We were in St Augustine for a family wedding and found the Coastal cottage the perfect place to stay! The property is beautiful and so well equipped, even providing umbrellas for an unexpected rain! Bill the caretaker was very welcoming in his texts. We know he was available if we needed anything but the property was just as portrayed on the site and had everything we needed so we didn’t need to ask him for anything else. Lovely family weekend!

Clean, very nice house with a great location. Very well stocked. The best ever in having all the amenities. Bill the property manager was very helpful and came over to change batteries in the smoke detector that was beeping. My family really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Bill

Stayed here for a quick visit with family… was the perfect house. Super clean and comfortable, well supplied… anything we needed (filtered water in fridge, laundry detergent, massage chair (!), plenty of towels, etc), they had. The beds and linens were awesome, super comfy! Beautiful front porch and nice backyard. Excellent communication with the host. Just a really lovely house, highly recommend, especially if you are particular :)

Absolutely adorable cottage! It had everything we could have possibly wanted and more. We stayed here while we moved our daughter into college and it was the most relaxing part of the trip! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with anything we could have possibly needed or wanted. The beds were very comfortable and the massage chair was an awesome treat! Every corner of the home was incredibly clean and well thought out and decorated. The small touches like the umbrellas on the front porch and the homemade cookies on the counter were truly appreciated. I would most definitely stay here again. Lynn communicated everything we needed and was a sweetheart. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us!

The Coastal Cottage was perfect for our two-family getaway! There was plenty of space for everyone to do activities together or have a little separate time. Each couple had a room, and the three boys all bunked together. We were centrally located to all the things we wanted to do on our vacation, so we never had to drive far. The outside shower was very convenient for our beach day. All instructions were clearly communicated, and Lynn is a great host who sent friendly texts and reminders. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our host, Lynn, did a great job of communicating before, during and after our stay. The cottage was like brand-new and impeccable maintained. Nicely furnished and appointed with modern coastal accents.Comfortable for two couples with split plan bedrooms. Great kitchen totally stocked with whatever gadget imaginable. Private backyard with seating, a fire pit and grill. Off street parking a definite plus. While the location was convenient the neighborhood was uneven. Not much available in walking distance.

Thanks to the team Bill and Gen for the opportunity to stay at such a wonderful little cottage. Everything was thought of as far as necessities like coffee and sugar to toiletries. The cottage was beautiful. Everything was in beautifully working condition. The propane fire pit.. " Amazing" because the temperatures did drop into the 30's during our stay.. Made for a nice chat outside in the elements. Needless to say... A great place to stay!!Now, tips for anyone staying here at the cottage. To no fault to Bill and Gen.. this is what to prep for here at the cottage.For those lite sleepers. Bring earplugs. Reason being is.. you will here a few passing train horns throughout the night. Roughly starting around 2am. So to block that sound. Get the plugs...Also, " the roosters " ... Possibly 3 maybe 4 of them. They also aren't fun for the lite sleepers. Plus, their crowing time is off.. They don't know if 5am is okay. 7, 8, or 9 am is good...So... " Get the plugs "...Then finally, " Woodsy the Owl "... He also likes late night conversation. Around 12ish.. So.. " Get the plugs "...These are all things that can't be controlled. With that.. would still stay again. Just come better prepared..Awesome place!! Thanks again y'all...

We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Cottage. The home is beautiful, bright, and clean, and had everything we could possibly need. It's very roomy inside also and could easily accommodate a family of six. It was also very close to the historic district. The caretaker, Bill, was so nice and very quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, no bugs, and lot's of extras, such as cooking spices, towels and blankets. The only thing it didn't have was grab bars for getting in and out of the tub. Being a bit elderly, that's getting more of a necessity these days. But, I would still recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay in St. Augustine! The house was immaculate—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short Uber ride or walk to everything. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This home is beautiful and left nothing to be desired. It was clean and cozy. The AC works spectacularly in this hot climate, providing cold crisp air. The shower gets hot fast. There are TVs in every single room. The appliances are new. The pantry is stocked with all the spices, all your essential cookware is available, which is really nice. I have zero complaints. But if you do have questions the host, Lynn is super responsive. Will book again in the future.

It was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. The space was great for our family of 6. It was peaceful during our stay. The family enjoyed the open space in the living area. The kids were thrown off by the rooster in the morning, but it was distant, and they were awake when they heard the rooster. Lol. We are adding this location as one of our future destination stays.

House was very well situated and in a convenient location. It was very easy to get to the beach but also to the downtown amenities. My kids loved the bunk beds and bean bag chairs. We also loved being able to use the ample kitchen space. Would recommend highly. Also very responsive property manager.

This was a great property to stay at, a very quick drive into the historic downtown neighborhood, and even closer to some great places to grab coffee or breakfast right up the road. The house was as pictured, and seemed brand new. Lynn was very helpful and communicative! The only slight surprise was that some neighbors on the block keep roosters, and one of our mornings they woke us up a bit earlier than we’d have liked. Overall though, definitely recommend!

