attitude and atmosphere.
