The Keurig Coffee machine made brewing noises, but did not produce any coffee in the cup. We know how to operate Keurig machines and this seems to have been problem with other guests too, and evidenced by other reviews and water in the reservoir before we added any. The $5 charge for parking seemed unnecessary and perhaps even petty, so purely for the optics, we would have preferred for this parking charge to be added to the room rate so that we were unaware of it's existence.

Very nicely renovated. Clean modern room. Big, clean dining area. Well maintained pool. I will definitely return. It is away from the noise and busyness but within 10 mins of everything.

Property was under construction which I did not know at the time of booking. No gym available and no pool. Staff was nice Breakfast was not good…like really not good Rooms were nice and construction did not disrupt us It’s going to be nice when it’s done, I just wish I had known about the construction

This property had apparently been taken over by another company. Expedia had not informed us of the name change. Renovations were still in progress. Our room was not serviced during our two day stay…no fresh towels or toiletries replenished . Room cleaning requires upgrading….garbage in night table drawer; previous occupants socks on shelf. Breakfast selection, while adequate, could be better organized. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating when matters brought to their attention. I feel this hotel will be a good choice when these deficit areas are taken care of.

I think Hotels.com should be obliged to communicate that this hotel is under renovations. The lobby, kitchen area, all the 2nd floor, one of the elevators are all in a state of construction. There is no staff, only some seriously unpleasant people at the front desk scowling constantly. I've never been verbally assaulted like I was here, and never been asked for an ID to get the answer to "where is breakfast". Pubic hair on the bathroom floor is the final straw. I want a refund. This place needs a serious attitude make-over and a serious housekeeping manager.

The property is clearly under renovation, which I nice to see. The room had two beds and upon checking the beds as I always do before bed, I noticed that the bed sheet under the top cover appeared not to have been changed. We chose to sleep in the other bed. Only a one night stay, no time to moved rooms

My last stay here I was on the fourth floor & it was pretty good. This hotel is under renovation with lots of work to be done. This time on the fifth floor different story. Washroom smelled like urine. Piece of drywall under bathroom sink. Receptacles not complete. Room didn’t smell clean or feel clean. If anyone books here ask to see the room first.

Nice place, good breakfast, but you can't sleep here. The elevator machinery is loud all night. You can hear everything from your room, including every door closing, every conversation in the hallway and no blackout drapes so the bright car dealership lights shine in your room. I left this hotel completely exhausted.

The main thing was that a lot of items felt unfinished, we had to ask for shampoo and body wash, there was no bottled water to purchase at the lobby, some switches in the room didnt do anything, and the AC was either too hot or too cold, either full blast or the room got hot quick from some heat source in the bathroom area. Also the metal door latch to the bathroom was sharp and cut my hand. Love the location, especially food nearby, but couldnt do it again for the safety concern with the construction and also the psychotic HVAC

Breakfast was included and started at 7:30 to 9:30 , we went there at 9 and every time I had to walk back to kitchen to get stuff like ( bread , tea ), I didn’t see any one to come and check anything. Also bedding smells so bad , I always took my sheets and change it , still pillows were uncomfortable and smells awful. We were there last year too but everything was ok and that’s why we chose the same hotel.

I booked my reservations one day later than intended. When I arrived there was confusion because my reservation didn't exist. The manager could have just said that's my problem, but he was willing to cancel my booking, Expedia helped me to cancel, and I got to stay the night. Thank you to everyone for their humanity.

We enjoyed the quiet room. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We had a city Pass for Toronto upon arrival were a little worried about how far it was, there is easy access to the 401,407,and 405, which made the trip into Toronto easier. Newmarket has everything you might need, restaurants, fast foods, Walmart. The only complaint we would have is that breakfast was never hot ( beans,eggs,sausage)

They were under construction so it was difficult to make sure I was in the right place. But even for a construction zone, it was clean and bright. Staff were friendly and check in and check out were easy. The only issue is no real dining walking distance to the hotel. There is one place beside, but I would not go back there. Hotel I would go back to though!

Very nicely renovated. Clean modern room. Big, clean dining area. Well maintained pool. I will definitely return. It is away from the noise and busyness but within 10 mins of everything.

We enjoyed the quiet room. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We had a city Pass for Toronto upon arrival were a little worried about how far it was, there is easy access to the 401,407,and 405, which made the trip into Toronto easier. Newmarket has everything you might need, restaurants, fast foods, Walmart. The only complaint we would have is that breakfast was never hot ( beans,eggs,sausage)

Property is nice and clean with lovely bedrooms. The only downside is limited breakfast options especially if you have any dietary requirements such as vegan/gluten free etc. This hotel only recently opened so it may change in the future. you also get a fridge/microwave in your room, so bringing your own food is possible. Local supermarkets and restaurants also offer a vareity of foods, so it was workable.

Property was under construction which I did not know at the time of booking. No gym available and no pool. Staff was nice Breakfast was not good…like really not good Rooms were nice and construction did not disrupt us It’s going to be nice when it’s done, I just wish I had known about the construction

I have stayed here before and booked this for my mom. Nakul at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating for her. He went the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable since she was alone and recommended her places around. The place is clean and the beds are super comfortable! Definitely worth a stay here. Only drawback is you have to pay for parking

I had no cold water on day one so o could not shower. Breakfast is hot and cold buffet, the hot food is dreadful, eggs were powdered the bacon was boiled, not seared and was mostly fat. Breakfast sausage the next day was…. Well, inedible (boiled, not seared and tasted awful. Most of my hot food went into the garbage as did that of the others I was staying with. There was an incessant hum in my room which interfered with sleep. It was not coming from anything in my room. On checkout at the front counter I was not asked how my stay was. I would not recommend.
