For the price and a quick stay with dogs during a roadtrip, it was ok. It was not very clean and there was no soundproofing between rooms so we heard every noise, including the bathroom noises, from our neighbors but the staff was super nice for check in and check out, pool was nice and while area was busy, it was centrally located for freeway access and restaurants.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I should have read the one star reviews of this horrible motel before I booked. We were just looking for a place to stay the night to break up a long road trip so didn’t need anything fancy or expensive. They also advertised pets stay free. When we arrived the whole place seemed off: the pool was 3/4 full of green algae water, people working on broken down cars in the parking lot, bbqs on the balconies. The lobby area was barren - no attempt at decor and an unfinished construction project in the corner. The room we were given had one unmade bed, the bathroom was filthy with pee in the toilet and dirty, wet towels on the floor. I went back to the office to complain and the staff went to the room to check it out. When she saw it she implied I was to blame for the condition of the room, like I had messed it up intentionally in the five minutes I had been there. I also mentioned the condition of the pool and she said it’s closed for the season, didn’t you see the sign? I said the website claimed there was a functioning pool. There was no way we were going to stay there. I asked for a refund and left immediately. This place apparently used to be a Motel 6 but it’s not anymore. Expedia needs to remove this listing as an option. It’s horrible. It’s basically a flop house.

We booked here because they said their pool was open. When we got there it was closed the whole time and the kids couldn’t swim in between games. The rooms were dirty and shower head broken.

We nlt stayed there cuz it was convenient. We drive a semi so we were able to park the semi in pilot parking lot which was next door. The pool was dirty & no towels were available & the rooms floor was also dirty.

Property was updated and clean. Pool was clean the price was a great for a Saturday night. We just needed a 1 night stay and although the room was small and basic we were satisfied with a place to stay for the night before continuing our trip. The pool side tables and chairs could use a good regular cleaning but otherwise no complaints

Pool was closed Rooms - bathroom very dirty, not sound proof. You can hear every sound from the rooms around you. They said they were renovating. No mini fridge, no coffee machine, tiny bar of soap in bathroom. Staff tried hard to be helpful.

I don't expect much from Motel 6. I'm used to the thread bare, tiny towels and thin, cheap linens. That's all fine. But this was pretty dirty. I like that Motel 6 has put in the laminate floors now because they are easy to keep clean. Or so you would think. The floor was really dirty. The bathroom was OK, bed linens were clean. It seemed pricey at 78.00 for a Motel 6 in Winnemucca. I didn't get a look around the grounds. It was quiet on a Saturday night and the woman that checked me in was quite pleasant. Over-all it was OK because I'm not super picky and know what to expect. But the floor was pretty gross.

This is the worse place to stay. Bugs was in the bed. They tried to give us another room. I declined. So I probably lost out on my payment now. Pray that Expedia will reimburse my payment. DO NOT BOOK A RIOM HERE….. I wasn’t the only one who left that night.

My dog stayed at the door wanting out. I couldn't sleep here and slept in my car instead yet was still charged. Expedia wouldn't refund even though I had bugs and dirty plus mold in freezer. Photos of all. Dog jumped on bed and sniffed something under the covers, I pulled back the blankets & bugs

Staff was super friendly, kind and responsive. There was an issue with the tv in our room and they had it fixed within minutes of our call. Room was smaller than I expected from the pictures online, but very clean, cute, and comfortable. For the price point I'm very satisfied with this place!

The room was clean, as were the beds. All the towels we needed. It is pet friendly. The outside garbage cans in the pet area were overflowing and there was garbage on the ground. The front desk staff was great. No problems checking in or out.

We stayed here for Little League All Stars 2025. I paid cash at check in and planned on staying for 6 days but ended up checking out early due to the smell of marajuana coming into the room when other patrons were outside smoking. I checked out early with Bruce at the front desk and since I had checked out early I was due a refund. I was then informed that they did not have the cash on hand and they would put the refund on the card on file. I left and messaged Expedia to resolve this issue. I spoke to 2 different expedia agents and the first one was able to speak to Bruce and he told expedia that they put my refund onto the card I had I file (I have the chat trascripts). I was then told it could take 7-10 days and when nothing was refunded I contacted expedia again and they said they couldnt get ahold of the motel and would keep trying and let me know the outcome through email. The last message I got from expedia is that I was never charged for the reservation and the reservation was cancelled. If you decide to stay here NEVER pay cash, if you leave early you will not be refunded and they will delete the reservation to show you never stayed.