The Coastal Cottage was the perfect house for our recent family vacation to St. Augustine. The location was perfect for site seeing as well as amenities such as groceries and restaurants. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. It was also fully stocked with all of the necessities and more! Bill, the property manager, was great. He made sure we knew how to reach him if necessary and made sure we had all the information we needed to get settled. Just a heads up to any light sleepers thinking of renting… bring a noise machine or ear plugs as there are train tracks and roosters near by. The light sleepers in our group were woken multiple times in the night. The heavy sleepers in the family were just fine. We would all like to visit St Augustine again one day, and if we do, we would absolutely rent the Coastal Cottage again, but I will bring a sound machine with me next time. Roughly starting around 2am. So to block that sound. Get the plugs...Also, " the roosters " ... Possibly 3 maybe 4 of them. They also aren't fun for the lite sleepers. Plus, their crowing time is off.. They don't know if 5am is okay. 7, 8, or 9 am is good...So... " Get the plugs "...Then finally, " Woodsy the Owl "... He also likes late night conversation. Around 12ish.. So.. " Get the plugs "...These are all things that can't be controlled. With that.. would still stay again. Just come better prepared..Awesome place!! Thanks again y'all...
Thanks to the team Bill and Gen for the opportunity to stay at such a wonderful little cottage. Everything was thought of as far as necessities like coffee and sugar to toiletries. The cottage was beautiful. Everything was in beautifully working condition. The propane fire pit.. " Amazing" because the temperatures did drop into the 30's during our stay.. Made for a nice chat outside in the elements. Needless to say... A great place to stay!!Now, tips for anyone staying here at the cottage. This was a great property to stay at, a very quick drive into the historic downtown neighborhood, and even closer to some great places to grab coffee or breakfast right up the road. The house was as pictured, and seemed brand new. Lynn was very helpful and communicative! The only slight surprise was that some neighbors on the block keep roosters, and one of our mornings they woke us up a bit earlier than we’d have liked. Overall though, definitely recommend!

Great property, SUPER Clean and with all the amenities needed. I know I am being picky here but there were two things that would make me think about staying here again. Don't take me wrong, this property was VERY clean but, 1.- Having to put the towels in the washer and start the washer start the dishwasher and take all the sheets off all the beds on the way out as a check out process, it's a bit too much. 2.- the Knifes, OMG, I thought I was using wooded knifes! I had to buy my own at Publix to to get by. Again, may be picky but it makes a difference on some!Thank you for keeping the place as clean for your guests!

Fantastic house! We loved it. Location was great. House was super clean and has been very recently updated. Everything in the house was in pristine condition. Big kudos to Lynn too. She was a great communicator and did a great job.

Nicely furnished and appointed with modern coastal accents.Comfortable for two couples with split plan bedrooms. Great kitchen totally stocked with whatever gadget imaginable. This cottage (Home) is fantastic. Clean, modern and artfully decorated. This is our second time we stayed here and we were not disappointed. The caretaker Lynn was very attentive and responsive if we had questions. She checked in on us frequently to make sure we were comfortable. If you are considering a trip to St Augustine we highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Cottage. The home is beautiful, bright, and clean, and had everything we could possibly need. It's very roomy inside also and could easily accommodate a family of six. It was also very close to the historic district. The caretaker, Bill, was so nice and very quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

I personally feel like this stay was underpromised and overdelivered. As it was a rush reservation, I wasn't expecting very much. When my family and I arrived and walked into the house, my sister actually said "Wow this is beautiful." I definitely recommend this place. It's a little out of the way of the touristy things, but it was a very short drive to get there (~5 minutes).

House was very well situated and in a convenient location. It was very easy to get to the beach but also to the downtown amenities. My kids loved the bunk beds and bean bag chairs. We also loved being able to use the ample kitchen space. Would recommend highly. Also very responsive property manager.

The property was clean, neat and well-lit at night. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was nicely equipped with everything you would think you’d need. We had absolutely no issues. 10 out of 10

This home is beautiful and left nothing to be desired. It was clean and cozy. The AC works spectacularly in this hot climate, providing cold crisp air. The shower gets hot fast. There are TVs in every single room. The appliances are new. The pantry is stocked with all the spices, all your essential cookware is available, which is really nice. I have zero complaints. But if you do have questions the host, Lynn is super responsive. Will book again in the future.

Stayed here for a quick visit with family… was the perfect house. Super clean and comfortable, well supplied… anything we needed (filtered water in fridge, laundry detergent, massage chair (!), plenty of towels, etc), they had. The beds and linens were awesome, super comfy! Beautiful front porch and nice backyard. Excellent communication with the host. Just a really lovely house, highly recommend, especially if you are particular :)

Absolutely adorable cottage! It had everything we could have possibly wanted and more. We stayed here while we moved our daughter into college and it was the most relaxing part of the trip! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with anything we could have possibly needed or wanted. The beds were very comfortable and the massage chair was an awesome treat! Every corner of the home was incredibly clean and well thought out and decorated. The small touches like the umbrellas on the front porch and the homemade cookies on the counter were truly appreciated. I would most definitely stay here again. Lynn communicated everything we needed and was a sweetheart. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us!

These guys have this short term stay thing figured out. Great communication the entire stay with Lynn. Place was decorated perfectly, stocked great. The only real downside is the parking ramp height. That thing is steep and awkwardly angled so that our minivan would scrape every time in and out of the property. Light scrapes but scrapes nonetheless. Still worth five stars though. Thank you Lynn and team!

The whole cottage experience was wonderful. The kitchen was very well stocked, lacking nothing to make cooking easy. The cottage was clean and very inviting. Laundry was great. Lynn kept in contact with us , making sure everything was as it should be. This is our second stay here and would definitely return again.
