Stay7 studios Hotel Phoenix Metro

This is a very low budget hotel, there are no amenities except a pool. Parking is good. I would not book this hotel if I was from out of state. It's a good hotel for someone who just needs a cheap place for a night. There are many other hotels in the Phx area for around the same price that are much nicer and many more extras such as breakfast.

We really only needed a place to sleep and shower for a couple nights stay. The room was actually more clean than other places in the Phoenix Metro area. There were a couple of issues, like we had to use our cell phones to log into the WiFi in order for the TV to get any channels, and that went out for a while. The smoke detector was missing, and there were some stains on the walls. Could've used a rack of sorts to hang up our shirts. The property is clearly working towards having a more honest crowd stay there, and that is appreciate by those of us who come out of town for a weekend here and there. Overall the stay was what we needed, and I would use their facility again when coming up to Phoenix.

The room was very clean and smelled amazing. Excellent experience.