Motel 6 Winnemucca…… Staff set me up in a room that was ALREADY OCCUPIED! I walked into the room and realized it was occupied when I saw bed unmade, TV on, and shower running! I was told I would get big discount on room but haven’t. Male at office this AM blamed it on lack of communication. NOPE! Reckless endangerment is more like it.

Cristina was very welcoming, helpful and efficient. She was able to accommodate my request for a first floor room without any fuss. I was also able to see how well she dealt with elderly customers, impatient customers, etc and she dealt with everyone with a smile, good humour and patience. She is an asset to your company.

When I arrived I was told they didn't have a reservation. Then I showed him my reservation and was told it was canceled. The hotel was booked so I was out a room and all other hotel rooms were booked. I would not use your service again.

I got there and the clerk said they are no longer a party of Motel 6 and they didn't have any vacancy & wouldn't honor my reservation. Nor would they return the $150 for the reservation.

Malgré un bon accueil et un check in rapide, le reste laisse à désirer. La chambre était sale (moquette, lavabo, micro ondes non nettoyé et sans plateau) et le WC fuiait. Bien que pas cher, on s'attend quand même à une chambre propre. Localisation entre un parking routier et un cimetière.

The staff was friendly. Rooms needed more cleaning including sweeping the floors and cleaning the sink. The motel is being renovated. Easy to find with I-80 in the back of the property. Breakfast started at 6:30 not 6 as the sign said, consisting of coffee, tea and packaged muffins.

Some shady characters walking around the property but nothing happened. Room was clean and cheap. Perfect.

This is a low priced hotel. They allowed my pets, which mattered to me. The patrons seem to be mostly truckers and construction workers. Some stay extended times. No frills. But free Internet. My room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. I was able to buy Indian food from a good truck that parked here. A KFC is next door. The room seems clean. No tub on my room, just a shower. TV channels are extended. AC works great. I am not sure of the bedding, I usually bring my own unless I fly. Ice is available. The pool was closed as I am here in the fall. Anyway, affordable hotel that allows pets.

We travel with pets and Motel 6 makes it affordable to bring them along. For an overnight stay while traveling, the rooms have everything that you need. Coffee was really good in the morning.

The staff was friendly. Rooms needed more cleaning including sweeping the floors and cleaning the sink. The motel is being renovated. Easy to find with I-80 in the back of the property. Breakfast started at 6:30 not 6 as the sign said, consisting of coffee, tea and packaged muffins.

The check-in was seamless, however, there were no amenities, No breakfast, no ice for your room or beverages. It was a bit pricey for a place to just lay your head.

The room was clean enough but lacked all amenities. There was no coffee pot, hair dryer, microwave, shampoo & conditioner samples. You get a very uncomfortable bed, 2 walmart fiberfil pillows, tiny bar of soap, a tv and one small wooden chair. The smoke detector was missing from my room also. About the only good thing I can really say is the air conditioner worked great. Honestly would not recommend.

We travel with pets and love that we dont get gauged by Motel 6. Yeah its not the Taj Mahal, but we are budget people and they are great for that. Room has what you need for a 1 night travel stay - microwave and frig. Folks are friendly...no issues

My room was absolutely disgusting. The shower was so filthy with mold and hair, and mildew. I had to wear my work shoes in the shower. The sink had soap on it. The bed look like somebody went to the bathroom on it. There was a Black Widow in the window a spider in the sheets. The room smelled. I was told it was the only one they had. I am professional truck driver and I legally had no more hours of service to go look for a new place. I would have been better off sleeping in my truck.

We arrived to the hotel around 10 pm or so. It was clean and staff was nice. It was comfortable and a decent place to stay that accepts dogs.

The staff was fine but the property is a wreck. The pool was closed, the tile floor in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Needs some serious scrubbing.SERIOUS. Dead spiders in the shower. Air freshener in room makes your eyes water covering the light smell of mold. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Do not stay here with your family. It was really awful. Booked 2 rooms and they gave me one room. Did not want to reimburse me even when Hotel.com intervened. It was very beyond filthy. Blood on the sheets, very old raggedy towels. Gross and filthy toilet. Dust everywhere. Barely working A/C's Don't let them fool you by the pictures. It is one of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed at. Owner should be ashamed of himself.
